He provides all necessary information about the new car and financing. Everything is painless, fair and quick. I hear many other people complain about the stress of car purchasing or leasing. My experience is the exact opposite. I have a great time getting a new car!

Had heard mixed reviews when they were under the previous owners, but I took my Subaru Outback in this week under the new owners, and the experience was overall excellent. The mechanics and service experts were really helpful and caught an issue that needed to be fixed cheaply now so it didn’t cause much worse problems later. I had the typical oil change and tire rotation and also had them check out a couple electrical/computer issues. The mechanic showed me how to fix one of them myself in the future so that I wouldn’t have to bring it in to diagnose again, which was super kind of him, and he even updated one of the systems to see if that might fix a separate issue. All in all, they were super helpful and kind. My car was in there a while, 2 hours, but I got work done while I was in the waiting area, so that was ok for me. I am very happy with the overall experience.

My wife took her Subaru Outback in for an oil change then drove home and parked it. The next morning found no less than half quart of oil on the floor. The drain plug was less than two turns from falling out and had dripped all night. Turned 6 or more times until it was snug. The oil filter trough was full of oil and dripping down the engine. Very poor attention to detail and zero pride in there work. I gave two starts because they actually managed to get some oil in it, just not enough. Inside of her car was dirtier after they were done than when she took it in.

Had to have a tire replaced. Called and asked for an appointment. I was explicit in stating that the tire would need to be replaced and couldn’t be repaired, I further made sure to tell them I had to drive 70 miles to come to them to get it done by the dealership. I even asked if the car would be finished on the day of the service.When I arrived I was told the tire wasn’t in stock and it would be a week to get the tire in and installed. I asked for a loaner and was told he could refer me to the rental department.Absolutely terrible that a service tech wouldn’t investigate if a tire was in stock when a customer explicitly states they have a long way to drive.My car is not fixed and they didn’t even offer a loaner vehicle. Better yet, they didn’t even reset the maintenance reminder for the oil change and filter they did.

Great parts department but the poor service department greatly overshadows those few employees. From their pricing to their actual labor, this shop is a farce.Update:I have been reimbursed for my visit and have changed my 1 star to 3 stars. I would not personally return for service but appreciate the owner reaching out and the shop making my experience right.

I brought my car in for an oil change and inquired about a spot starting to rust I thought it should still be covered but the service guy quickly told me no they will not cover it. He didnt look anything upHe wanted me in and out fast. Ive been a lifelong customer and now Im seriously thinking about not giving them my business ever again.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he took the time to answer our questions and made sure we had all the information. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. Heck, even the owner Bob LaRiche came to congratulate us and shake our hands. We will return to LaRiche Subaru and Team Roach for future automobile needs.

I purchased my 2015 Subaru Forester here in November 2017. They have been outstanding and accommodating with their service and maintaince of my vehicle. This past Sunday we experienced a flat tire on our trip home from Toledo. Subaru Roadside assistance handled the emergency roadside call and after 90 nerve racking minutes sitting along I 75 in the dark we were on our way. Monday I called and Noah got right on it. Ordered my tires and even picked up and delivered my car back to my workplace. Kudos to everyone from the salesman Andre to Noah and the Service department you are the greatest!! Ive never experienced this kind of service anywhere you are #1 Thank you for everything!!
Had an airbag recall performed on my Subaru here. The technician marred and damaged the dash and lots of the trim. The service manager agreed to replace 2 trim pieces but told me the marring and damage is normal. I refused to allow them to install the trim. I installed the replacement pieces and found more broken trim and the glove box was never reinstalled correctly. All of this is unacceptable. I have contacted Subaru directly as now the dash rattles horribly and the radio and HVAC controls are intermittently inoperable. Do not take your car to Lariche Subaru for service work.
I want to preface this with I do not post negative reviews lightly. Ive been on both sides of customer service. However, I will never be coming here again. My husband and I took our 2013 Subaru Outback here for service. I have been having problems with the key not being released. We also had the car throw signals regarding the transmission. The service team? Helped with literally none of this. They didnt believe that we were having the key issue and that only new models had it (which is completely incorrect if you know how to research car issues at all). Nope, our car has this issue. But he didnt believe us, and refused to look. Then, as Im pulling off the lot my oil light comes on. They didnt even bother to check the oil for me! So, now only did we have to drive out to get the car; I am now potentially going to be late because the Subaru technicians did not review our issues fully. I am furious, and when we buy our new Subaru Asscent it most certainly will not be from this store. If you value your time I do not recommend going to this dealership. Avoid at all costs.
Ive always had a great experience at LaRiche! They have a very friendly staff and will treat you like a friend and not a sale. If you want true honest answers, LaRiche will give you just that! They had many options to choose from, savings plans, warranty, great insurance coverage, step-by-step easy process from time in to time out. They even showed us around the Service area to greet us with all the service staff welcoming us to the dealership. It was truly a great experience. Worth a long drive into town.We also loved how involved they are with the surrounding community and supporting local charities. Thats awesome, one of the top reasons that grabbed our attention, all the kindness! Very nice!

The salesman Randall is really respectful and professional, but the 1 star is because of the Manager Devron. My boyfriend was looking at vehicles on there site and this $50 test drive offer popped up and he wanted to do, which he did. Then he suggested that I should do it an so I did and it was never got redeemed so I contacted the site who issues the gift card and they told me that the manager had to enter them into the system, so the next day me and him went in to Subaru again and the manager basically told us that the promotion was only for people planning to actually by a car(which he didn’t even ask us) then he continued to say that we were doing a side hustle mind you I never been there a day of my life and he just was very rude about the situation. I don’t know if it was because we were young or because we was black but it was very unprofessional. I feel like if you can’t honor a YOUR promotion that YOUR having then why by a car from there. Just wanted to share my experience and I hope no one ever gets treated like a Peasant like we did . ( We went down the street & now we drive a new Nissan Altima!)
Anytime we have needed service on our Subaru, LaRiche has been professional, accommodating and thorough. Even on days when we have to go in to get something replaced on warranty or recall or have something fixed their estimates of how long the fix will take have always been spot on. Their waiting lounge has a nice coffee and tea bar and they do offer protein bars as snacks. Ever since we started taking our vehicle there for service we have gotten timely updates in impending recalls and been scheduled for service as soon as possible. They have a great team at LaRiche.

Misrepresentation! Drove two hours to see damage that wasnt visible in the only picture they offered online, nor mentioned in any email correspondence. Refused to move on the price. Definitely disrespectful and dishonest.

I have been a customer of LaRiche Toyota Subaru for ten years. I have never had a bad experience. Bought my first car from them in 2008. I have always worked with Davron (who I think is a manager now). Since my first car, I have leased and purchased with them an additional 6 times. They have always been so friendly, understanding, and willing to work with me to find ways to get payments down. Servicing my vehicles there has always been a good experience as well. The sales people recognize me and always stop to chat while I wait. I have always hated being in situations where I need to talk to a sales person, but not here! I trust them and wont go anywhere else for a vehicle!

Wanted to start out by saying that the only reason why I would give two stars is that the sales department actually is 4 to 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service department isnt worthy of one star. I send my car in for service at the dealership, I expect to pay premium prices for premium service.My complaints are as follows:-Losing or misplacing customer keys puts a lot of unneeded stress on a customer. Especially when there are 100 other places in town who charge much less who never lose a set of keys with the same system that you have.-Service staff should understand the fundamentals of customer service. Your sales people shouldnt be the only ones who care.-When you send out automated phone calls asking if the customer is satisfied and they are not happy, telling the customer to call back later leads to them posting their experiences where other perspective customers can see.Sadly, my wife (who currently has a lease) and I will think twice the next time we are shopping for a car or getting service done.
Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 XV Crosstrek in 2016 from them at approximately 45K miles. I have had issues with their maintenance department, sold me a car having wheel alignment issues (The car shook at speeds above 60 mph) that I had to bring in to have them fix immediately after I purchased the car (How does a car pass their so called certified pre owned checklist and start shaking after driving for less than 300 miles??).The rear wheel bearing went off at 60K miles and they refused to cover it under the 7 Year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. When I asked them to give me the number of the Insurance person with Subaru, they told me that they could not disclose that information in a very rude tone (What a scam plus poor customer service!!). They quote ridiculously high prices and rip people off. I had my rear wheel bearings replaced later at another shop for less than 600$, they quoted close to a 1000$ plus taxes.My wife took her 2001 Toyota Camry to them and they replaced the brake pads, rotors and the bearings for roughly 1500$, a few months after which the brakes had issues.I wish I had never purchased the car from them, please do not use their maintenance department for anything you will get ripped off. I suggest a different subaru dealer for any maintenance you need done, go to toledo or columbus but not here you will regret it.

Bought a new Forester. Rob was great to work with. Up front and informative about vehicle delays. Contacted me as soon as it arrived. Grant in finance was easy to work with. He was very helpful. Buying a car is a process and can be a painful process, but I feel like they did everything they could to make it as painless as possible. I would work with them again.
