The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with and then they try to blame it on a full voicemail! They don’t even have the decency to call you back within 24 hour or even 72 many times! The lady in the office has such poor customer service it’s unbelievable! Also be careful they’ll oversell you whatever you need. They promise you great service and quality products but unfortunately the Kinetico brand is now damaged by this company! I suggest using another distributor that sells water treatment products! STAY AWAY from this company, buyer beware! From the sales guy to the service guy down to the office women is atrocious! I reiterate, when your system doesn’t perform they’ll tell you it’s your fault it’s what you ordered or they say they can’t get a hold of you!

Worst customer service lately, used to love going and picking up my salt and supplies... sorry I didn’t know my kenetico filter by sight, I thought it was your job to help me, since I am the customer. I won’t be back. Thanks for the years of great service. I miss it when it was Flag city water.

I like the fact that I can go there anytime to get jugs of water. Its always very clean where you get water from inside! I would suggest paper towels for patrons to clean up after getting water.

Pretty good, but the water for 5 gallons is $.50 more than other local water spots like Fostoria or Bloomdale. Overall convenient and open all night.

We having been looking into getting a new water softener system for our home. After seeing an ad in the mail, I decided to call and have them come out for an estimate. I called and spoke with a man that scheduled us for the following week. After waiting half hour past the set time, my husband called and spoke with a woman that apologized but they didn’t have us scheduled! Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere!

This company is the best! We love our new water treatment system, the staff was very friendly and pricing was low! We contacted several companies within the beginning of our search and wouldnt change our decision for anything. Highly recommended.

I gave them a 5 star rating not based on the water quality after they left but the people that installed my system top notch knowledgeable they have a great sense of humor answered all of my questions They came prepared to put in a water system and thats exactly what they did now for my water excellent quality Im on an old well system And they completely transformed from my water Showers feel better laundry soap seems to work better no spots in my dishwasher great group of people great water

This is the best company when you want a water system installed but the worst company when your water system is broken. They have sent someone techs out four different times with in the last 4 weeks and the system is still broken. I have paid for gas mileage, new parts and labor totaling 2000.00 dollars and the problem is still the same. the sad part is it is that the water system is only 10 years old. SO if you are interested in this kind of costumer service by all means call flag city water and let them take your money.

4 years ago was told my house did not contain sulfer, because they do not have a system that deals with it and they wanted my business, they rented me out a system, for 4years I have been buying water to drink. This month I received a new system that does handle sulfer and I can drink my water!!!! New system is not from here.
