Here’s our entire experience, in all honesty. We scheduled a tire rotation for 10am on 9/3, we had purchased the tires a year ago and hadn’t been back due to having to argue the agreed price when we ordered our tires online initially and after picking up our car, we found the inside trashed from muddy boots and grease on our seat, we had only had the car a year and it was a 2015 so at best a 4 year old car, we had cleaned the interior prior to the appointment. We never planned to return and we tried to leave a review then and kept getting an error. Dropped the car off the night before our appointment. 10:03am that morning someone called saying we had to pay $50 because the locking lug nuts were stripped. I explained they were the last ones to touch them but they insisted on the fee, I agreed but we insisted the new lug nuts have to match the old, was told no problem. We don’t live in town so we headed in at 11am, did some shopping and picked up groceries. I called at 3:30p asking if the car was done, they said it was. We went in to get our keys, bill showed $0 so we thought they covered the cost. Went out, checked the rims and the locking lug nuts were still on. Went back in, they told us they put the folder in the wrong bin and could do it now but it’ll be an hour. We were furious, they offered to cover this for free and we can do this whenever. We didn’t have time to wait so we said we’d be back tomorrow. I got a call that night the work was done. Went in the next morning, got the keys and went to leave. Noticed two of the lug nuts didn’t have caps and they damaged one of our rims l, we were furious again! Had to call the desk guy out, the assistant manager came out and took pics, said he would take care of everything. I asked how long for another rim, he said should be here Thursday. Never heard anything that Thursday or the next so I called on 9/21 asking what was taking so long. Not knowing who I was speaking with at the time (manager), the gentleman was very polite and apologetic and said he would look into this. He called me back an hour later saying the rim would be in tomorrow and he would call me when he had eyes on it. Following day the same gentleman called back, said he had the rim and wanted to schedule us in. I explained the situation and when we wanted to have the rim switched, he stated he didn’t know anything about this but he’s the manager and he’ll take care of this with his employees, this isn’t how he likes his customers treated. We got our new rim and lug nuts that Saturday. Will we ever go back? Not too sure. Any other Tireman in the area has been great but not our local location. I think the manager cares, and they eventually made everything right but had we not kept checking their work, we would still have stripped locking lug nuts on our car and the tires would never have been rotated.

I went in for an oil change and a new battery. They promised 1 hour. After 1 hour they came out and said I needed a battery. I told them thats why I came in and was the battery installed? They said no it wasnt installed yet. So it took another 30 minutes to install the battery. $300 😲

My car needed alot of parts and Owen did fantastic job getting them.in my book he went above and beyond .getting a certain part.if I could give him more stars I would hes a great guy.i am happy .they are great there .once again a humongous THANK YOU!!!! from the bottom of my heart .u are awesome.

I had a flat with 4 kids and low gas on the 2nd hottest day of the year. It was going to be a good hour or more for my roadside assistance to arrive. Derek and the guys at Tireman pulled some strings and went above and beyond for us to get me taken care of. They were amazing with the kids who had extra energy from being in a new place. They will always have our business from here on out and I recommend you take your business there also.

I’m very happy with the purchase of my new truck tires from the Tireman shop in Findlay, OH. Installed price for the BF Goodrich Trail-Terrains was very competitive and probably the lowest price I was able to find both locally and on-line. Jeff was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest the BFG’s after hearing what I was looking for in a new set of tires. Drop off and pick up times as promised. Very professional staff.

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Had tires in stock and at a good prices. I would have given 5 stars but I was charged a lifetime warranty on the tires that I wouldn’t have wanted as the tires are on a leases vehicle.

Best price for the guarantee I got. They were very nice people and only took an hour and a half and they let my dog inside in the air like that. Another thing I really liked was all the pluses I got like free front end alignment and free tire rotation thats worth a lot.

Great service! I was in to replace a tire with a broken belt, and I had another tire that wasn’t the best that I wanted to get replaced later on. The man that assisted me told me I had 1 tire (the one with a broken belt) that needed replaced right away, and 1 that needs replaced, but could wait. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to force me to buy another tire, especially since I had plans to buy another one about a month later. Definitely will be going back for all of my tire needs!

Like tireman just not this location. They have HORRIBLE customer service and have had for years. Will drive the 25 miles to the Bowling Green Tireman where they actually treat you with appreciation.

Ok ok- ima be blunt, 6 years ago I came to tire man and they treated me wrong and ive held a grudge. Got new wheels and I needed a tire replaced.. Called around, they were the ones that could get me in the fastest and were not that much more expensive than the competitors, decided I would give them a chance. Im really glad I did. Derek treated me very respectful over the phone and in person and when I get a little extra I intend to go back to them to get another additional service for my other tires! Thanks fellas!

While I appreciate the fact I was made aware of the timeline being looked at as far as getting a Free estimate of the issues on my vehicle, it didnt seem right that I was faced with paying a bill before leaving the shop. While I understand the business is in it to make money and not necessarily help people, if the business wanted to draw in customers, the customer wouldnt have been charged an overpriced amount on the coolant needed to figure out where the leak was coming from. Many shops will perform that duty for free.Honestly, its been several years since I had last visited Tireman, and itll probably be another several years (if ever) that I go back.

Out of town flat tire! Needed tire replacement..They were efficient and kind..they were able to get me in and out! Storefront was clean.. I liked that they were realistic with time..called when ready...Great service! Recommended by local business..

I ordered new tires for my vehicle and had them on within 2 days. Called about new tires on Saturday dropped my vehicle off Sunday night and when I got off work Monday afternoon it was complete. I researched the tires for several weeks at many different places before making a purchase and Tireman was hands down the best price.Customer service was amazing, very friendly and did everything I asked. They even updated me on potential issues I could have in the future and if they were or were not able to correct it and why.All in all spectacular service, will recommend!

Took our car in for a new battery and inspection of a suspicious noise. Turned out we didn’t need a battery and the noise was an easy fix. “No charge,” they said. Tireman’s the best!! Thank you!

My experience was very good. From the help l received over the phone to their prompt customer service. Definitely would recommend.

Tireman got me in quickly and fixed the problem. The cost was much less than I thought it would be.I wrote a five start review for the above, Now its a one. Two days after the repair, I actually took time to look at my wifes car. Tireman put two turn signal bulbs in the headlamps of a 2004 Chrysler Concorde. After further inspection, both headlamps are not in correctly. The bolts on the passenger side are not tight and there is a bolt missing where the bumper attaches. This should not have been a difficult job for a person with the right tools.

Came in without an appoint due to damaged tire. They worked me in and had me on my way in a reasonable amount of time. Sales Rep offered promotions and discounts to help defray the cost.

Love the Findlay Ohio location. They have always been very friendly and normally well managed on their appointment times, and able to get your vehicle in and out in a fair amount of time for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I would definitely recommend this location.

I called them up to look for a tire cannot find a tire my size anywhere they were the only ones that I could find close to my town was in need of a tire immediately they had a full schedule they fit me in in between appointments And I got a tire put on my car with in 45 mins of me calling then and driving from Lima Ohio to Findlay I will go no where else but them the customer service was amazing I had question they were quick about getting me answers love the experience I had and would recommend them to everyone I know to get tires.

Well the tires look nice. Took in my 03 ram 2500. I know people see older trucks and dont expect the owners to spend alot but redoing truck. Love the tires they look good and where priced matched. Had a oil change set up and said I thought brakes where going bad trying to get across I wanted checked out good. It was like 3 hours before hearing back about anything. And only a upper ball joint. No comment about anything else... not even.pump that I know is leaking but was interested in getting priced on. They did ball joint cause I was more then happy to drop the money to make sure things are safe. Now got it back . Still 75 time left front brake hear noise from. And now pull right BAD as in some times if you are not on your game it will be across a lane fast. Taking it into the mom and pops shop Monday to get it checked over since they couldnt get the tires I wanted. Will not go back.

A very friendly place, with people who are willing to give you the honest facts and the best solution to fix it! Trevor was a great guy and even when a bump in the road happened during my tire replacement. I was kept informed, and everything turned out great in the end.

I was waiting for my car to get an oil change, ac recharge, valve stems replaced and tires balanced. They said about 2 hours.After 3 hours, still waiting, I went to see what was happening. Apparently they didnt think I needed to know. It was a problem with the ac that needed to be dxed which they couldnt even do at that time. Instead of letting me know, they let me sit there. Dont have them balance your tires either. This is the second time that Ive had them do it and both times the shaking is awful.

We broke down on our way home to GA at the rest area south of Findlay, OH on a Sunday when no service stations were open. TIREMAN took care of us first thing on Monday am and we were able to be on the road by noon…. We were most thankful.

I came in with a very serious problem with the rear axle on my Jeep. Within 3 hours they had rebuilt the rear axle. I went from 18.1 miles per gallon now to 18.8 miles per gallon. They replaced the rear wheel bearings that were seizing up. And saving me money just by driving my Jeep. They did outstanding workand would definitely recommend them. theyre taking care of my vehicles since they came to town

My appointment was at 10 they didnt start until after 11 it still took an hour and half when they brought the car back out front the driver was driving to fast for a parking lot take care of the customers vehicle we were just about home and the low tire lite came on I reset it

Scheduling online was super easy. Workers were very polite and nice. Promptly notified me when my vehicle was ready. Love my new tires! Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is when I got home I noticed none of my valve stems had caps on them. My husband said not to worry about it he would get some new ones since we dont live in the same town as Tireman.

I was very happy with the service I received at Tireman. I’ll admit I don’t know much about cars, but everyone I spoke with took the time to really break it down for me so I could really understand everything that needed to be done and why. They were also able to tell me what was priority and what could probably wait a bit since my car did require a lot of work. I fully trust their recommendations. I’m also so glad I got it fully inspected because my battery was close to dying and I’m grateful that I won’t end up stranded and in need of a jump this winter. Tireman has always been there for me. I went in for a oil change and they found that one of my rear calipers was not working. They all the parts in stock and had the brakes done and working better than ever in the same day. Thanks guys for all of your help!

I am very happy with my experience! I got a flat tire and had to be towed there. They were nothing but helpful from the second that I walked in the door! They were not pushy at all like you sometimes encounter at places. They didnt try to sell me more than I needed. Even though they had other customers, they fit me in and had my car done in an hour or less! I would highly recommend them if you are in need of tires!

Very good place to get any work done. I got a set of tires for my Infiniti Q50. Out the door it was under 600 dollars for a nice set of 245 40 r19 Uniroyal tires.

Fair prices and coverage. Friendly service. I forgot to give them one of my hubcaps and when I asked them if they could put it on they did. Even though they were about to close, they took it back in and put it up on the lift. No charge, no complaints. Now thats service!

Good service. Have been here many times over the years for oil changes, brake work, tire replacements. Most of the time service is ok but once in a while they’ll forget to re-attach a vacuum hose or forget to rotate the tires like I requested. I’m not sure it’s possible to get excellent service at a high-volume shop anymore.

I had a tire where the steel belts had worn out and caused my tire to go flat. I called tireman and got a quote for my tire and they took my info and had me bring it in. I had a family issue and needed it done fast. When I got there I was greeted by there friendly and let them know what was going on they got my tire put on and was out fairly quickly. I would recommend them to anyone they were very friendly and got me back on the road fast cant thank them enough.

Took my car to Tireman in Findlay Ohio. I asked for an oil change and to check a couple small issues I was having. I got a call 2 and a half hours later telling me my car was done. I picked up my car, paid them and when I got out onto the street, my steering wheel was bouncing and pulling to the left. My car had never done this!! They obviously did some thing to my car. I only asked for an oil change!!! I called and they said I could bring back in. I only hope they can rectify there own mistake!! If not looks like Ill be contacting the higher ups to hold them accountable. Horrible! Hope people choose another option next time they need service done!

I showed up 30 minutes before closing time with a flat tire that had a screw in it. They replaced the tire and I was out the door in under 20 minutes! Definitely recommend 👌.

My bff recommended Tireman. Everyone there (Aaron, Mike, Derek, Jeff...other names I cant recall) was very professional and not condescending in the least. They answered every question I had (and I ask A LOT of questions). Although they are professionals, they are also laid back and made me feel comfortable. The work was actually done a day ahead of schedule! YES I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIREMAN!!!

My tire mount, balance and install came with a few hurdles to jump-NONE of which were Tireman’s fault- but they worked extra hard to keep me as calm as possible about needing to spend more money for an absolutely necessary fix. the customer service alone is reason enough to always bring your vehicle to these guys. i know i’m in great and capable hands.

Never ordered our tire. The facility is clean, they corrected the issue, the people are friendly. I have 6 kiddos so driving on a spare isnt something I trust. Hopefully Monday theyll finally have our tire.

I have been going to Tireman regularly for years and they have always taken such good care of me and my car. I have no complaints. From oil changes, tire changes, brake replacements, free diagnostics to make sure there arent any problems springing up, and last minute appointments if I call with a concern, I always leave feeling confident in the service and satisfied that my car is well taken care of.

I blew a tire traveling late from Cincinnati to Toledo to fulfill military duties. I had my car towed here. These guys were incredible. He somehow squeezed my four tire change into his already packed Saturday schedule and had my car ready after lunch. Unfortunately, my bad weekend only got worse. My duties kept me from my phone and I missed his prompt call. I also missed their closing hours. Fearing I would be stranded until they opened Monday, I left a voicemail. The manager happened to get my message, called me at 10pm, took my payment, and had my keys/car ready for my trip back to Cincinnati on a Sunday when they’re closed. He really went above and beyond, making a terrible trip much smoother. I was able to get back to Cincinnati Sunday night for a very important meeting. These guys won’t steer you wrong. Tireman got us in quickly and even got special order tires in quickly. Once the oil change was done at the same time we noticed fluids hadnt been filled. This wasnt the first time this had happened. They tried to say there must be a leak when the incidents were a year apart and the fluids were fine between. We will be going elsewhere from now on.
