They kept me posted on time remaining on the work being done. It was a big service (oil change, brakes, change fluids, etc.) so it took some time. Since I was waiting in the lobby they placed another technician on the job to speed up the repairs. They were thorough and washed my vehicle for a nice additional perk.. We got a flat tire while driving to Michigan from Cincinnati. As we drove up Joey Huang was quick to direct us to the service center and said they would help us right away. Lindsey at the service desk searched for a set of tires. We were 142 miles from home 180 miles to our destination. Lindsey worked quickly to find us tires and had the mechanics work on our car immediately when the tires came in. We were on the road in a few hours. Thank you Subaru.

In the morning I had a dead battery in my Outback. The service area kindly sent someone to get my car started but it still failed after turning off the ignition. That night a tow truck appeared to tow my car to the dealership.The service department managed to work me in, including some other needed service. Someone came to pick me up at home in the afternoon and drove me to retrieve my car. For a non-scheduled repair I was very happy to be accommodated so well.

Got an oil and filter change on my STI. Well I was able to rip it back home highs rpms with no leaks or issues after so I’d say a job well done.
