Easy to schedule my appointment online. Was able to get in at the time I wanted and the person at the front desk was very helpful. Had the same experience a few weeks ago when my daughter had a flat tire.

We stopped in to Midas on a busy Saturday morning after or breaks started making a strange noise on the freeway. Daniel got us right in, was extremely friendly and helpful and got us back on the road in no time. We are so grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

They seem like they do good work. But totally unfair on the price. They wanted $900 for two calipers and the hoses. $1200 with 2 rotors included. Keep in mind that you can get 4 rotors and calipers along with pads for $489! So I took my car else where and got it fixed like new for $385.

Talked to a gentleman named Travis, I came into get air because my tire has been going flat. Taken it tire man twice and neither time was it fixed properly. As I was filling up my tire and explaining my situation he offered to repair it free of charge! It took less than 30 minutes and I’ve been on it for at least 3 weeks with no issues. 10/10 service, the manger Daniel was awesome as well! I have been getting my oil changed there for years.Not only do they change my oil and rotate my tires; they check my brakes, exhaust suspension, and my engine.The give you a quote for repairs but youre not under any obligation to have Midas do the repairs.At my most recent service appointment they told me that my serpentine belt would need replaced soon and I could use new windshield wipers.I purchased my wipers from them and they put them on for me (easy peasy cause I find those things ridiculous to work with).Im hoping that my hubby will change my belt or Ill have Midas change it out on my next service visit.

Terrible customer service and terrible work preformed on car. Damaged vehicle and brushed it off, refuse to accept responsibility for causing the damage, yet said they would go ahead and do a band-aid repair. Not satisfied with store manager or general managers response, corporate office has been contacted and waiting to see if they will make this right.Edit to respond to the supposed owner who commented; we did say how Midas can help and still are not comfortable with the options. Very disappointed because we have used this particular Midas and other locations several times over the years and have not had problems, but now a problem has come up and this is the response. I no longer plan to take my vehicles to Midas for service.

Had to have car towed Im June,,, 2020. They did not get to it for 3 days later. Cost of parts and labor were twice as much as anywhere else I called. When I called back about the alternator warrenty it was a one year warranty or 12,000 miles on Midas parts. Be very weary.

Matt and his team were very friendly and helpful. We broke down in transit to Michigan on a Saturday afternoon. (It was Thanksgiving weekend.) It was cold outside and only a few hours until closing time. Matts team looked at the vehicle and quickly assessed the situation. They were able to begin work on the vehicle and were able to finish it on Monday. Matt stayed an hour after closing time so my family and I could wait for a ride from Michigan so we could get home. We really appreciate the service, kindness, and excellent work we received. Definitely a five star experience.

I had a new muffler installed. In less than 2 1/2 years the pipes had rusted through and fallen off. I took it back in to the Findlay Midas. The guy inspected my truck and said, “ whoever installed this used cheap aftermarket junk.”“ funny,” I replied “it was your shop that installed this cheap aftermarket junk.”The new assistant manager gave me a quote and ordered parts. I had to come back the next day. After waiting over 90 minutes I was informed the new guy didn’t order the correct parts. He needed to reschedule in 4 days and the price went up $124.I’ve never had a muffler go bad that fast. Additionally, if s business misquotes a job I think they should honor the price.I’ve always had good experience with other Midas shops, but this one has been a terrible experience. TerribleEdit 4/17. I wanted to edit my post. Give credit where credit is due. Today the management came through and honored their quote. I appreciate that they made it right. While this was a frustrating experience, I came home happy.

They did a good job, if you go there be warned there will always be something else they say is wrong with your car. I would suggest you have an actual mechanic check it out before you let midas fix it, 9 times out of 10 its a non existent issue and a way for them to get more money out of you.

Be very wary of doing business with Midas in Findlay. We took a vehicle for a free tire repair and were told that the tire was not repairable. While at the Midas, we were given a recommendation to purchase a new tire at MSRP + $50 labor for installation. The sales person then went on to state that the other tires on our vehicle did not have good tread and should be traded sooner than later to ensure our safety on the road. This was all very concerning and quite shocking (with a $600 - $800 quote, depending on the tires selected). I informed the salesman I would need to discuss our options and would return. We opted to get a second opinion from the Ford dealership. The dealership was able to repair the tire for under $30 and informed us that the tires have plenty of tread and do not need to be changed for quite a while. This was relieving to hear because replacing all of the tires is expensive... but it was also very disheartening and infuriating because Midas was blatantly lying and trying to rip us off! We will NOT be taking our business back to Midas due to this incident. This company uses the free tire repair to get customers in the door only to lie and bait the customer into additional expenses. Very shameful business practice!

I had a great experience. I needed an oil change and had very little time. I called to see if they could work me in and they said they could, so I brought my vehicle up right away and they had me out of there in less than 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciate the work they did and it was done right. The price was very competitive too. Keep up the good work guys!

Everyone who worked there that I had a chance to speak to was friendly and helpful. I went in to have my bulb changed in my shift indicator console and while the wait time sucked... After having an appointment.. I did appreciate the pricing being less than 30 bucks.. Which seemed very reasonable considering I had issues doing it on my own. All is well. Thank you Midas.

They didn’t care to put my hubcaps back on my truck after the tire rotation. Received a negative remark from the manager and had to fight for my rights as a vehicle owner. Did get a full refund for my oil change. Won’t go back again.

Just wanted to rate Midas for their excellent work. The technician and shift manager always take their time to explain what they are doing and if anything additional needs to be done. Been taking my car here for about two years for repairs and regular maintenance. My favorite thing about this repair shop is their pricing. Ive had bad experiences with other area repair shops who will give me a sky high price. When I challenge it or say I will call around they back track and give me discounts. Midas has done an excellent job giving me the best price right away with some flexibility if they can. I still call around and I ALWAYS find out Midas is the lowest or off the mark by a little bit (

Easily the most cheerful and personable staff I have ever encountered in an auto repair store. I really appreciated the fast service (oil change) and the thorough walk-through concerning my cars tires and brakes. This is a trustworthy shop that I would gladly take my car to again.

We were having some wheel issues and just needed to use a jack. We tried three other shops and they were a bust. This store let us not only use a jack, but made sure we were taken care of. Donald was extremely nice and helped us out big time!

What great service. I have been at Midas twice in the last two weeks for my Mercury and Cadillac. They fixed my flat tire on the Cadillac for free. I bought the car from LaRiche and it would have cost $25.00 to repair and 4 days to get into the service department.Would highly recommend the guys at Midas

Came in three years ago an the management was not customer friendly, they wanted to sell me things I really didnt need. So after three years I decided to come back and they have changed so much. The new manager Derek is wonderful, your problems are his priority.I shopped around for prices and they still had the best price.

Good Service

I took my car in the other day because it was making a really bad noise. I worked with Derek and they had it checked out pretty quickly. He took me out and showed me what was actually wrong with it and thst got it fixed within the day. A lot cheaper than a dealership and much more welcoming. 10/10 would go again.

I was having trouble with my brakes locking up. I thought it was my front brakes. I took my vehicle in and the 3 guys working was super nice. The manager explained what was going on with my car and very informative. Worked with me to make it affordable. It was a great experience until I left work and had the same issue with my front brakes locking up. Of course the shop was closed by then. Its very frustrating to spend so much money and still have the exact same problem hours later. I know I had small issues all around and just knew it was my front brakes locking. I should have stuck to my gut instinct.

Every visit and job has been done quickly and as cheap as possible, made me feel like family every visit. Ask for Chad or Louie they will take care of you and provide excellent service. Ill definitely be a lifelong customer.

Whenever they touch my car another issue almost always pops up. Went for an oil change and then had other issues show up on my screen. Don’t see how this is possible when I had just got everything checked out...! Not taking my car here again!

The gentleman working at this Midas are very friendly.They have amazing customer service as Well these guys know what they are doing. I came in due to my car leaking fluids and in about thirty minutes they had both leaks pinpointed out as well as the work priced up which was great but what makes them alot better than other shops they took me back into the shop and showed me the problem as well they thoroughly explained the parts to me.Will be back anytime my vehicle needs work.

Go here if you want to be lied to and cheated out of your money. I went there because my hood wouldn’t close. They told me my hood latch was broken and it was going to cost me $280 for the part and $77 in labor. So I went home and did my research. Not only was the part no more than $20, I found a mechanic that cleaned off my part and just like magic, my hood was fixed. Shame on Midas for trying to take advantage of me.

This was not good the people was nice but the boss tried to pull a fast one told me the part was 1000 and he would do it for 8 come to find out after I called to check the part was 400 it was the alternator and told me it was 4 hours to do the work well it was 2and a half so if u go there make sure u check price on parts

On my way from Birmingham, AL to Detroit, my electrical system started to fail, I Google mapped this Midas location. In under an hour, they had replaced my alternator and I was back on the road. Cody was the service tech and got me in and out fast and was very cool through the whole ordeal. Thanks!

Well.... they WERE super nice when they came to me trapped in a parking lot and jumped my car. But then later I made an appointment for a long road trip, showed up a few mins early and was told t was a 2 hour wait. When I booked online it said the appointment would be from 1:30 to 3:30 which meant that was good for me because that was all the time I had. But now they’re telling me I wouldn’t get in until my appointment was supposed to be over and I didn’t have time for that. I made an appointment because that is when I needed it and I thought that they kept appointments.

I dont ever give 5 stars to anything, but these guys deserve this rating. I dont live in the area, and was passing through on my way south. They were able to get me in right away and check diagnostics on my alternator and battery. My battery light had come on, and I was worried my alternator or battery was going. Bob the manager got me in right away, and checked everything. Luckily for me this was a sensor issue, but I cant speak highly enough of how nice and courteous everyone was during the process. Their waiting area is also very well kept and maintained. I know that may not seem like a big deal, but it at least it helps during the waiting process.

I brought my motor home in on a Saturday morning and being 350 miles from home Chad and his crew got right on it repairing the exhaust Y pipe. They did a excellent job having to work off the ground. If I ever break down again I hope its near you

I came in because I thought my muffler was bad. It was not bad something was wrong with my wheel bearings. They diagnosed it and fixed it and kept me informed and I never got that creepy feeling that I get in car service places. Ill go here for all my car needs.

A personal friend of mine took their truck here to have the midas guys figure out why it would not run. They told my buddy that the engine needed replaced and they were gonna charge them 3,000+ to fix it. My buddy then took it to me (a back yard yokal.) to fix it and we found out in 5 minutes that it was a bad coil. $50 later they were on the road again. The people that work here need to do more digging before spitting out answers to questions they dont know the answers too.

Ive spent over 800.00 in there shop on my miata.I went back to get a estimate on 2 belts and exhaust repair they had my car for 9hrs and even had it inside looked at I went back to check progress and they gave me a verbal estimate and kept adjusting it from 400.00 to 600.00 they couldnt give me a clear price because I think they were trying to see how much I would pay. NEVER GO HERE.

Took one of our company trucks in for an inspection and estimate to fix. They called and told me the issue and told me the price. Also, there is a bolt missing from your brake caliper. We have a bunch lying around, well just put one in. I said ok. I made an appoint for two weeks later to get it fixed and when I got there to pick it up? Oh yeah, um, we didnt have a caliper bolt that would fit so we had to get you an entirely new caliper kit. Oh yeah, that was $45 plus $30 labor to put it on and tax so thats $81. Now I have to waste a day and a half of my life suing this place over $81 because I gave no consent to this repair, in fact, I could have done it myself for a total of $10. Its one thing to be crooked, its another to not give a f***.

Went here because my Girlfriends brakes in her Ford Focus began bleeding off pressure when the brake pedal was applied. Having bled brakes before, my initial reaction was that the braking system had started leaking brake fluid. My initial inspection indicated no leaks were present, which pointed to a bad master cylinder.I took the car in for an estimate to replace the master cylinder in the morning and they said they would be able to give me the estimate by that afternoon. By the next day, they still hadnt called me to give me the estimate. So I called them and found out that they hadnt looked at it yet and would that day. I get that sometimes things can be busy and you cant always get things in right away so I was fine with it. From that conversation, I was expecting to have them get it in and have the estimate back to me that day. By the next day I finally received my estimate, which was absolutely sky high for the master cylinder. Average repair estimates online said this replacement should cost between $300 - $400 for a bunch of different national mechanic chains. The estimate I got was for $700 - $800, twice what most places would charge me to replace the master cylinder. Absolutely floored by the estimate I was given on the phone, I went into the shop to ask for the written estimate. Upon printing it out; the written estimate was roughly $650, which was over a $100 less then their verbal estimate. At this point my patience was starting to run out. I immediately asked if the cost was negotiable. Without even batting an eye, the manager dropped $200 off the estimate by just cancelling some service fees. To have large service fees that a manager was willing to drop as soon as I mentioned how high the estimate was struck me as dishonest. This brought the total estimate down to $550, which was still high. At this point I was astounded that they would try to take advantage of me this much, but being in a tight place with the weekend travel I told them to go ahead and start the work. They said the master cylinder was going to have to come from another shop and wouldnt be in until noon the next day. At this point it was Thursday and I was getting worried about having to cancel the trip the next day, but I was out of options. The next day I called them a little after noon to ask where they were at on the replacement and to my surprise they said they were finished. I was a little incredulous because the master cylinder should have taken longer to switch out. I go to pick up the car and they explained that they hadnt actually replaced the master cylinder, but had cleaned the caliper slides and the mechanic had taken the car out and said it was working now. Initially I was astounded that that could have been the problem, but paid and was happy that the problem was such a fast and easy fix. After paying $250 for the repair; I walked out to the car, started it up, put it into reverse and started backing out. I tapped the brakes and instantly the pedal bled off pressure down to the floor. Theres no way a person would not have noticed this problem because of how severe it was, yet their mechanic had called the brakes fine. At this point I didnt trust this place to touch the car again, so I drove it the few minutes to my house and immediately called up the manager to complain. At first, they implied I didnt know how the brakes should feel because its my GFs car. I frequently drove the car before and after the issue appeared and I was there when my girlfriend panicked when she noticed it first. To insinuate that I couldnt tell when a brake is maintaining pressure vs bleeding to the floor is infuriating. Not only had they not done the work that I told them to do but they had charged me $250 for a repair that wasnt even necessary nor approved according to the estimate and lied about the state of the brakes.The icing on the cake was that I ended up replacing the master cylinder myself and it fixed the problem. Had this shop done what I asked and approved, the problem would have been fixed.Just avoid this Midas.

Save yourself the headache this is the worst shop around!!! I had them install tires amongst other things less than six months I bring my vehicle in the front two tires are bad keep in mind the tires have a 50,000 mile warranty and also the warranty through Midas and they tell me there’s nothing they can do and their so-called corporate guy Jay won’t even return a phone call besides that during the installation of my new tires there were several problems they ruined my rim on the rear and tried to hide it and sent me home with it I stopped at the gas station on the way home seen it and of course wasn’t very happy they also went through my vehicle my belongings had no reason or excuse for it along with other repairs such as oil change fuel filter’s and a leveling kit there were issues with that too.. too many problems to list really save yourself the headache and find another shop this place is a nightmare!
