Fillmore Starbucks is one of my favorite places to visit and grab a quick coffee and food. Breakfast or anytime. They are fast and very friendly/professional. They make you feel like a family member. It is off the Highway 126. So easy to find and park. Drive through is extremely easy and fast service.

Even though it was a busy time, the Baristas were friendly and very helpful. The staff is great and the orders are filled quickly and correctly.

Coffee is good, but the early morning staff is better. Dominick in the drive through was very friendly and chipper for someone who was working in the morning, and it was very welcome. Will go again.

This is a shout-out to Dominick for being great at what he does. He was asking people how their day was and was a very warm presence in the room! The order for my drinks didn’t go through, and he was kind enough to give me a gift card due to the wait. GO DOMINICK GO!

Product great! However the wait time... was given a gift for sitting there long enough. Cute little chrome mug. So thank you for that. Maybe hire more staff,or have more on the floor?

I was surprised of how quick and professional the young lady was, she messed up my order but was quick to apologize and correct the order. I really enjoy this location every time I swing by Filmore. Always fast and professional.

A standard Starbucks although the service was quicker than normal. The drive-through is poorly situated in the center parking lot causing some traffic issues.

Our go to coffee stop on the way out to the desert. The drive through is often busy so make sure to drive past the shop, down to the store, then wrap back to the line otherwise you won’t get in line at the right spot. The drive in entrance is a bit awkward.

This location in Fillmore, CA staff was friendly, quick for being a long line, & made my coffee perfect. It is usually a hit or miss depending on the barista at different Starbucks. This one was right on.

Coming home from a camping trip in 114 degrees and thought we would try a cold drink. Ordered 4 small drinks and spent almost $25. To rich for my pocket 😏

Theres a girl working right now who is too busy talking to her girlfriend in the drive-thru to take my order correctly. I asked for a puppacino and instead I got a birthday cake bop It got corrected at the window but the egg bites I received seem undercooked. Theyre kind of mealy and really gross I didnt even finish them.

Bathroom could be cleaner, but at least they were available.Got some coffee. Drive thru window was open as well.

They don’t provide enough frontside help and places everyone in the drive through resulting in 19 people in the waiting area which I am sure is a violation of COVID19 guidelines. Dept of Health should look into this.

I understand they are busy and keeping safe, but they need to prioritize. I waited for 2 simple drinks for 15 minutes....

Not a long line it was very fast and my drink was so good

Cant get the order correct. Wrong size and wrong drink then proceeded to blame us and say no this is the drink you ordered. I ordered a vanilla bean frappaccino with a caramel drizzle which has NO coffee in it. They tried to give us 2 caramel frappaccinos and argued that one was a vanilla bean coffee frapp and was what we ordered. I always order the same drink at every Starbucks and never have an issue with getting the correct drink. Just own up to your mistake and remake the correct drink not try to force us to take the wrong drink

This starbucks is one of my favorite locations to come to. Friendly staff and ample parking. They don’t have a limit to the amount of time you can park here and it has many chair and tables if you need to do get any work done here. Highly recommend this place.

Looking forward to returning to Washington where I have other coffee choices. Went to Fillmore location. Bought drinks and breakfast sandwiches. After waiting for drinks for 10 minutes discovered they hadn’t even started our breakfast sandwiches. While staff was not focusing I was ready to do it myself I was so angry. Get your shot together people.

So much money to pay for one cup of coffee. No matter how you figure all the ingredients should not add up to over $5 even with nice service. I enjoy my coffee though and appreciate being able to get it on the go.

Asked for a nitro cold brew with sweet cream foam. They gave me a Vanilla Cream Latte, no foam at all. Got snarky when I asked for the right thing, saying they were out of it and offered one with Salted Carmel. I said that was fine. I swear I got the Vanilla Cream Latte with foam on it. It tasted horrible and was not cold. I had already driven away. Won’t be going back to Starbucks.

Well they didnt have a favor and wanted but thats OK because there are so many to choose from you just cant go wrong at Starbucks. The staff was polite they were very helpful and told me what they saw it was good which was fine by me because at that moment I really didnt know what I wanted and what I wanted didnt have any way

I ordered 2 drinks around 1:35 and after 20 min+ they werent prepared,i asked for my money back due and couldnt find my order..until.they asked me how long ago 20 min ago..they told.me.because they were.busy but.when I ordered it was only a lady at front and another at the back..other customer after me have they drink but is..its frustration specially when you promise a Starbucks to you daughter and unable to get it here...better communication and organization with your.crew will be a point to start..

I was next in line and the customer in front bought like a hundred gift cards and there was only one cashier I waited 10 minutes before the gal asked for help and the manager/supervisor was very rude to her in her response. I dont blame the cashier but if someone is going to buy that many gift cards during rush hour there should be a better system. The manager didnt provide an extra person to help and the poor girl had to run 2 registers in order to somewhat move the line. Not very good customer service.

Review is based on Coffee and service. I dont typically order food so cant base it off that. Customer service is great. Theyre the fastest in the mornings, and somewhat quick during theyre busy times. I havent had my coffees made incorrectly and if they do happen to run out theyre quick with an alternative.Of course, a downside to this location is the inside is small since theyre located on a highway (meant more for passersby) and the music is pretty loud inside. However, if you cant take the noise .. 1) try asking if they can lower the volume, or 2) sit outside because there is a good amount of outside seating. But note its probably going to be noisy anyway since its a small coffee house.

Love Starbucks just not this location! Seem to be out of a lot of items and staff are really rude. First and last visit thank you

Revised: recently had a very poor customer treatment experience where a manager told me that filling up my cup with ice would hinder their ability to have an ice supply for their drinks . . . . So yeah . . . I havent been back and I was a regular and tipped! Never had a problem with the drinks, they were always good! Already reported this to Corp and they were very kind but I was severely disappointed!

My coffee was really good today. Wife loved the flavor.

I ordered a venti cold brew and they made me a grande no big deal accept when I told them what I ordered I watched him pour the grande into a venti cup and just add ice I USED to come here every day but no more and rest assured I’ll be spreading the word about what a rip off this store is!

I like their coffee but I feel like their prices keep going up. When are they going to make their coffee more affordable.

The service is slow, but not too slow. The Frappuccinos are a little costly. They do taste good until they reach the icy point where there is nothing but ice. The cake pops are good, but they sometimes fall apart. The workers there are nice even with all the hard work they do (the unicorn frappuccino). Overall, I give this place a 4/5.

Starbucks is as Starbucks does . This one is kinda slow for a bucks. Been in several times at different times and days of week. Mostly good but just a little slower than others that Ive been to.

Worse service Ive ever had... Waited at the order screen for at least 5 minutes before a hello, waited at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window to collect my payment and 10 more minutes for my drinks while the 7 employees inside joked around and laughed. There was no line inside and only 1 car behind me and now one sorry for the wait. Never coming back here again.

Bad experience. poor customer service. Recently, I went to the only Starbucks in town and there is an individual who always has me repeat myself after ordering and afterwards laughs as if it’s all a joke and very foolish and poor customer service. And not a new worker she has been there quite a while.

They put more and more in every drink, in all Starbucks, that half of their products is basically water. Get better coffee at Peets or Coffee Bean.

Best place to get a refreshing ice coffee or blend and regular hot coffe

Barista at this location are very friendly. Today, the barista even brought the drink to where I was sitting. That was a pleasant surprise.

Unlike any coffee shop Ive ever been in. A lovely warm, Tuscanny feel with the delicate aroma of coffee lingering in the air filling all your senses, calling out to you, waiting to hear those words trail off your lips, Half caf Chai latte, please. Oh my!

Quick in and out here. They know what they are doing and the wait time is under a minute.

Service is the worse. If you order online the order is never ready, and frequently wrong. If you ask for the pastry to be warned is like you are bordering.

Great place to drink a caffeinated beverage and get some computer work done.

In store drink preparation can be a bit slow but I love it that its never too crowded inside!
