First time coming to this shop and let me tell you… I had a Great experience. The man that helped me was very nice and helpful. I will coming here again!😌

Hate to do negative reviews but i wasted to hrs of my time here with no results last time i ever go to this business.

I called this place in the afternoon on a Friday because my check engine light came on. The owner was super nice, and scheduled me to come in Saturday to diagnose the issue, so I was feeling pretty confident I found a nice local mechanic. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. He diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part from Ford, and I should wait for a call back, This was over a month ago, after following up multiple times with him I gave up. I still havent received a call. Ended up going to Ventura and got it fixed same day.

Went there to have brake pads replaced. Very friendly. Didnt try to push extra work like the other places I called in Fillmore.Was very happy to find out I could bring my own parts.

I Dont rrecommend this place at all❌ My dad took his car there around october/november 2018 and we are alrready in April 2019 and his car is still there its been more than 6 months and its still there they havent fix it.. Dont take your cars to this place

I live in Van Nuys, and passing through Fillmore, my car broke down. De La Rosa was the closest auto shop. I met Peter and not only did they fix the problem, but Peter was extremely nice and when he gave me the bill, I almost fell over. It was less than half of what I had expected to pay. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone in the area or passing through.

Awful experience. Pete the owner had terrible communication or should I say no communication. I had to keep calling him over and over otherwise I never heard from him and when I did call he always said he’d call me back in a few minutes and then never did. Even when my car was finally ready to be picked up he didn’t call. I only knew it was ready for pick up because I called again for like the 15th time. He quoted me one price then when I went to pick up car it was $200 more than the original quoted price. I dropped off my car first thing Monday morning. He said my car would be done that evening same day then find out it won’t be don’t till Tuesday afternoon then Tuesday evening then Wednesday afternoon. I finally got my car back Thursday afternoon. I just couldn’t believe the terrible service and very poor management skills. Pete was extremely unprofessional. I will never take any of my cars there again. He’s lost my business. I only give it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.
