Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Facility is easy to access with plenty of hours of operation. I bought rechargeable aids with Bluetooth capability. Theyve been a game changer for my hearing capability.

A very professionally run business with a friendly and helpful receptionist, Stacey. The audiologist, Rachael, is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Both make the client feel welcome, comfortable asking questions, confident in the recommendations for improved hearing acuity.

The staff and audiologist were patient and kind. They explained the options carefully to help me make my decision.

They had me cone back time and time again, until I was totally satisfied with the fit and sound. I went to the Festus office. My brother went on another office. We are both very satisfied.

The technician was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions, while doing a relatively painless removal of pesky earwax.

They were helpful; doing all they could do to try to help me learn to use the new hearing aids I got 6 months ago. I was not really thrilled with the hearing aids (too complicated) but the people in the office did their best.
