Very upsetting to go to a flower shop for your special day or a FUNERAL and be greeted with such sad service. Very rude and pushy. People do not want silk arrangements if they’re specifically asking for fresh flowers. I’ve read through the reviews and they all say the same thing! Then the owner responds with “we would never do that”. Very unprofessional. Should have gone to schnucks.

Im highly dissatisfied with the service I was getting while trying to order flowers for a funeral. I never gave the lady a price range but I did say several times I wanted fresh flowers. I also said I wanted white and blue flowers for a table top arrangement. The lady kept pushing silk. I asked if I could come to the shop and look, and was told they didnt have anything to look at. She suggested just a spring arrangement. I went to a competitors shop where I was treated a a valued customer. This isnt the first time Festus Flower Shoppe has been a major disappointment. Edited: An hour after I leave this review, I get a call. Sorry but bad service doesnt get a second chance. I purchased from The Flower Patch. They were willing to cut the lilies off the plants if they couldnt get them in. They went over and beyond...plus the price was PERFECT!

Something came up and I wasn’t able to pick up the flowers I ordered on time. The owner allowed me to pick them up on a day they were closed on a holiday weekend! Above-and-beyond customer service, and the flowers were absolutely lovely! Thanks Festus Flowers!!!

Best place to purchase flowers and chocolates! The flowers are fresh and longer lasting. The chocolates are great too. If you need help with making color choices, this is the place to go. They are reliable and do a great job with funeral arrangements. The designers are so friendly and helpful. I like looking in the windows just to see their work. Professional work and enjoyable shopping experiences here.

Anna Zimmerman at the Festus Flower Shoppe is a gem here in Festus. Our family was dealing with the loss of a loved one and she was extremely patient and helpful. Took the time to show us the arrangment options while sharing compassion and general interest in our loved one. So much so, that hugs were offered to make us feel more at home and help us feel that the flower arrangements were in good hands. Would absolutely recommend this shoppe for any floral needs!

I wanted to surprise my daughter with flowers as she had been having a particularly tough week. I called Festus Flower Shoppe, ordered something fun and cheery and they were delivered the same day! Went to get cemetery flowers for my mothers gravesight and called to place order. Was told I had to look through the window at their selection. Due to covid-19. Thats fine. I pre paid for arrangement and got there only to see three poorly made selections. For 50 dollars. I told them I didnt like them and their website had better options. She was very rude with me and pushy. Im already having a bad day due to the circumstances. Theyve lost my business and I got a refund. What a shame.

I recently had someone pass away and needed to order flowers for their funeral. After going to several shops I came to the Festus Flower Shop. I stayed and ordered flowers from them because of their wonderful customer service, knowledge, and caring attitude towards me in a less than pleasant time of my life. They made a BEAUTIFUL casket spray with my loved ones favorite colors as well as matching easel pieces that brightened the room. I was so pleased with my experience that I recommended them for my friends wedding. She also got great service and beautiful flowers courtesy of Anna who met with her and designed her bouquet and bridesmaids arrangements. They are my go to place for all my floral needs now!

I have ordered flowers several times for my elderly mother who lives in Fenton. Each delivery was made by one of the owners family members, who made it very personal and special to her. Their flowers are always fresh and I have never been disappointed!

I was looking for a specific flower bouquet and Festus Flower Shoppe came through. Not only did they get the specific flowers, the bouquet looked amazing!!! And I felt like it wasnt overpriced. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

We went here to get our wedding flowers. The girl at the counter was very rude and not helpful at all. We did go on a Saturday without an appointment just trying to get an idea and possible book for our wedding. The girl would not even let us look at a book without scheduling a consultation. She said good luck finding someone without scheduling an appointment, everyone has the same policy.. We went down the street to Judys Flower Basket. She wasnt there at the time, but came in anyway just to meet with us. She was super nice and helped us substitute to get the best price.

Not Professional at all! My Wife and I went to The Festus flower Shop to look for flowers for my Mother Inlaws Funeral Service, We felt as though we had to give the girl our life history just to look at a book.Needless to say we went elsewhere and were more than Impressed.

Less than impressed!! Paranoid Owners who give you the second degree when youtry to order flowers, I called to order something and basically had to prove that i was an actual customer, name address,email,phone number, credit card number all comes before i even had a chance to ask if the flowers were available.I have lived in Festus all my life, I have used this shop from time to time howeverwill never use them again..Not to mention they insisted that i go to the website to see what they offer,, thats great but when you are driving to work you cant exacly look on a website.

Within a 9 month period, we lost 2 family members. We received plants & flower arrangements from Festus Flower Shoppe, days after the funerals, the flower arrangements still had a beautiful fragrance on top of being simply beautiful to begin with!
