Got the items I needed. Had to find help to get item from top of rack. Unless 6 tall it would have been a challenge for anyone.

Went to buy a dog kennel, the price on the shelf was 24.99 but they rang up 34.99 and 39.99. Not a single one was 24.99. I asked the manager rebecca for the tagged price, but was refused!!! Learn the law. I will never go back!!!

Great customer service, friendly people, and a great selection of items you may need. Theyre just isnt a good selection of parakeet food; Only one kind. But other than that lots of selection for other things. Toys for birds and other animals, bedding, and other things one may need.Plus you can get clothes, socks, work socks, boots, gloves, hats. A wide variety to choose from.

In the past they have been rude to my son and I when we forgot masks, which actually do not prevent COVID anyway. This time I went in with a face shield, looking to buy some more face shields as I cannot wear a mask with my health issues. They had none so I was disappointed, but at least they were not rude this time.

Imagine Tractor Supply had a baby with the cousin of Home Depot and WalMart, and Boom shackala, you have Big R. They were voted number #1 in customer service beating long time champion Chick-fil-A.

I regularly stop here first before attempting a bigger box store. Not only can pricing be competitive but I also enjoy being able to find purchase options for higher quality items. However, the most inviting part of this store is the friendly atmosphere. I recently stopped by to make a couple purchases and found myself browsing after selecting what I wanted. An employee happily helped me browse. After checking out and saying goodbye I then realized the store had closed 20 minutes earlier. I felt bad for keeping them. The service was amazing even after hours. Thank you.

Big R is AWESOME! Where do I begin?? Great customer service, excellent pricing, spectacular inventory! What else do you want? I even noticed the premium dog food was priced better than Amazon. The store is also very clean and organized. Well shop here for years to come, always nice to support local as Big R looks to support their community.

Love this place! If I need it, they usually have it when it comes to ranch and home items, western wear, etc. $3.99 a pound on mixed hardware is a great deal compared to Lowes per piece pricing. They sell premium Golden Fire wood pellets at a very competitive price. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff always eager to help. My favorite place to shop.

Kinda hit or miss on the staff--sometimes you get someone who is totally great and other times you get someone who seems to know nothing...Think its the nature of small towns. Anyhow, I love that they are open on most holidays so I can get stuff done around the place and they have a little bit of everything!

The owner does not know how to treat customers ! Got so bad on his end the customers had to call the cops . All started over the customers asking if he knows whos dog (German Sheppard)was running around the store and jumping on and scaring people. The customers run a rescue and raise German Sheppards. After the question the owner snapped(apparently his dog) calling them names with all swear words etc. Chasing them out of the store and continues to be belligerent.

As usual they have a huge selection of carhartt and all the farming you need! The staff is fantastic.

The staff was VERY helpful, they had a great selection of farm supply and general Hardware. They are not the cheapest place to shop, but they are comparable to most other feed stores and non-chain Hardware stores.

Not a bad place to get what you need to maintain your large yards.

Your.website say your hours are 7Am -7pm but on your door it says 7Am-5pm so were the 7Am -7Pm the hours before the Corona 19 pandemic?
