The best I’ve experienced the store is spotless!!

They have been my store for over 20 years and have always been professional.

Absolutely disgusting pharmacy. Refused to fill my prescription because they assumed I could not pay for it. The nerve!

The pharmacists are the best! They know me by name, and politely answer all my questions. Due to my job change, Ive had to change my prescription provider three times in the last 2 years and they never missed a beat.The techs may be new but the pharmacists filling the scripts are top notch.

Worst pharmacy in ferndale. Pharmacist lied an refused to fill script. Pharmacist was very rude. Manger was rude an I Will never step foot in this rite aid ever again. I suggest everyone take there business to the Kroger on 9 an john r. Would give it 0 stars if i could.

Clean store with courteous staff. Prices a little higher than I prefer but sometimes theyll have some really great deals.

The pharmacy is awful. Flat out refused to refill and order the prescription I needed. About 2 weeks ago I was at a Rite Aid in the middle of nowhere up north and they did not have any problem ordering it and filling it up there lol. If there was a option for 0 stars I would have chose that, avoid the middle aged man with dark hair and glasses in the pharmacy.

My mother went to pick up her prescription and the girl there couldnt figure out how her miHealth card worked. Instead of asking a supervisor for help, she urged my mom to pay with her own money ($120). My mom had to step aside and call the Department of Health to find if it was working. After they assured her that it would work, another worker happened to be near by and figured it out with no problem. What kind of person tries to force someone on state funded health insurance to pay out of pocket for necessary medication? Pathetic. That girl needs to be fired or have more training.

People there refusing to wear masks. Not going back.

Avoid at all costs. I thought their pharmacy already had the worst service ever but guess what? It got even worse after the recent remodel and new staff was hired in pharmacy. I could handle the occasional mistake, and they make plenty, but not the rudeness.

Just dropped off a prescription to be refilled and was told the pharmacist was “away” for 5-10 minutes so I would have to wait for him to return just to approve the prescription. Terrible customer service and rude staff.

Poor service. Staff is bizarre and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to another Rite Aid.
