Not my first time here but when i do get service Cliff is usually the person that greet me for service. Cliff does and awesome job, makes sure all my needs are met and does it with a smile and pleasant attitude.

The staff was polite, helpful, and transparent about the services and costs of services. Will definitely go here in the future to get my Honda serviced.

The staff is polite and cordial. But the prices are high as Giraffe eyeballs, theyre too high and without reason. I took my car ( a 2000 Honda) for an oil change, they couldnt open the hood. I was past due on the oil change so I needed it done. The guy said the latch was broken and it will be $125 to look at it but if I get the work done there he wouldnt charge that just the cost of the job, which at the end of the day was $768 for the latch! I said to him, last year you said $500 (which was also too high in my opinion), his response, that was a year ago. What could I do, I needed the oil changed, I felt so foolish. Total out the door for the latch, oil change, and a tire rotation $869.13.

I had given my car for servicing, when I got it back my entire windshield was cracked and they said it was not their fault. I had to get it replaced with my own money somewhere else. I had given a negative review and it has been deleted now!!

It was a wonderful experience from the time I pulled in until I pulled out an hour and a half later. The young man that worked with me was patient, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve my issues. I thought the receptionist went above and beyond her duties to help me. I felt respected and valued. I look forward to working with this team again

Dunning consistently has the friendliest, most efficient staff! All work is completed in a timely manner, they update you if there is anything to be done. I trust them implicitly with my car, and they have never let me down.

Way over priced for oil change for my Honda Accord. Had a coupon for oil change but does not qualify for my car... I rather taken it to Jeffery Honda in Roseville for oil change. This dealership service department just wants to get you in and take your money and kick you out.

Stood outside my car in the garage for several minutes as an associate walk passed me several times without greeting me, and NO ONE told me: some1 will be with you shortly.The cashier at checkout also was not warm and pleasant...seems she was just doing a job.Returning to my car, I sanitized my car handles, steering wheel, seat belt, knobs - since obviously, they didnt - considering there was not even a paper mat on the floor.I had the Winterization Special.Nice Waiting Room.I dont plan to return there, spending my money.

Had to go twice for two different issues with my 2020 Honda Odyssey which I brought from here on July 2020. First the horn was not working and it took 1 day to solve the problem. Second time went there for check engine sign which took two days to figure out the problem. Fair enough for the process time and getting a loaner car, BUT SURPRISINGLY they did not even do a courtesy car wash or vacuum for any of those visits. I guess they will do it only when you will pay them for a service.

Had to check my cars electric connections because autozone said something wrong. But according to Honda dealer, it was actually the battery. Great service and was finished in less than half hour. Great prices too.
