I have Been a publix customer for many many years (untill this bad incident happened),I never had such a horrible and so disrespectful experience as the one I had last week from (Madie) she works at the deli,she was just so rude and mean you can feel the rasicm coming out from her and her aggressive behavior towards me!She was so mad ( No clue what was the reason)that she started cutting my chicken on top of papers ( instead of the cutting board) so aggressively that my chicken was all mixed with small papers i brought it her attention but she completely refused to talk to me or even give me any answers ( maybe because I looked Spanish)To sad and shameful for a place like publix

I absolutely love our Publix. It always looks and smells clean. Also its very easy to find an employee if you have any questions. The Deli is what tops it off at 5 stars for me. I can shop while they get my lunch meat ready and I really like there subs too. Its my favorite grocery store on and off the island.

There was a bit of a wait for my husband to get a sub sandwich for lunch today, but that is normal. The other ready to take out options were great - I got a tuna salad croissant, and my parents got the pinwheel sandwiches and a salad. I personally used the build your own salad bar, which we dont have at our home Publix. There were four different lettuce/spinach mix options, lots of chopped, fresh veggies, cheese, fruits, and four pasta salad options. I was impressed! We will stop by again soon.

Its very clean, best fried chicken I ever had. They have an amazing assortment of fabulous subs and an amazing produce selection. You can order ahead and drive up. They will shop for you and load your vehicle. They also have delivery options. You have to order early, normally a Three hour wait.

Love shopping here Justin makes the best wingz🍗♨ ! That lil ole white hair lady at the register is super nice quick and has a keen eye for produce escaping !

The staff is the best for customer service.everyone I passed said hello or asked if I needed help.its what I would describe as the best service I have seen since I moved up here 21 yeas ago from Tampa.ty for everything they plus the store is always very clean and organize.

Staff. Well laid out and stocked. Cashiers are helpful and friendly.

Nice employees everyone had on a nice smile and a warm welcome. Didnt have to wait in line at the check out was in and out in no time.

I picked up my medicine from the pharmacy, grabbed a sub, walked by the groceries and laughed at the prices then checked out with my sub. You dont shop at Publix for great prices you shop there so youre not shopping with the people of Walmart, which is where I typically shop because I like to save money.

I love Amelia Islands atmosphere and its friendly culture. This Publix embody this very well. All the employees I talked to are very nice and helpful. The store had everything I needed and everything was easy to find. I am probably going to make this Publix, even though its slightly out of my way, my regular grocery store!

Clean and almost always a deal at the front door I can not refuse...typically Kurid coffee pods.

Always, always, no matter which Publix location I have visited, they are kept meticulously clean, with a beautiful and welcoming aroma coming from the bakery and their shelves are kept fully stocked with wide selections. While all of this could be plenty to satisfy most, given what todays shoppers have come to expect, Publix continues to outshine them all with their exceptional customer experience...whether its when they notice a perplexed look in your eyes as you are searching for a particular item or when you arrive to their efficient and well-staffed checkout lines...Publix is the gold standard for how a customer should be valued.

Always, without fail, everyday I come in the hotfoods is out of stock and terrible. Thats if the chicken doesnt taste like old oil

Prefer Publix in Yulee due to space, extra items, and lay out. Friendly, helpful staff, busy deli, and fast check out.

The Fernandina Beach Publix is always bright & clean. The employees are cheerful & helpful. Frank in the meat dept. directed me to the row with the shredded & block cheese I needed. I had run in the store for just a couple of items & was pleased that I didnt have to wait to check out. I lucked out too, because Pam was the cashier in the Express Lane. She has checked me out in the past as well & she always makes me feel more like a special guest than just another shopper! Pam is friendly & efficient & has found a way to connect with her customers while wearing a mask, by having a photo of her smiling face pinned to her top.

I love Publix for their Deli. The meat and cheese selection is excellent and the staff is very helpful. Their sandwiches and prepared meals are delicious and a great value. The bakery is also a standout star. Ask them to order you their cheese bread. You wont regret it.

2 Stars because the store is nice but the DELI DEPARTMENT is absolutely deplorable. I love publix subs and constantly order online, I arrive a few mins after the ready time only to have to either wait 10+mins for it to be made, or drive back after arriving home realizing they missed most of the toppings. If its difficult to do online orders then dont offer it. And im talking about this happening over 3 times on just these complaints.

Always a pleasure shopping at Publix. Associates are very friendly. If you cannot find an item they will either give you an aisle number where it is located, or bring you to its location. Once you are checked out, they will wheel your cart to your car/truck and unload your groceries.
