Over the cancelled curbside pick up orders! Like its not hard to follow the options you gave me to choose from! I loose my digital coupons everytime! This order today, sure whatever the manager didnt want to follow my order to stay in the same brand in face wash ok...but what about my last order on diapers!!! You cancelled and I had to go in to get only not to have my diaper coupon! This may be stupid to you but your not the single widow that needs them!

If you choose to door dash from this walgreens check your order 5 times before you submit. I called right after placing the order to edit a root beer to a diet root beer and the worker told me to contact door dash. She told me the driver could help. I tried texting the driver but that number doesn’t allow text or calls. I tried chatting with the door dash and it didn’t work either. I tried to clock on help and adjust the order after looking it up on Google. They “don’t allow edits.” So you’re stuck with what you buy and can’t make mistakes.

Unfortunately, I have visited this location 20+ times and have had one nice experience. 11/25 there was an evening manager thats the man for the job assisting me. All the morning management very rude and are more like stockers than store associates. 2 stars because the always have what I came to buy.Suggestion: Fire the entire staff.

I drive to shop at the Airport Rd location because the older African American had a very professional demeanor. It sets the tone for my shopping adventure to be greeted and asked how my day was . She gets the job done with ringing me up and bagging my products. Keep up the good work!

Tried to charge me and my wife $279 for a prescription that we normally pay $114.28. Told they don’t take Good RX.

DO NOT go here to utilize the pharmacy. Employees were extremely rude, gave inaccurate information, and were incompetent in proper customer service. We have had a much better experience at the Schnucks pharmacy across the street, and the prices are much more affordable.

The pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I am changing to another Walgreens I have to drive to because no matter if it’s no one person in line you still wait a 15-20 minutes to get your prescription if it’s not messed up

I went last night to the pharmacy at 8:30 pm to drop my childrens prescription off. The girl told me I would get a text so I asked her how long it will be she gave me an attitude and told me sometime before 10. I sat around and waited and never got a text. Also I drop a prescription off a few weeks ago and was staying in line and was the next one in the line and they skipped over me like I wasnt there. I hate this Walgreens the workers are there just for a check and not to serve the customers. I will never go back to the location I would drive a little far out and get better customer service.

Every month I fight to get my prescriptions refilled, I have never had such an issue with a pharmacy before. The technicians are extremely rude and never get my Rxs right.

If I could give them no stars I would. The employee, (female) at the photo counter at about 9:30 AM Tuesday February 3rd 2015, was the worst employee that we have ever had the misfortune of talking to. The ignorant way she spoke to my wife and daughter made them lea e without purchasing anything. I was 4 aisles over at the back of the store and heard her. Needless to say I left as well. Hopefully someone reads this who can stop this behavior before they loose more customers. We will NEVER return.

I like this place and it is very convenient. I am disappointed that theyre no longer 24 hours. Honestly most of the time I would go there would be after midnight and before 7 a.m.The employees are usually fairly helpful however overworked. Often someone is willing to check you out in photos. I have never once gotten a disgusting look from someone who was frustrated with me trying to check out there because the front counter is busy. Many places thats an issue.I have been a member there for many years however I have never been able to claim it any rewards from the points that I should have learned by now. And Ive never gotten a clear explanation of what I will get eventually.

This Walgreens has some of the best customer service I’ve seen from any business in a while, the guy who’s a cashier at the front is very polite and sincere. I definitely recommend this Walgreens to anyone.

Worse place ever!! I go there for the pharmacy mostly. the other departments are fine. The pharmacy however VERY slow and they never answer their phone. I even went there to get a gift card and checked out with the front cashier, and the phone was ringing and she was like im not going to answer that, thats the same girl calling for the pharmacy. They never answer their phones and idk why? so not only do i know this but the other workers know that you can not count on that pharmacy. So mad i wated 20 min twice today. I recommend goin to the one on West florissant. I called then they answered right away and gave me a time to pick up. I HATE N Florissant walgreens! YOU GUYS SUCK!!!
