Wes is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about Wes at Advanced Storage & U-Haul. He has gone above and beyond to help me; from calling when my Ubox arrived on site, to contacting U-Haul/Ubox support on my behalf, to helping me find creditable and reliable movers in a pinch. Poor service: booked the reservation weeks in advance canceled a day out due to overbooking. Management very rude and didn’t allow me to get a sentence in.
