Staff is very helpful, shelves are usually at full capacity and the self checkout is always available! In and out very quickly! Sad to see how much theft/destruction customers cause, I regularly see open packages / drinks on shelves.. We need to appreciate the hard working individuals that deal with this daily and still feel motivated enough to show compassion twords customers. Its not easy working in retail but these folks at our Walmart do an awesome job. Plus they have the latest consoles on had even during the shortage lately!

Typical Walmart. Nothing to write home about. If Im having a bad day I can go there and listen to the employees talk poorly about each other and it gives me comfort that I can walk out freely without being scorned.

The values are good... the staff friendly and helpful but customers refuse to wear mask and were not asked to by staff.. even after being pointed out by other customers

Definitely one of the better Walmarts Ive visited. Pretty well organized. Generally pretty clean. Sometimes theres some long lines but keeping places staffed has been an issue in this area.I dont mind shopping at this Walmart.

Website in-stock items and pick up today items dont accurately reflect what this store has. Zero customer service in person or over the phone. Phone calls are left ringing while employees are standing around chatting with each other.

I had a very nice experience. It was clean well stacked and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I was greeted when I came in and they thanked me for shopping there when I left.

Majority of employees we have encountered during the past 3 months while in this area have attitude....the self check out section is horrible....an employee sits there avoiding eye contact & looks annoyed if you ask for help. High risk for employees at full service checkouts as nothing is ergonomically correct for them. Managers should evaluate how Aldis employees sit & rapidly scan items with payment happening quickly Aldis employees have always been pleasant & friendly to us.I forgot 1 item last week & had to stand behind 7 ppl with full carts to check out again with my 1 item....need a full service checkout for say 10 items or less to move those ppl thru. Very few employees appear to have pride in their appearance & makes me shake my head. Val in the pharmacy and the pharmacist are serious LIFE SAVERS! I am on vacation and they helped me sort out a medication I needed. They were friendly and went above and beyond, on a Sunday no less to help. Seriously wonderful!!

I tried curb-side pick up today. Very disappointing. As a mother of twin one year old babies there are things that I need and I didnt receive. For example- I ordered 1 gallon of whole milk, and 2 gallons 2%. I received just 1 gallon of 2%. Also, I ordered 4 loaves of bread... I received just 1 loaf. Basically, what you order doesnt matter, because they regulate how much you are allowed to have. Next time I will be taking my business to the local grocery store SERVICE FOODS. WalMart can take their one world order nonsense and go kiss a flying kite. Ridiculous. I give them 1 star for the nice kid who loaded up my car. Very pleasant fella. Thats about all they have going for that store.

I am not a fan of how this Walmart is set up, seems all over the place. Also, if you enjoy standing in line for what seems like an eternity, then this is the place for you. I have never seen more than 3 cashiers working at a time and lines are usually backed up to the door.

Only damn store I have been too that doesnt except cash, took 3 attemots before I found a cashier that could take it. No sinage posted, got whole cart emptied twice before finding out it was card only. 1 hr 17 min to check out. According to the csm, it wouldnt be long because they had 3 registers open, but failed to see that the lines for those three where like black friday.some yourself time and frustration and hit one of the other local stores.

There was only one checker. The self check was full. When we got to finally check out with the self check there were no bags for us to use. So we had to wait again or another one to open. We dont shop here often and this is one of the reasons why. BAD SERVICE!!

Of all the Wal-Mart stores Ive been in this was the least crowded, nicely organized, and fluid running store Ive seen in the Midwest.

Is not bud everything is reasonable the pricing is little high but anything we needs is here is very nice and clean bath rooms

This Walmart is very disappointing. One checkout open. Long line. Asked to speak to a manager was told he was in the office. Waited but he/she never came out. Poor leadership and customer service. Line was 10 to 12 carts long in both the checkout and the self serve check out only one of each was open. Worst Walmart I have ever been in. Also called and no one bothered to answer the phone either.

This place has really gone downhill since it ran the other businesses out of town. They rarely have items in stock, you cant get help on the floor - if you find someone they are chatting with other team members and dont acknowledge you. You have to use self checkout and half of them only take cards. The lines are ridiculous and there is no customer service most of the time. It is a pain to go shopping there.

Hate the fact there arent any checkers. I wont self check because the supervisor ALWAYS has to come and help with glitches.....pay your help more and provide better customer service.

5 min to shop 25 minutes to go though self check out or 35 to go to people run check out. Not fun!

Its Walmart- they have the typical things youd expect. But they also have a market (grocery) and fabric. Parking lot is huge and I often see campers or trucks parked there for the night. Handicap carts can be hard to find, or theyre not charged. Recommend you use the self checkout, other checkout lines are always long as they never seem to have enough open lanes.

Today we stopped in for a covid vaccination through the pharmacy department, which went very smoothly and efficiently. This is a large multi purpose Wal-Mart including a grocery store and the pharmacy as I previously mentioned. Even though it is a large store you will appreciate the friendly small town customer service provided by the staff.

They are normally out of alot of things but the staff are always kind

I really Luv Wal-mart, call it my Dream store!! Sure seems like things r getting more expensive, or just plain out of stock!! I have a cat who Luvs Cheese Flavored, now dont see on shelves anywhere. Nothing else no complaints other than what was said.

Place gets worse and worse every time I go there. I needed an item from automotive, had to find someone to help me and then he said that he had to take it up to the register and I could get it when I was ready to checkout. All was fine until I asked a lady if she could just help me at her register and she said no and Id have to wait in line where it was. I only needed the one item I wasnt going to wait in line of 10 people while she wasnt doing a damn thing.

Standard Walmart... Good prices, one stop shop for most needs - usually adequate quality products, interesting variety of customers, good produce. Too few cashiers at the registers.

Very clean and well maintained store. When busy it can be slow to check out but thats standard for any walmart and at this one they actually have more registers being utilized than most at least! Staff are mostly friendly if you can find them or get them to stop long enough to help you. On my last trip we couldnt find an art craft for my step son and we asked for assistance and the gal pulled out her personal phone to use the walmart app with, which was no more help than we already had as I was also using the app to try to find the craft .

No elementary computer supplies in stock and zero staffing in electronics. The laundry detergents & additives are minimal, but the gluten free varieties are good.

Last time I was here they were majorly understaffed and had people that were from the grocery pickup were running the registers.

Experience wasnt to bad. Somethings are in places they shouldnt be. And they need to keep their products updated when you look on their store website.

I just wanted to buy a tea but there were people in line who had cart fulls of things so it took me 15 minutes to buy my tea. They should make a limit for items in the self checkout.

I have not had many positive experiences when I go to this particular store. The employees are blatantly rude to me and I have no idea why since I go there often and spend quite a bit of money. Since Fergus is such a small town with limited shopping choices, I go there out of convenience bc its a handy one stop shop. However since I get such nasty looks from the workers..people I dont even know..im going to start spending my money somewhere else..

StUff are rude and makes you feel as if yourdoing wrong for being there or that your a inconvenience when you ask for service. The independent phone people did mord for me in electronics then the staff that is placed in the department they should know what they sell ti be in the department
