Absolutely terrible service. The owners are money hungry liberals and the management is just piss poor at it. Do not recommend to anyone at all
Initially communication was good the first week however the next five weeks not so much they replaced the engine only updates I received is when I called them they missed the deadline that they gave me three times for two weeks after after getting My jeep back I noticed it had a different battery in it nothing was mentioned at the time I paid the bill I called them up later and they had no idea either eventually they said they had ruined my previous battery so they replaced it with a lesser battery I have contacted them twice drove there once and it has yet to be taken care of I would not recommend The service center for a large project
I found a 2018 Ford Raptor online on their dealership for $48,825 and after inquiring about purchasing they informed me it was a mistake. I ask them to honor the price and they refused making an excuse about not being able to pay the sales team. I get mistakes happen, but feel they should honored the price. It would have really shown their commitment to customer service and integrity. No wonder they are a low rated dealership.
They did a good job normally I change my own oil so I thought it was kind of expensive but they also do more than just change the oil.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with these guys. Talked to Candy (since JULY 6th) and she assured me she would call me when the car I wanted arrived. Offered to come in and do all the paper works (she said no) Find out today they sold it. Put them on the awful dealership list with corwin. 🤷🏽♀️
