We purchased a 2002 Ford Escape 3 years ago. The vehicle was 100% how it was represented and its been a fantastic vehicle for one of our kids. Drove it out to California just a couple months after purchasing and I was very impressed with it. CarMart is a unique dealership... doing all they can to provide reasonably priced vehicles and make the process easy. No slick salesmanship, just great communication and honest representation. Hey. I tried to buy a Ford festiva from Megan that her mom owned. Megan would never return my calls or my text messages. I collect cars and I love the Festivas. She gave me the runaround. She is very difficult to work with when buying a car. I will never try working with rude people like that. Ive purchased many cars in my life and Ive make alot of deals. But never ever was treated like this. I would never recommend buying a car from these people. Not good customer service.

They let us know if we could do our own repairs or if we need to find someone. If it was something they could handle or they would give us names of people they trust. I can honestly say I will be buying my future vehicles from because of there Honesty and Straight forwardness if the vehicle meets our needs or not. Keep up the good work. I had heard great things about CarMart Net from my parents, who recently sold a vehicle to Megan and Lucky and received some repair service from them. My husband and I were looking to fix some power steering problems in our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan, and after receiving a very high estimate from the service department of a local dealership, we were hoping to find honest, caring, and reliable service somewhere else for a better price.We found exactly that this past week after bringing the minivan to CarMart Net for an estimate and subsequent service.Megan and Lucky clearly had our familys best interests in mind, helping us determine which problems needed immediate fixing and which were unnecessary at this time. At the same time, they also promised to help us keep an eye on worsening of problems that did not need immediate attention. By doing this, they have saved us HUNDREDS of dollars. This is a BIG deal to us.We were blessed to hear about great service so that we could experience it for ourselves. Furthermore, driving away from the lot yesterday, I could tell from turning my steering wheel the very first time that our vehicle was driving 100% better. I was led to believe that the vehicle had been checked over by a competent mechanic. To be fair, I should have test driven it much more than I did to discover the flaws before I purchased it. On the way home I discovered several shortcomings. I called immediately and was led to believe that they would take care of it. Hindsight is 20-20. I should have turned around and taken it back. Approximately $1050 repairs later (They say they will cover $300) the vehicle will be in the shape that I would have expected it to be when I bought it. Sorry, I cannot recommend. Test drive very carefully if you must buy from this organization. I will not be a repeat customer. - Update, a few weeks later, I am now up to about $1500 in repairs. Megan told me on the phone they would cover $300 as I mentioned before. Okay, they sent me a check for $300. Then they emailed saying that there was a mistake and I should send the check back. Waiting to cash the check, I have asked three times on email and at least three attempted phone calls (they are to busy to call me back) to ask what is the mistake? A week has passed since the last email seeking clarification. No response. Amazing.....??? Months later I finally deposited the $300 check....you guessed it...it bounced. NEVER again.

My daughter bought a car from them 1 1/2 months ago. She received very good service from them. A month ago when I needed a car I chose to buy from carmart. Within a week of that my boyfriend also bought a vehicle from them. Ive had nothing but great service and they have been there to answer any questions I have. They always take care of what they sell, Ive never had to take it back. They also do my oil changes and repairs. I find them to be friendly, helpful and honest. When I need another vehicle, Ill buy my used cars from them. Ive bought many cars in the last 62 years - so that has got to say something.

My husband purchased this vehicle as a surprise for my birthday. Meagan and Jamie was very pleasant in assisting him. They were able to help him surprise me with the vehicle when I got home and to finish the process they even wished me a happy birthday. I love the customer service. They were very professional in the process. The truck it self was in good condition the interior was well maintained and the engine was in good working condition. Carmart even let me take it to my own mechanic to inspect it and is willing to help fix any repairs as needed even though my husband bought it as is. Drove down from Fargo to check out a vehicle listed on CarGurus with $120k miles, but when I got there I found out it had 180K!But the owner offered to pay my gas money and then spent 45 minutes with me giving me advice about reliability of different models/years. He also looked over my truck to help me get a good idea of what I should be asking for trade-in value.This seems to me to be a really great place to buy a car. The owner knows his business and is very genuine and there’s no sales team earning commission, (which keeps their prices lower) and you don’t feel pressured to buy anything (in 45 minutes the owner only showed me one car, and it was because I asked about it).Despite a bad start and not buying a vehicle, this trip was worth my time for what I learned. I would recommend CarMart to anyone (just make sure to call and confirm the details before you make the drive if you found their listing on CarGurus).

I purchased a suv from this dump after 8hours the vehicle would not start tried contacting them several times to figure out a solution to my problem they would not return my phone calls or work with me in anu wau they are the most unprofessional dealer i have ever worked with and would not recommend them to anyone ever they sell lemons and have zero accountability for the junk they sell

My husband and I went to Carmart initially to look at a car for me, but ended up buying a truck for my husband and a few weeks later the perfect car for me. All of the staff there are very knowledgeable about all of their vehicles, and were very patient with me in my decision making. (pretty sure I drove almost every vehicle on the lot) They helped me work through all of my concerns about going from an SUV to a much smaller car. They gave me a very fair trade for my vehicle and a great price once I finally decided on the car I wanted. They have very receptive to calls and questions on both vehicles after the purchases were final as well. I would without a doubt go to them again when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.

I recently bought a 2003 Toyota Matrix XRS. I dislike purchasing cars in general-- I am a sales person myself, and it always rubs me wrong when people try to push me into purchasing something out of my stated price, or try to get me to purchase a car that I did not want in the first place. I did not experience any of this at CarMart Net LLC. I knew which car I wanted to purchase, test drove it, discussed some previous damage (a mirror), and not only did I get the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay, they also sent me the mirror at no cost to myself. They are a fantastic company, and one I highly recommend! I will be going back for any major maintenance, and for any future vehicles. Thanks so much to Megan and Lucky for making my car buying experience as phenomenal as it was!!

The worst buying experience for my son. Misleading information about the vehicle purchased, Honda Prelude 1998, overpriced supposedly due to an excellent condition and low miles, promises made to fix problems with the ignition key not kept, mechanically vehicle in really sad shape, unfortunately discovered after the sale. Thousands already invested to fix hidden problems. Vehicle was misleadingly advertised and sold. I would like to warn possible customers about the female sales person sounding knowledgeable using unethical sales practices.

We negotiated a price we both agreed on!We also had them do some repairs on another vehicle we had... they saved us $400.00!!! Not the best place in town to deal . Lady pretty much down graded my vehicle and thought just by her app on the phone . I had a junker . When this one I look at . Seemed to have a lot of problems as welll .: definitely look at there cars and bypass there vehicles and plus there all to high priced . Can find better deals on cregslist from what she told me .......

Very friendly and helpful staff. I bought my Acura MDX here and got it for a good price. They replaced all 6 of my spark plugs and cleaned the coils for just the price of the parts and didnt charge me for the labor. And said that in the future they would do any other maitenence for a reduced labor cost. The owner seems very honest and fair. They dont charge you unfairly or try to get you to pay for a bunch of extra stuff you dont need like other dealerships do. I dont live in Fergus Falls but i commute there to have them work on my car instead of somewhere else because I feel like they have the best service and prices.

Went to go test drive a couple cars yesterday and the first one we wanted to test drive had to be jumped to start. If that wasnt bad enough the lady wanted to ride along in the back seat and would have been fine but she took a call from someone on her phone and wasnt even talking to us. We were just pulling out of the lot on to the Main Street when I stepped on the gas and the car died and the steering locked up on us. Than we went to go look at another car which looked a little less beat up than the first one both were in rough shape with many miles for way to much money being asked. The second car wouldnt even start and she came over and we told her it wouldnt start and her reply was thats what happenes when it gets cold out. It was in the high fourties clearly not cold. Dont buy from them awful place worst dealership in Fergus Falls no question.

Have not been there in person yet; will alter review after I do. But online customer service leaves much room for improvement.

I recently bought a 2007 Toyota RAV4. This is my third vehicle I bought from CarMart Net. My pervious two were a 2002 Honda CRV and a 1996 Honda Accord. :- I first purchased the 2005 jeep from megan and lucky. I was very pleased with it. They gave me a very good price on it. They were very understanding and easy to talk to. Then my boyfriend was looking for a vehicle. Without hesitation I told him that we should go back to carmart. We knew lucky abd Megan wouod help us find something. We bought the 2001 Toyota sequoia from them. They gave us a good price and a good vehicle. Anyone looking for a good realiable vehicle and good price this is the place to go!!! Bought my daughter her first car here and the first thing I noticed after the sale while changing the license plate was that the dealer plate was covering a large hole in the rear bumper which made it very difficult to install the new plate. Also noticed a leaking front tire, a front bumper that hangs due to broken clips and a wheel that does not match the other three. Future buyers please do your research before buying here. They seem to leave out all the wrong in their descriptions.
