I always shop Fergus Falls Sears for my appliances. They never stear me in the wrong direction. I always get what I need. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love coming here.I just purchased a refrigerator during their 4th of July sale. I know with everything right now, shipping delays are happening. I am super excited for when my refrigerator gets here!!! Then my kitchen will be complete!!!Thanks for your hard work!! I know when I need anything, I will be coming here!!

Cant follow through on their promise of giving a call when my item arrived. Here I wait over a month for the item to arrive only to find out it was in store for 2 weeks without a call.I dont blame them for Sears delaying my item but when you say youre going to call TWICE and then I have to call you to find out you didnt do what you said? Thats really poor customer service.Very disappointed in the service and their broken promises.

Great store, Keith & Bernadette are always very helpful. We wanted to order a bagger for our lawnmower and first tried to do it online and was having problems so I went to Bernadette and she went to work on it and we will be receiving that bagger soon. Thank-you

We recently purchased a refrigerator through the Fergus Falls Sears and they provided the delivery. Although, their policy said they could not go into the house due to COVID when they arrived they saw that our refrigerator placement was right next to the back door. So, not only did they bring it into the house but took off the refrigerator door to facilitate the move, got it into place perfectly, and re-attached the doors - all above and beyond. They were so friendly, polite, helpful. 5 stars all the way.

Good old fashioned service! The owner is very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain how things work to a novice homeowner. Service like this is hard to find and greatly appreciated!

Lost our sears store in Fargo and I had several warranty hand tools to exchange so I looked online and saw a hometown sears in Fergus falls mn. On our next trip to Minneapolis we stopped in to see if they could help me. Was very happy to fine out they had all 3 items in Stock and they made the whole process fast and easy. After the exchange I took a look around and was amazed at all the items they had in a smaller store. Great appliance selection, tractors, tools, even beds. The best part was the great personal service I received even on a exchange. I will be back when I need a appliance.

Went in looking for a new range was looking for a good basic model. I did not realize all the different features on a new range. Now I know about convection ovens, hidden elements, warming burners and more. I was able to get the range I wanted and within my budget. Will be back when I need other items.

Was out exploring town and saw the sears store had never stopped in before and thought I should while we still had one. In visiting with the workers they explained to me that they were a hometown store and a totally separate company and they would continue to be here. Which is good news as we have lost many stores in town

So, I didnt expect to be going to SEARS. I expected that after all of my research I would be headed out to the Home Depot. Once I decided on my appliances, I went out to find the best prices, which was the SEARS Homestore in town. They were having a sale and were significantly less than other places. I was shocked. When I ordered the dishwasher and over-the-range microwave, I asked about delivery. Do you live in town? Yep. Well just drop it off when they come in.The guy who delivered them picked up the dishwasher BY HIMSELF and carried it in without hitting any corners or walls. It was amazing. I asked about installation and they gave me two names and with luck everything will be installed today.I cant comment on anything further, but the buying experience was excellent. Would easily recommend to friends.

Have purchased several appliances here over the years. Most recently a washer and dryer 2 years ago had it delivered and the 2 guys that delivered went the extra mile to ensure a senior like me understood how to use it. Going to be moving shortly so went in and ordered a new mattess for my new apartment. I really appreciate the personal service from the staff.

Stopped in looking for a new cordless drill to replace my 15 year old one. Couldnt believe how much they have changed over the years and so many to choose from. They showed me several that would suit my needs and I finally decided on one that looks like it will serve me well.

Lost are big sears store in fargo and had some craftsman tools I wanted to do a warranty exchange on. I googled sears and found several hometown stores near by I called the fergus store and asked if they could help and they replied any hometown store can help and we would be happy to take care of you. Stopped in on my way through town the other day and got my new tools they made it easy.

Had to drive 45 miles from my home to find a sears store to do a craftsman warranty tool exchange. It was well worth the drive great service and they had a nice tool selection for a smaller store

Stopped in to get my vac bags I am so happy we have a sears hometown store in our area so I dont have to order them on line

Stopped in the other day looking for a lawn sweeper for leaf pickup they had one on display that I could look at looked like good quality they even had a boxed one that I was able to take with and they even loaded it for me on top of that the service was friendly

Stopped in the store on Saturday, looking for vacuum bags for my old Kenmore canister, to my surprise they had them in stock. Nice store and very helpful employees. Will be back.

Live in alexandria mn and are losing our sears store so I called the store in fergus falls just to see if they are remaining open I was greeted with a friendly good morning thanks for calling sears and was told they will be there to continue to serve their customers. On my way to Mpls and drove thru town to check it out saw sears and stopped in told them I had a old craftsman Rachet that broke they told me next time thru bring it with and they will exchange it Now that is the Sears I remember thanks

Went in the store to exchange a craftsman wrench under the lifetime warranty and after the exchange was done started looking around and ended up buying a 252 piece tool set at a great price. Could not believe the selection in a smaller store.

Very helpful with a defective product I purchased online, cant beat the home town sears.
