Came in 5 minutes before close to quickly print out a piece of paper and was able to log into their computer for several minutes before they killed the lights and told me time to go. I was still charged to use the computer. They couldn`t give me another minute to print it. Good stuff, and I was still charged for no printing service.

Three employees and an empty store and I wasnt acknowledged as a customer. One employee named Brian looked me directly in the eyes and kept on with what he was doing. Another employee with no visible name tag kept on with what he was doing also. The worst part of my experience was the manager John himself who ignored me. How else am I to look at this matter? The store manager is asian and helps the asian customer and the caucasian customers. Ive lived in Federal Way for 25 years and this is about the worst of customer service Ive received. Im giving a one star review because all customers before me were helped. At least the store manager dresses professional. I just wanted to print a court form for the city of Bellevue, WA. Ill share this review when necessary.

I was disappointed to find out that my package wasnt fast shipped like I asked for. I was specific about needing my package to be delivered the very next day and why. Its unfortunate that the quality of FedEx Ship Center isnt 5 star worthy. I hope for better luck next time.

If I had the option to choose zero stars, I would because this place isn’t deserving of any. The staff is incredibly rude and have no business being in customer service at all. Why they’re still working there blows my mind. Seriously FedEx, step up your game and hire better quality workers.

Went here at 8:30 am and was not open checked time to see when open time was and it said 8am and no one in sight bad business

This place is worse than anything you can imagine, no matter what your imagination is stretched.Extra rude staff, nickel & dime to the extreme, change the format of documents sent for printing, requires too much touching of store surfaces and appliances to accomplish the least tasks (hello, there’s a pandemic!).More expensive for comparable service, color printing here is $0.60, at UPS it’s $0.29 just give an idea

Went in the store today to use the wifi for my phone to factory reset it and send it back at the FedEx Store next door, the 3 guys working were so great, and gave beyond normal of customer service with helping me reset it and taped and package my box up, use the charger and help me purchase a new aux cord. Great conversation like a family...and Im not even an AT&T customer. Great job guys

I bought an 11x11x11 box and he measured it and shipped it as a 12x12x12. I dont know if there is a price difference for shipping it and i dont care, it is just kinda weird. I asked him about it and he said they round up if it is over the inch mark but he even tapped it. Also said no value for package but it is listed as $100. Again dont know if there is a price difference and i would pay it but its just the principle. Still way better and easier than the post office!

Ive been going here for a while since I have to regularly print things for school. I absolutely love all of the staff, and they usually have my print orders ready way before the actual time/date listed which makes things really helpful. Thanks to everyone! :)

Broken machines and 1 person helping during the holidays. Tried using them for work project only to waite 20 minutes for a printer that does not work.

The guy who delivers to me (heavy set, tan, black hair short, crooked teeth and yellow, mid 40s) is first of all rude. Second of all does not give a damn about protecting others because he laughed at me for staying away from him when he was NOT WEARING A MASK. Which Im pretty sure is required to work atm. He needs to follow rules and respect others.

Excellent service, Ive gone to this store over the years for various needs and they always have prompt, courteous staff and service. Recently I inquired about a donation of a small print job for a youth fundraiser and the manager happily obliged even made a few edit suggestions to my file that ultimately made them look amazing! #ProjectProm2019 is very grateful and 85 students attended prom with donations of fliers, Decorations, proper formal attire, DJ, photographer, gift cards for dinner, various services for FREE in Federal Way Thanks to the generosity of this FedEx and the community.

I saw all the reviews and was like theres no way it could be that bad... WRONG. the lady was extremely rude and no help what so ever. i went to print flyers and posters and i guess they dont even accept cash there, but only told me after the fact! guy that had pony tail acted clueless too and wasnt any better than the lady. dont go here, DO NOT!

Went to FEDEX at the Commons Mall in Federal Way on 11/3)19. My friend brought eight large maple leaves and asked the agent to laminate and ship them to a 4th grade class in Park City, Utah. He painstakingly laminated and trimmed each leaf, and put them in a padded envelope to mail. It took quite a long time. He was very patient, kind and professional. An excellent customer service representative. His name is Brian.

A little pricey but awesome. I printed pictures, printed documents and scanned them for email. Probably my new go-to store since the UPS store has discontinued certain services.

Fast turnaround on print materials and knowledgeable staff. Usually very busy so wait time might be longer (depending on client needs). Designated parking stalls in the mall parking lot can fill up quickly when busy. Good variety of business services and nice quality. Staff members have always treated me professionally.

Want in today to mail package,was told it couldnt be shipped because it was in brown shipping wrapping paper?!?!. Just trying to meet a dead line and save gas but I guess the Kent location is your best bet if you live in Fed.way and need to mail a package aft.6pm.Beware save time and money keep going. UPDATE: Spoke with manager who said their is a posting somewhere inside saying no brown wrapping paper. I have not had any problems in the past shipping this way and by my own choice will not be back to this location.

I really don’t like this store, one lady that’s works there very rude and I hate where it’s located, but it’s the only Fedex store around so what we gonna do .

I have been using this location and the former Federal Way location for 12 years now. I utilize the self service equipment, copiers, computers, fax machines, laminator, as well as utilize the design and print center ordering forms for my business. There is parking for FedEx customers in the Mall parking right near the store. Ive been there during off peak hours and during peak times. Ive seen plenty of all types of customers, happy, demanding, trying the patience of the workers and people like myself who are more than happy to wait. Ive had a couple of experiences that were less than perfect, but in 12 years, thats expected, but they bent over backwards to make it right. Ive helped customers when the store has been overflowing with customers, and also understanding when they are busy. Its common knowledge in predominantly self service location stores like these sometimes you just have to wait a bit. Ive been solicited by other print shops, but this one makes me happy.

This place rocks! They kick A** to make your projects happen! I came in frantic, late in the evening and Esteban calmly made it miracles happen for my 8am meeting tomorrow! The same goes for all my prior projects. Quality product, quality service, pride in their work and I have never had my projects come out later then their quoted time. Truly grateful for you awesome work!! My Go To - Every time.

Great store to stop in for a quick print, copy or fax; extremely easy and convenient to use their machines, also.As for the register processing time, it drops pretty drastically depending on the time of day. Usually their staff is in the back preparing shipments (I assume) and you might get one or two employees to ring up customers, which it still could take a while, depending. Though, I can say, if you come prepared, you can be in-and-out in 10 minutes or less.

The first time I walked into FedEx, I was greeted, warmly. However, thats where it ended. Everything is pretty much self-serve. My subsequent visits were much more interactive, and its a pleasure visiting FedEx, now.

Weve done our own printing here, weve had them print & bind. They have been great, even taking time to show me how to use the big copier and refilling the paper when it was a busy day.

The self service options are great here. If you are shipping things they are helpful and quick. But if you are trying to print something that isnt a simple pdf or word file I would go elsewhere. They dont seem to know what they are doing when it comes to the software available on their systems.

I am very disappointed with FedEx Office in Federal Way. I thought that the lady at the counter stole my money. I simply asked to make 83 copies for a trailers manual. It costed me $20.00. I simply wanted copies and stable them together. Thats all. But that wasnt how it turned out. Please dont go there. She is not an honest person. Highly rated ZERO.

I get a package sent to me by FedEx accepted from the sender I got the box open it realize wrong part put it back exactly the way it was same packing bring it to FedEx store they need to charge me $4 because they cant ship if theres not enough packing so box dont move inside box. What a scam. Bankruptcy coming soon FedEx.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would!! I went there to ship my packages but my box wasnt good enough for them!! I had just carried 2 large boxes in there one in my hands and one lovingly being carried by my 4 year old son who couldnt even see over the top of the box! (It wasnt heavy just big.) I had my hands full with my 1 year old son and the other box which was the bigger of the 2 boxes. It as POURING down rain and I get all the way in there to have her tell me she couldnt ship my box. (She pushed down on the top of the box and said because it wasnt full if we put boxes on top of this it will cave in. (It was a box from Amazon that had been shipped to my house with a previous order.) I said its fine I put extra shipping padding in there but she STILL refused to ship my package! There was NOTHING wrong with the box because I simply went right across Pac Highway to their competitors UPS and they were MORE than happy to ship it for me! They didnt say ANYTHING about it and were SOOO incredibly nice and helpful!! GO TO UPS! Its right across the street and that is where I will be going from now ON!!

I had the same experience there as some folks already did. The guy with pony tail didnt like my box. The shape precisely. Drove 7 miles to get there and all for nothing. A lot of folks recycle the boxes like me and after being reused several times they no longer look like new. A got back to my car swearing and cursing about such a BS service. Waste of time and gas.2 days later stopped by the Lynnwood FedEx where the guys there have a different personality. Nobody there said anything about my box being in bad shape. Box got picked and shipped and arrived at the destination safely. Yeah, the Fed Way fedex sucks

Ordered some stuff online, told me it would take a day, called me back to say it will take two days and they will call me when its ready, a week later no call so I call them to find out its ready. Items were on poster boards not canvas, the wrong size and one was the wrong direction (landscape vs portrait). While there, I shipped something Saturday morning to arrive by 3pm Monday... this 2lb package cost over $130 to ship. Will not be using them or FedEx again.

Teresa is terrible. I went in to ship a package but Teresa immediately stormed in between me and the cashier, telling me NO we cant ship this, even though it was perfectly packaged in a cardboard box. Her reason? The cardboard box was too thin. I took out a fedex box and compared and showed her they were the same thickness, but then she makes up some other excuse that made no sense whatsoever. Last time I ever use fedex.

If you are forced to use FedEx to ship something, make sure you AVOID fedex smartpost. It is a massive scam that is not worth what you are saving. It took 3 weeks to get my package from the east coast. Same package from the same location took 3 days with USPS and for the same price. As bad as USPS is sometimes, they are 100 times better than this new SmartPost scam.

My experience there was bad. There is a lady there by the name of jody. She did not want to help me. She was very mean and rude and did not let me as the customer express my needs. She just assumed thing without letting me have a word. I will never go back there again.

I just walked out of the FedEx in Federal Way. The gal was very condescending, and not helpful at all. Other people with whom Ive had interactions here have been pretty cool, but this gal was not.

One of the most pathetic experiences Ive had. My girlfriend goes to get a poster printed (she called beforehand and they said they could do it). But when we go in there, the printer doesnt work. It takes forever to submit the order to an employee that needs to go to training. Finally, we get the order submitted with a not-so-confident feeling that it would get finished in time. We went back in about 20 minutes later to have them call that night with a status on the printer and the order...they had ALREADY LOST THE ORDER. While looking, one employee asked another if someone had thrown it out (not sure why this would even be an option). They reprint the order to have it signed again, but at this point my girlfriend wants it cancelled. But what do you know? An order cannot be cancelled without a manager...who of course was not there. So instead they push the order back until the manager would be there to cancel it if it was not yet completed.Needless to say, now she has to find another printer. If anyone needs anything printed, go somewhere else!

Worst place to get items shipped through. Package never came, piss poor service, do not return emails had to go to their hub to get answers and even then not much help just excuses. At the end, ended up buying the same items from another seller in person.

The staff was extremely rude to me. I hadnt even said a word to the gal at the front when she said I cant take that, referring to the FedEx box in my hand. My mom had given me the box with a bill to sender label on it from FedEx. Dont get me wrong, but why can FedEx not take a FedEx box with a FedEx label that says bill to sender?!? Im going to be taking it to a different location. I get that the holidays cause shipping companies a lot of stress, but the lady I talked to was straight up rude and unhelpful.

Every box goes through routine check make sure they cant accept it, not trying to help to do business, need to change whole crew, otherwise bad experience for doing business, unfortunately only store in Federal Way have to go somewhere else to do business.
