They did a great job for the price. Not perfect, but dang close. I was there for a hour, but the guy doing the interior worked for half an hour of that time. Girlfriend will be happy!!!

Went through Elephant in Federal Way today. Asked for the detailing package. Was going to trade in my car and wanted it to look nice for value. These guys must have been board or something. They went through every nook and cranny. Did a FANTASTIC Job. Car hadnt looked that good since I bought it. Now I am hooked... going to have to do this every month now. Will definitely use these guys again.

The place is amazing! The person who’s in cashier tho is rude, not giving right instructions and he was on the phone/earpiece talking the sometime when I was paying and I end up parking in wrong place for almost in hour. Give 5star attention to your customers….

The self wash car stalls rarely work (there are 5 but only 2 work occasionally). The stalls steal your money. Instead of giving you money back they just give you tokens for another stall. They dont block off the broken stalls that they are aware are broken, they just let you find out the hard way. Terrible maintenance, and they dont seem care.

Took 3 hours to clean my truck, which is understandable due to staffing/covid. However, the man wearing converse shoes and the camo gator was terrible. Literally walked away from the vehicle 4 times to get supplies that he never used on my truck.Each time he left he took about 5 minutes each time. This car wash is too pricey to have such terrible time management. I have never not tipped someone, but this time I would have been offended to give him a cent.

Can I do a -1? Normally good service today was terrible. Lazy inefficient. Couldnt even clean the sap off the windshield. My car wasingored for someone they thought might be a better tipper. I kept my tip in my pocket and will not be going back at all

Hadnt cleaned the I side of my Jeep since last year. Bought the full package and was impressed. The floor mats are clean again, everything wiped down and vacuum. Even cleaned under the sunshades.Thanks 😊

I spent $35.00 to have my car washed and to have it cleaned inside as well. The windows still have streaks, not even clean on some of them. Everything had smudge marks on it. They wouldnt even put amoral on the tires for that price. I was told that I only the wheels get cleaned in that price! The guy brushed my car before entering the car wash with soap and water but clearly missed the whole corner of my car. But then the guy drying should have seen it and cleaned it. Very disappointing. I wont be going back there again. Now I know what business to open here in WA!

I just needed helpHuge car lover here and I hate using public auto washes but I still go to them because they do come handy.However with that said I know a good one from a terrible one, regardless I just wish I had a better experience, but who knows could have just been bad timing or something.1-takes only tokens (their own version of tokens), and the token machine only takes bills.2-there is no attendant on duty, even though a sign says there is. I knocked on the door multiple times and no answer. Maybe he or she was in the bathroom, when I knocked. Idk3-the basic cost is $2 worth of tokens, and only lasts for 2 minutes!!! Other places will give you at least 3-4 minutes for $1.75-$2. If they gave you 4minutes for $2 that would be better a little bit.4-they should just take quarters instead of tokens. Also having a coin exchange machine would be great and an attendant!Overall place does it job. Was busy when I went but could use some improvement

This is my second time here, first time was great great deal $20 exterior and interior cleaning. I went again on a rainy day only really needing an interior cleaning. I was more than willing to pay $20 for it. Until I got halfway home and realized theres wipe marks all over my windows, they did not wipe down the doors and the vacuuming job was terrible. I spilled a bucket of popcorn in the back seat and you can still tell theres popcorn there. I dont think I will ever use this place again.

First of all I rather give no star but I have no choice so I selected one star. Went into the car wash today paid for interior and exterior. After the finishing with cleaning in and outside of the car I point out some of the dirty area in an outside the car and decide to clear myself because there is short Mexican ball head dude who claimed that he’s a manager there but he’s just a worker, Argue with me and tell me that I ask for too much and when I asked him I paid $40 isn’t that too much or not and then he reply well I’m not gonna have my guy Clean your car for 20 minutes Basically telling me that they’re not gonna do the job they were paid for. I left really disappointed and I recommend everybody that will review and read my review please do not waste your money and your time with this car wash, choose a different car wash.

Go to Brown Bear you at least get a good car wash. This place is terrible. Soap still on the car tires and wheels not clean and I paid extra. Not worth the money.

My mom loves this place she always comes here no matter what . I love coming here because of the amazing staff and the great work they do. Its really hot out and they are wearing black and u can see them really cleaning your car. Honestly I am so glad I didnt listen to the bad reviews. Although it is busy they make it work.❤️

DONT GO HERE!!!! my CC got skimmed at the cashier window (this is the only place that I physically gave my card to another person to run the transaction ever). Cashier took my CC to run transaction, took her a while and she was apologetic for taking it that long, blaming on CC machine. They went on the shopping spree to FASHIONNOVA.COM with my CC.. If management is legit then some action should be taken against this employee behavior. Im sure Im not the only one that had something similar happen at this location based on others reviews.

Dont use their self carwash. If something goes wrong with it like eat your money or their foam brush has a hole in it, theyll tell you we cant do anything about it, its self wash MFer its your equipment!

My car was a total mess from having a kids sleep over and months of not being able to get my car detailed because of Covid -19 a employee of this specific car wash was talking amongst her co workers about how dirty my car was and refused to clean it. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. Being that I was already embarrassed about the state of my car I felt very disrespected. She was unprofessional and rude. Snickering and pointing while I was there. They lost a customer today.

Went here a few weeks ago. About a week after I bought my new truck. I went through the machine then the worker dried my truck off. I get home get out of my truck an notice a huge scratch along the side of my truck.i went up there spoke to the manager he said the general manager would call me. I called again today to no avail. They have been giving me the run around for a month. DO Not GO HERe.

I bring my car here a lot. This time however I was very dissatisfied. The outside looked great but the inside, while it did look better, was not as good as the work I have become used to. Granted, they were very busy but they have been busy other times I’ve gone and the work was still good then. I still gave them 4 stars because my other experiences were great. Hopefully they get their problems worked out.?

The guy was VERY nice. Took his time. Though he obviously wanted a tip - he kind of lurked around until i handed him one (I was planning on giving one I had to put my baby in the car- took me a moment)First glance of the car was fine. Got a little down the road and realized the inside was poorly wiped down. And by poorly wiped down I mean- it wasnt. When I got home I ended up re-wiping the entire inside of my car all over again. The vacuuming job wasnt great either. Still stuff all over the place. The seats still had some stuff on them etc. I will probably have to find the extension cord and take the vacuum to everything again.I wouldnt spend $35 at this place ever again.

The Best Pink Elephant Location here in Sesttle Washington. I love the full service car wash they offer. Not many places you can go to have your car wash where they clean the inside and outside for you. They do a great job for a regular serviced car wash.

They dont have enough people for a busy day. Then you dont get everything you pay for. The wait its long and then you have to tip them! This will be my first and last time.

I usually feel like people here hustle. Today however everyone seems to be watching one poor soul work. I came in when they seemed slow to get serviced quickly but it took just as long as any other visit. The employees seemed rowdy and used profanity regularly. I was a bit underwhelmed today.

Platinum car was not worth it. They do a terrible job on your wheels the car wash isnt very good, they got mud on my doors from their own feet and then I had to argue with them to get them to wipe it off because they said they dont do door wipe downs. The car wash didnt get all of the car clean. I could literally wipe the dirt off with my bare hand . When I reported to the manager he said if the machine doesnt get it off they dont wipe it off. I had to do it myself. There was stuff all over my convertible top from the machine and I had to sit there myself getting it off with duct tape while they watched. Nobody cared, nobody helped, even after I complained. And then while I was cleaning my car myself they asked me to move it because I was in the way of the other customers. Almost cant believe it. I wouldnt come here again if they give it to me for free. This is my second bad experience with two different elephant car washes.

First time in for a simple wash & dry..since it wasn’t so busy yet. The wash job was excellent but the young black man drying my vehicle, obviously did not enjoy his job and it reflected on my vehicle. I watched him as he barely touched the surface of my vehicle with his two little red towels, literally only took him 7-8 minutes. I made note how he forgot to wipe down my side windows..dripping with water. He did however wipe down my tires with his sponge and a spray bottle. He gets done..and I asked, are you going to dry the side windows? He mumbled back some words and again just casually surface dried the windows. My husband always comes here, I don’t enjoy a car wash environment, but you can bet I won’t be back. Management better “nip this in the bud”..

I came in on a Sunny day and even though they were a little behind they did in an incredible job detailing every little detail of my car. They did an incredible professional jobs and for $41 it was a complete steal since most companies want least a 150 for a full detail.

I just wanted a simple vacuum and spent my last dollar and precious time attempting to use theirs. First of all, all the vacuum hoses were covered in mud, so your hands and interior will most likely get marked with mud. They need an attendant to rinse it off and hang out properly when customers fail to do so. Secondly, the suction didnt work at all! I put my hands right up to the opening to check suction and there was nearly none. It spit small debris back out after sucking it up halfway. I didnt even use the full vacuum time because it was pointless. Thanks for nothing.

U should never use a dirty towel on the paint from rims. Whats the point of offering that kind of hand service if its going to risk scratching paint? I noticed a few scratches after my wash. Go to Brow Bear everyone. This place didnt even tell me where to go when I got there. If Im paying 20 dollars for a wash, it better have some care in that package.

Poor customer service, poor job, expensive. Never pay for their so called full service. They will charge you $40 and pretend to clean your windows, tires,... But they will make them dirtier with their dirty towels. Moreover, something will be missing in your car. I wish I could give them a negative rating for wasting my precious time with they so called full service.... please dont waste your time and money at this place. I was told the same thing, I didnt listen since it is the closest car wash from my house. Now, I am a victim...

They don’t have enough employees/vaccums. The employees they do have seem burnt out when busy and mostly pretend to clean your car. Fortunately for them most people are in hurry to leave and the car is parked in shade. The car wash itself sucks, u should do it yourself or go to brown bear. The car wash seems dated and worn. There were streaks everywhere (windows/dash) and I had to detail the car when I got home. They aren’t cheap. I feel swindled.

They did an excellent wash job on my car, but then I noticed that I had forgotten cash to tip the person cleaning my car. When I went to get in the car an angry older worker who looked like he came from India yelled at me to say thank you like he was demanding I tip. I felt accosted, almost like when a homeless person comes up to you and asks for money while you are getting into your car. I will not be going back to this car wash place again.

Wow, if I could do NO STARS I would. I just drove 20mins to get to this place to have a car wash and the inside vacuumed out. They told me they could only do the outside because they were closing at 6:30. Their Google listing said they close at 8. I told her that and she said that the listing is wrong but the website is correct. PEOPLE WHO USE GOOGLE MAPS, WHICH ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE, RELY ON THE LISTING BEING CORRECT AND NOT HAVING TO CLICK AND SEARCH THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE. CHANGE YOU LISTING SO YOU DONT PISS OFF YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME!!!! And dont tell me that Google is wrong but your website is right. What a HORRIBLE way to handle things. I am a regular customer and drive the 20-25 mins from my home to you because you also clean the inside. I do this on a regular basis but will NEVER be back again. Get your business together, do the right thing, change your listing. Im a business owner and if I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. By the way, I just got in and changed it for you...so incredibly difficult. Wow.

Its OK Id recommend ONLY! using the self washing stations though, as the last time I went though the auto wash it caused TONS of spider scratches on my car (also know as swirl scratches). ALSO if your going to use the manual wash, do not I repeat DO NOT USE THE FOAM BRUSH!!Ive seem workers use it a broom to clean the ground which adds dirt and junk in the brush. But dont bother with the wax setting it doesnt work unless they fixed it.If your going to use the self wash take your own buckets, (one with soap and one for rinsing you wash mitt) just be sure to keep the timer going or they might ask you to leave, but as long as your a paying customer they should have no issues with you using a bucket.

Federal way location. The manager was rude.I told him they were skipping my car when they were skipping my car to do another car instead of mine. I told one employee that my car was next and the manager came back yelling and screaming at me saying I was wrong. He is a little vietnamese guy and he has no manners with customers. At the end, I was right. The employee was about to start cleaning the car that came right after mine and was going to skipp mine but I complained so they did mine instead.Little guy was upset I complained and he was not going to apologize or admit their mistake after I waited so long. Since I waited for such a long time I had to say something. The manager is definitely rude and sarcastic. He does not know that when you have a business customers are always right. He seems to have a lot of pride and does not know how to apologize to people.. He laugh loud while I tried to explain. He said I am not going to let you talk at all. What kind of manager or business owner tells customers I am not letting you talk?.. I think he forgot he is in America or forgot his is not in his third world country. Will not go back to this place they have no customer service. Little guy needs to admit humans make mistakes so you just you are sorry and move on thats all. He has big pride and will not admit he is wrong. I felt I was fighting with a kid. He is actually fighting with customers. If you did not had a problem with little guy yet..just wait until you do. I do not recommend this location, the staff was friendly but there car wash completely ruined my rims. The first manager promised me he would contact me but i never heard a word from him. Soon after i went to the location and spoke to the Owner who ended up saying it was my fault. Do not go to this location.

The service they do is only okay. Unfortunately it is the only full service car wash in the area. I bought the a special of 4 silver packages hoping to save some $$. However, I have tried 3 times to get the inside of my car washed again, and each time I have been denied, They do not keep consistent hours for how late they are open to do the inside. One of the times I went and they only had 2 other cars they were working on, yet were closing doing the inside an hour BEFORE they actually closed. The next time, they were extremely busy, okay not really their fault, however knowing it was going to be the only nice day, they should have foreseen being busy and staffed accordingly. The next time I called before going over, and this time they were closing doing inside 2 hours before they actually closed, an hour before the previous time. How a company can actual run like this, closing at inconsistent times is beyond me. Of course they will not refund my money, even though than cannot give me the service I paid for.

I got a full detail......cleaned the outside and inside......we waited in the waiting room they had a heater on with a warm drink dispencer.....and a vending machine with snacks.......it was not the cleanest place I have been but the price was good and thst did a great job.......i will definitely go again

Love this place! Gteat customer service and alway with a smile. They always do a great job. Sometimeit can be super busy when I get the full service but worth the wait but when I am in a hurry I get the wash and hand dry w all the extras/ tire clean and dressing! Cost me little over $13 with a coupon! I let the products they use on my tires... it lasts..

I paid for a full service car wash.Going down the road I noticed that my inside front windshield was not cleaned at all. The floor mats are usually rinsed off and that was not done either. Very unhappy!

I was just here Tuesday. I paid 35 dollars for them to do a good cleaning on the interior and the exterior which is the real reason why I paid 35 dollars. Full service is what they say. After they were done cleaning my car, I went and check and still dirty spot around my car. They vacuum the inside but didnt do a pretty good job. The 3rd roll seats wasnt even touched. Still dirt and my seats was still dirty. the guy who cleaned my car is short, bald, and had a tattoo of a star on his neck. Worst part is whn i told him that my rims are still dirty he reply. Oh I cant get it out. I went home to see if I cn clean it and it came right off. Worst car wash ive ever experienced here in seattle. Id figured if I paid more money they would at least take the time to do it right but I guess not. I knw some of them would do a pretty good job but that short,bald,skinny with a girly star on his neck dnt deserve to work there cause he half azz his job.

This is terrible place i ever never been. i had premium service and my leather ivory seat got oil mark on, and so on. smoke smell on my car and so on. They didnt dry out my car so that multiple water marks.

Always shutting down early! Showed up two days in a row to find that they randomly sent the interior cleaning staff home before closing. The second day I showed up earlier so that I wouldnt miss the interior cleaning cut off...and they had decided to cut off earlier! It is ridiculous that they have posted hours but dont actually clean cars during those hours.

Piss poor car service I went and just had my car and my fiancé me car cleaned out and hers was spotless mine still had trash and the cashier and the management were EXTREMMELY RUDE DO NOT GO THERE. I asked if he notice trash under the seats and he said wont dont clean out the trash under the seats when I told him why my fiancé was he replied with a louder and ruder tone WE DONT CLEAN OUT UNDER THE SEATS. I asked why there was crumbs in my seats and he exclaimed we are not a $100 dollar service you get what you pay for and we dont clean seats. They have both automatic & 2 personal wash areas and vacuumers. They also have steps so you can wash the top of your car night only one bay has that.

Spent $16 and my car looks just as bad as when we went in. Even had them hand wipe it down and Im still left with dirt streaks and smudges not to mention, we now have a bunch of scratches on our paint job that were not there prior to entering the car wash. Not happy.

I had the $19.00 or so washing and pulled out, drove down to Renton, plenty of time to for the tires to dry. Went into the XS Discount store. I went in and came out, i noticed that brake dust was still on the wheels front and back. It tells me theres a flaw in there washing system. I think Ill be going go back to BROWN BEAR Car wash, its Comparable and Ill get a QUALITY WASH THERE!!
