This is just a quick review to recognize the Target at the Commons (Federal Way) getting into the Pride spirit. I got my Pride shirt back in Indiana (at another Target, if Im not mistaken) and now we picked up two more for my lady.I also want to recognize Claire, the person who helped us get these two shirts as they were both on a mannequin.Claire did mention theres no way of telling if theyre getting anymore Pride things in so if youre looking for some, getting it sooner rather than later is better.
This target is great. It was even better today. I had a drive up order and the girl bringing out bags got caught in a flash of a down pour of rain. Instead of turning around she kept going to deliver the bags. She definitely deserves a raise! I picked up today around 630pm in stall 8.
Waited on by a young man who so slow I had to slap myself to wake up, then I get home and find junk on my receipt that I never bought to start with.This place was one big CLUSTER **** as we put it in the military, now they will not answer the phone in customer service so I will have to make a trip back there to correct their mistakes at my expense, not happy !09/03/2021 @ 12 Noon Register # 2

This Target has the WORST customer service. Making this review after having gone to this store for YEARS. They just never get better, and I’m probably the most patient customer you’ll ever run into. The only reason I even continue to step foot in there is the WONDERFUL PHARMACY STAFF.
My shopping experience at Target was very positive.The store was clean and the personnel pleasant.
The store is always clean, items are in stock, and checkout is a breeze unless during peak hours, which can take a while. This Target is the only location to have Starbucks location since the mall it is connected to no longer has a coffee shop. Staff are generally available on sales floor or guest service. I really enjoy coming here.

I had bought some light bulbs and tea along with some other items, and when I got home the light bulbs and tea were missing, I tried to call but nobody answers the phone, I have my receipt and it shows that i paid for these items, please help, I tried to call them and see if they could put them aside till I can make it back in the store, that would be a great help! Ive never had an issue either with the staff or with a shopping experience. Target may not be the cheapest place, but it sure doesnt attract the same audience as those offering items for a couple cents off the retail price.Also, Ive never been profiled in any Target store, so, this comes to show, its the people driving the hatred force, not the establishment.

I only had a couple things I really needed. Time wise it was awesome I could shop for the items online and then have it brought out to my car. Extremely happy. Timing was perfect!
The in store pickup up is a literal nightmare, there will be employees there but none of them will help, they just walk around pretending to be organizing or talking amongst eachother. Ive done online order to pick up 4+ times and its the same experience every single time. Its only the employees for order pickup, the rest of the checkout staff is normally nice and helpful.
Whats the big deal about parking in the back corner lot with my car carrier to meet a customer???? Im away from all traffic, parked all by myself & ur security guard comes rushing over. We got u on surveillance!!! Bfd! So I got to risk my life instead and park on the busy street!!!! Screw u target! Will never be a customer of yours again!!

I managed to buy a Xbox Series X on their website. I paid online and came in the next morning to pick it up. They told me that my order had been canceled because they were out. I drove a bit over 30min each way to come pick it up and they didn’t have it. The worker said I should’ve got an email saying my order was canceled but I never received anything. Giving 2 stars because the staff was at least nice.
When I needed to find an item I had no idea where to look, the attendant immediately found it for me. He personally took me to where it was.
Starbucks hangs up after 6 attempts over 2hour; contact guest services they hang up twice after line ringing for just over 3 mins: so try “other departments” again 3+ minutes ringing with hang up. Just to try and purchase $25 Starbucks gift card to send as very belated Christmas 🎄 Happy New Years greeting. ♿️ even online I am handicapped by Target/ Starbucks’ treatment.2021 is scaring me by these people.
Don’t get your ordered shipped here for pick up, when something goes wrong they cannot help you. Better to just get it shipped home.
I was absolutely pleased with how they are handling the situation in their store during this stressful and confusing time.I did not mind one bit waiting in a line to get into the store. The line moved very quickly and everyone stayed their distance.I appreciated the fact that they counted everyone that entered and left the store.Once inside there were no lines at any register.I seriously mean they did a great job! Kudos to you all and thank you so much!The only thing I wish had gone better is that all customers would go same way down the aisles, common sense tells you that. But unfortunately not all people have that.Again, good job Target! And thank you!
Had a great experience with Targets drive-up service. The app was a little wide-spaced (couldnt see more than 2 items at one time, I think--made comparisons more difficult), but definitely user-friendly and easy. Ordered a couple of items that we had forgotten earlier in the week, but were necessary, and checked out in much less time than I usually take shop in-person. When the order was ready, I didnt get a text message, as I was expecting, but the e-mail did get my attention--20 minutes after it was sent to me. Still, it was a Saturday afternoon and they got my stuff together in about 2 hours--which was faster than I anticipated. When I got to the parking lot it was maybe 2 minutes after I hit the Im here button and the Target employee was coming out. She was polite and very helpful. Even though there was only a few items, at least one was a bit heavy and since Ive had arthritis since my 20s, I was glad that she was able to load them in the backseat for me. Ill definitely be using this service again.
If you are looking for sports cards dont come here unless you get lucky. Just witnessed 3 people buying everything less then 5 minute after restock and it being allowed, yet I was told there is a limit and I would be limited to 2 of whats left.
Employee was very helpful. I know I put in a lot of orders but she was patient and was able to get every single item without complaining. I’ve been to a different store about 20 minutes away and they were rude but she was definitely polite and putting her best foot forward. Big thumbs up. I forgot her name but would definitely like to thank her!

Based on my various experiences here, this Target is not the best one to go to. For drive up orders, they have forgotten various items on more than one occasion. Their customer service from numerous employees I have encountered is terrible. I would not recommend this particular Target.
Online order and store pick-up was super easy and very helpful when you are in a time crunch and dont have time to look for things in the store. I ordered the night before and picked everything up in the morning on my way to work.

Tonight it was because when I got to the CVS pharmacy at 4:45, the tech said she would have my medicine ready TODAY BEFORE closing. I could not renew my migraine med until today and I desperately needed it for my migraines condition. She could have easily said, since it was so late, for me to come pick it up tomorrow. I was so grateful for her professional kindness. She was the pharmacy tech who helped me 4 days earlier by telling me that my insurance would not at for it again until today ($600 versus $10 copay, big difference). CVS practices reflect on Target. Thank you.
Great place to shop if you want to buy air. They were literally sold out of absolutely everything that I needed to purchase. Their comment was yeahs our trucks wait until were almost empty to bring stuff this time of year. Really? Just this store?Seriously dont bother unless you want to waste a trip.

This Target is everything youd expect from a Target. The customer service is adequate. The store is clean and organized. It is always a treat to walk around the store and decompress after a long day.Overall, 9/10 recommendation.
The employees are always nice and very fast
They have a spot for order pickup but dont staff it. They put you in the line for the returns and exchanges. I stood in the spot for order pickups and was completely ignored. Finally asked someone walking by if they still did order pickups where it says order pickup and he said this is just registry even though the sign says order pickup. Not a big deal of the employees dont make eye contact and then try and walk by you without saying anything while you are just standing there. Also no big deal if they dont have a misleading sign that directs you to a different location for order pickups to then just have to go and get in a different line.
At Target I really enjoy getting customer service from chris in the clothing and baby departments. She is very helpful, energetic, and you can certainly tell she loves her job! Best Target to shop at! I would strongly recommend making her a supervisor or manager sometime soon as she would be amazing at the job. As for everyone else there, they are pretty good. The dude at the registers with LONG hair needs a haircut pronto.....other than that, like I said before I recommend this Target!

This is a nice clean store. The carts are fantastic and earn a whole star in and of themselves. The people are friendly and the selection is very good.The food section is a little iffy. Sometimes the sections are not rotated in stock so there are expired products on the shelf or one or two really older ones on something not recently restocked. Not a big deal for me though as I dont do much food shopping there. Just check your dates!The reason this isnt a five start review is the check out lines. They are always, always, awful. We have to prepare as a family to endure this experience and sometimes dont go here simply for this reason.

I love coming here to Target. It’s always so quiet, peaceful and clean. Parking is somewhat difficult because mall customers are also trying to park, but that’s just about the only thing I don’t like. Checkout is quick and the associates are helpful.

This is a nice target. Prices arent great or bad, just standard. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. They could use a bigger food department as you definitely cannot expect to do any general shopping here. Ordered something online and it came promptly and as expected.

Came here for Black Friday shopping. I had an overall really good experience! The employees were helpful and very nice didn’t seem rushed at all to help with anything I needed. I would come back the only thing I would do differently is walk out to the car with the customer to drop off the TV rather than have them pull up front during busy times like that. Who knows though that could be against their policy so I will definitely come back!

I couldnt find the Christmas that I wanted, a young man offered to go look in the back and he found it for me. The employee at checkout was GREAT. She walked me through their app since I had never used it before, to save me even more money!

I went to target the other day to pick up an online order and this lady at guest service (I believe her name tag said crystal) was so rude and she went to go check up on it and it was not even ready! I am so disappointed that target has these type of employees working with customers. She showed no interest to help me.

I would recommend Target pick up for online ship to store purchases BUT I would tell everyone to check those purchases before they exited. The reason for this is I ordered three t-shirts recently and was sent not one but TWO in the wrong color. It turned out to be a bit of a fiasco to exchange one and the other I just kept but Target needs to get less color blind order pickers. This shouldve never happened. Id give Target a Yes-BUT... order pick up recommendation. It wasnt the people at the store, it was the people at the warehouse.
Went to buy a few odds and ends and found clearance items of which I put 8 of them in my basket and upon checkout., only 2 rung up the right price. Even the discounted chicken tenders with the $2 off coupon wasnt rung up right even after I showed the cashier. Ended up walking over to the customer service desk and simply asked for a full refund and left the items there. Wont be going back when the store cant even get their prices straight.

I really like Target...especially compared to that cheap place run by the Arkansas mafia family. I am happy to pay a few dollars more for things knowing that Target is more friendly to various communities and the stuff they sell is pretty good quality. However...More than any store of its kind, Target applies the Pink Tax. Just today I was shopping for underwear for my daughter...and the same brand and count package was $2.50 MORE than the boys packs. I have seen this on blades for shaving and other items in the store time and again and it is getting old. These are not items that are excessively different...in many cases they are the same...just advertised towards women. But still they price things at a higher price than the mens item. What the heck???I am seriously exploring other venues to shop because of this. Maybe Amazon has comparable pricing...but until this stops, Target is going to be getting fewer of my dollars...
Called looking for a very specific product which I was told they had. When I get here it turns out they didn’t. Fine, it happens. But one cashier (older lady with brown hair and glasses, wasn’t even my cashier) rudely asked me to put “my cart back” except I didn’t have one, I was using a hand basket. The person behind me however, did have one. I may be young and tattooed but please make sure a person actually has a cart before being so rude
The store is alright, the last time I went I went to the electronic section and slipped in a puddle of water. Other than that My trip to Target was great and I would shop there again in the near future.

The item I ordered and was pictured on the Target website was not the item I received! I had to go into the store, stand in line at Customer Service to get a gift card refund - because I paid with PayPal, I couldnt get a refund to my original form of payment!!!!!

Today is my last time shopping at Target . My boyfriend and I went there to look around and pick up a few toiletries and were followed throughout the entire store up until checkout. This target is also never fully stocked on multicultural hair products.

I have been to this location several times over a few months and at different times throughout the day. I have never been to a store that had as many pallets and boxes all over the place. Making it impossible to shop this last time. Inbetween some isles on the backside would have huge pallets you cant get around which with the big carts with 2 seats for kids sucks because they are too long to turn around so i had to walk backwards with the cart and the way down the isle. To top my trip off when i asked for help from an employee they seemed uninterested in helping me. I think ill pass on shopping at target from now on.
I had put an online order in and was waiting to pick it up, the email said 2 hours but I showed up early and was told that it would just be about an hour, while standing out of the way minding my own business, some manager named Crystal came over and told me it could be up to 4 hours and suggest I leave and come back.... making me feel super uncomfortable. Not only that but shes telling me something that is contradicting what I was told online and by another target employee. I left the store and was on i-5 heading home when I get an email saying my order is ready at 9:39 (just an hour and a half after the order was originally put in), I wasted a lot of time and gas all because Crystal felt the need to give her opinion when it wasnt even asked for. Next time let the customer just stand and wait....I couldve had my order within mins if she wouldve just let me wait.
