I have a 2014 Triumph Thunderbird ABS with only 473 miles, red & sliver and added Triumph footboards, midsize windshield,, shifter, LED headlight, LED motor bars, thermal cover, 2 helmets, I was quoted a sale price from Dave Ritchie and he has failed poorly as a businessman and manager. I bought my bike in 2016 and it’s perfect. I wouldn’t recommend Baker Motorsports if this customer service is standard procedure.

The people that work here are AWESOME! Maggie and Jay in the service section made me feel like I was at a best friends house while my bike was being serviced. They were extremely friendly and great to be around while all the while maintaining a professional attitude. Its very rare these days to find a place that provides exceptional service with a friendly and positive environment. Baker Motorsports on Sycamore Dairy in Fayetteville is one of those diamonds in the rough. They have earned my business and appreciation for a long as I can ride.

I first have to say the service and parts departments are beyond reproach. Service did all the upgrades on my ZX14R and tires, best bike service... PERIOD. Parts always delivered what I needed without fail........BUT, once again SALES allowed me to walk through their showroom, examine no less than 5 bikes and not ONE, 1, UNO person so much as gave me a sideways look. Apparently this is some kind of standard since its REPEATED. Maybe I should park my Audi S6 in front of the store, seemed to at Audi Cary whom Ill never do business with.EVER. its kind of dumb to allow potential customers to leave without ANYONE saying ANYTHING not so much as a basic GREETING. Baker SALES gets 1 star only because I cannot give ZERO STARS

Derek was absolutely amazing. I didn’t feel like he was a typical “salesman”, he was legit looking out for us not only money wise, but safety wise also. He wasn’t overbearing at all. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The entire Baker staff is amazing. I recently sold my bike to Erik in Sales and it was the smoothest process ever. He even went above and beyond to send Luna the driver to pick up my bike. When Luna arrived he was extremely professional. He took care of my bike with grace and respect. I was referred here from a friend that spoke highly of this Motorcycle dealership in order to purchase a complete set of rear peg assemblys for a 2017 Yamaha R1. After going in and ordering what I thought was a full assembly, a month had passed of not getting any phone calls that the product had arrived, so I return to see if they had come in. Sadly the whole assembly was not ordered like I had thought (only one arm and peg was ordered), none of the washers or bolts either which somehow came to over $250), so I had him order the rest of the parts (another $80 plus) to which I returned at a later date after not receiving any phone calls for the parts arriving. The parts I needed were still not all ordered and said when I came to pick up the rest I would need to pay again! I said I will take a refund because at this point 5 months had passed for this whole transaction. I ended up having to pay a (restocking fee) of $80 just because of their incompetence. I was looking forward to this place being top notch as I had been told, unfortunately it did not live up to any expectation I had set for it. I hope others have a better experience here than I did, I wont be able to recommend Baker Motorsports to anyone I know.

I called every dealership in NC looking for the new Kawasaki KLR-650. Even though other dealerships advertise it, no-body had it. Not only did they not have it, they didnt even know when they could expect one in. Not only could they not say when they could expect ANY Dual-Sport in, they were less than pleasant to speak with, arrogant. Then I called Baker Motorsports. Holy Cow,.. I could not believe the professionalism, courtesy and positive attitude I received on the phone. I live 180 miles away from Fayetteville, Ashley gave me some simple instructions over the phone on how to apply for financing via their website (extremely easy), once it was filled out their finance department was on the ball, Ashley called me back with good news (approved) and in just a couple hours I was headed to Baker Motorsports to pick up the bike NO-ONE else had and in the process received the service, professionalism and courtesy that other dealership in North Carolina could even come close to comparing to. As far as the Kawasaki KLR-650 I purchased, after the 180 mile trip back home (100 miles of which on I-95) I have got to say WELL DONE KAWASAKI, solid, smooth and stable as a rock and more comfortable to ride on back home than in the car getting there. I would have driven twice that far for the service I received. THANK YOU BAKER MOTORSPORTS, you have just earned a customer for life and I will refer any and everybody I know to you for their motorcycle purchases in the future.
