I have a friend who I visit frequently and I have no complaints. Park is clean and residents seem decent!

Worst landlords ever. They are rude and don’t communicate well with you. They don’t help out when you need assistance. Reason my roommate moved out. Ive witnessed an issue that was supposed to be resolved within a month and i was waiting for deposit to be viewed, done and sent to me. Now they play “I dOnT KnOw WhAt YoU’rE TaLkInG AbOuT” and they’re having us wait another few months to return deposit. I don’t recommend at all. Besides they mobile homes need a lot of TLC and Fixing up.

So i used to live here for yearsThe old staff was great new staff keep telling me to wait to get my deposit backIts been like that for monthsThis new staff is so rudeI dont recommend this place to live for the staff that works hereMy lawyer told me i can sue this place because someone is living under my name all this months thta they havent pay me back
