I’ve purchased materials from FayBlock before but today was my first delivery experience. Note that it was a same day delivery; the people in the show room are always very helpful and I was impressed that they could deliver same-day! Will the dump truck driver was extremely professional: he called to verify my location, checked the ground to make sure it could hold the truck, and placed my materials exactly where I needed them. I highly recommend FayBlock.

Fantastic experience with several employees, especially Kevin as we built a 16 diameter circular paver patio, sitting wall, and firepit over several weekends this Summer. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile each time we visited. If you are considering a project large or small, yourre search should begin (and end) at Fay Block!

Definitely would recommend. When my wife and I was there shopping for ideas for a fire-pit patio, the sales rep Matt was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions, adding new ideas etc.. We must of spent about 2 hours going over everything and all the while Matt was giving us his full attention the entire time with absolutely no sales pressure, he even recommended several contractors to us. After our purchase and several calls later Matt continued to help us get a lower price, worked with delivery to get our material onsite quickly. The rest of the staff seems to be very friendly. It is real good when you can go in and shop and have a great experience, it makes the project seem that much more worth it. Thank you.

Ordered pavers from them over a week ago gave them my debit/Credit card over the phone delivery was suppose to be at 3 pm they called me at 1030 saying it would be after 4 pm tomorrow. Id highly recommend using another paver company as there new and dont have all there stuff together. I own a landscaping company and thought Id try them out buyer beware
