WELDERS BEWARE!. I drop off a generator welder for a repair diagnostic, they never give me a diagnosis and when on to fix the machine anyway without my concense . The bill came up to be $2500.00. After a rigid discussion the bill was reduce to $1118.57. Which I was forced to pay in order to get my machine back. The store manager Mr. Chris, was rude and thread me making gestures and fist grips saying that if was going to hit me was with his right fist. The police came and believe or not I was the one with the attitude. All I asked was for a diagnostic test, not to repair the machine without my authorization. This is SIMPLY BAD BUSINESS.

If I could vote less than 1 star I would. I have been buying liquid nitrogen for years. I moved here and wanted to fill my dewar with LN they wanted to charge me 85 dollars plus tax for 10 L ! In the years of buying LN Ive never payed more than 20 to 30 dollars to fill up my tank. They are dishonest and I will never work with them.
