My first visit was a cold and rainy day and Corina walked through each piece of granite I looked at and answered all of my questions. My scheduled appointments were timely & I appreciated being allowed to understand the process and all that was taking place and why...from the breakdown of the old countertops to the install of the new. Anyone I spoke to or encountered at any time in or outside the doors of the business were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience, my daughter and I love the finished product and if I had another kitchen I would do it again! They were incredibly helpful! We have never had granite before and when we went to look at what they had, she spent about 2.5 hours with us showing us her recommendations that would complement our kitchen tile backsplash, cabinet, and wall color (we ultimately chose her #1 recommendation for our kitchen). She also showed us around the entire outside of the building where we found gorgeous remnants for all 3 vanities! The customer service was above and beyond! It was installed this week and looks wonderful! We have been wanting to renovate for more than 2 years, and in the past year from asking multiple friends and associates about granite, no joke, the only company name people kept saying was Arana Stone.

Bad decision to choose these guys damaged my stove while installing the countertop they said would take 1 week get job done and it took 4 weeks to get it done and bad measurements And they don’t keep you updated.
