This place is a total joke and rip-off. Went in to see what they had since their commercials sound promising. Looked at a ring … was told if we bought it at Zales in the mall it would cost 15,000, but we could get it for 8500. I asked about the quality and color rating, which if you sell diamonds everyone knows, they had no clue. They we got a first timers discount now the price was down to 6500. They as we decided to leave all of a sudden there was a sale going on and the new price was 4500. Then they began pushing their Lay-away program. We went from 15,000 to 8500 to 4500 in less than 30 minutes.Stay away from this place!

It is my mistake to have tried selling gold here as.it is actually a factory direct gold supplier. If you want jewelery at a great price and at a quality far better than your retail locations then this is YOUR STORE FOR SURE TO BUY, ALTHOUGH be aware of far from expected prices for selling PM of any grade as they wont be able to offer reasonable prices, at least not in my experience having quality real gold nuggets of high karat value. Real shame as I like the place ( tried twice to be a constant affiliate ) but I may check on the inventory for my benefit.My mistake fellas. I respect your hustle. Its fair. I ordered a 14Kt Cuban link diamond cut bracelet on June 16th paid the full amount no questions asked was told my bracelet would arrive in 7-10 business days. A month later my bracelet arrived but it’s was the wrong cut, Its august 14th practically 2 months later I’m still waiting for the original bracelet I ordered. I requested a refund and they refuse to give me my money back overall a very bad experience from the whole establishment.

Been all over Fayetteville for custom gold teeth. Met Tarah Thru a friend who got their golds done. She explained the process, worked with my budget, and explained the return time. It May take a little bit longer than other stores, but the quality speaks for itself. Overall it took about 2 weeks, she explained that due to amount of orders and tax time on top of Covid regulations that it would take a little longer. Went in today looking for a diamond solitare ring. The first ring that I looked at was just over a half ct. The sticker price was $6,650.00! I asked does that say $6,650.00???? She said yeah but you get 50% off. And I was like... For a half ct diamond? She said well if you join the VIP you can get it for $2,600.00. I mentioned that was pretty high for that ring even after all the discounts. Then she asks me Well whats your budget? My budget is fine I said but thats way too much for that ring. The ring I looked at was worth around $1,000.00. They also offered me forever layaway uh no thanks. People dont like being BSd. Yall need to quit marking stuff up 500% then offering 50-75% off like thats a good deal.

They are not an honest company. They offer me $30 for a gold wedding set. The guy asked me how much I paid for it and after I told him, he turned around and said he would have sold it to me for $700, yet is offering me pennies. They don’t even properly research value of diamond or gold in the current market. However, if you go to National Pawn and Jewelry, it’s right in front of Walmart in Hopemills, they will pay you the value of your jewelry. The same wedding set I was able to receive $250. The guy that attended me clearly knows his craft as he did several checks to give me proper value. Choose wisely.
