First purchase of a riding mower and it was good. Received a lot of info from the staff. They took the time to explain and show the differences between models and helped me find the best one for me.
From a local landscaping company, I am thrilled to have Gabe and Bill over here doing what they are doing. They have made right on anything that has needed righted. We have bought 6 different zero turns and countless Stihl products with them over the years and they have always been great to deal with during each transaction. The new shop location is really nicely done as well. They even treat my crew members with respect.100% approval from our camp!
Ive read a lot of negative reviews about Fayette Mower, and I have to disagree with a lot of what is being said. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are very helpful. The front desk staff are very direct, but very professional. They might not come across as overly jovial, but they are not rude by any means. What I do like about Fayette Mower is that they carry great products, some of the best in the industry, and they know their stuff. You might have to follow up with them if you are waiting on something, but I dont mind knowing that they are going to always try and do things the right way. The lady at the front desk and the sales manager are both exceptional, so if you have issues, I would ask to speak with the sales manager; I know he cares about doing the right thing and that their customers are taken care of.
Completely empty on a Saturday morning around 11:00. Four people at the front counter about three people in the back servicing lawn mowers. Ive been going there for 4 years. Because theres nothing else around here. I purchased a riding zero turn from them several years ago. They are so busy that it will take weeks if not months to get your lawn mower fixed. Youre better off doing it yourself or taking it to someone else. I had a customer service issue a couple years ago and the gal at the front counter really doesnt know how to handle a frustrated customer. She gets extremely defensive and once youve crossed her path in that way she will never service you again. If you call she will remember you as the bad customer. When you show up to bring a lawn mower she wont even give you eye contact. She really needs to learn how to handle customer service and confrontation. Its a very normal part of any small business. Gabe seems to care about his business generally speaking but he doesnt take the time to interact with the customers anymore. He sits back in the office or on the phone or on the computer. I dont know what hes doing back there. Im in the market to buy a new riding lawn mower and so I went in there today nobody was on the store room floor. So you would think out of the four people there someone would walk off and come help me. Nope. not one person offered to answer any questions or to tell me that they would be with me in a few minutes. So I walked out and Im online now looking for a new lawn mower company to service my two writing mom hours and to purchase a new brand. I dont think Hustler or big dog would be happy with this dealer and Im going to let them know.
Fayettemower sells great products from stihl, hustler and Walker. show room is one of nicest I have been in. They also provide service on hustler, big dog, walker, and honda Mower brands they sell. They also service stihl equipment. You can be sure you will get great service it may take a bit do to shipments of parts and busy seasons but rest assured you will get good service .
Great place with a fantastic staff. Have used them for years would recommend place has new ownership and new location have improved substantially the past few years. I Really miss the older bearded fella he could find a needle in a hay stack. He one found me the right part for my 1968 Massy Ferguson garden tractor. He was super knowledgeable but has recently retired. I loved that man.

Carried my blower for service repair and after being told different tales I retrieved it, three weeks and no action was enough. Promised to call me and did not. Not my first bad experience with this dealer. Elite dealer ha ha. Customer phobic, everyone looks as though they just got back from a funeral. If someone came to give me money I would smile. Avoid.
THE GUY WHO FOUND A BLADE FOR THE LAWNMOWER WAS THOROUGH IN FINDING THE RIGHT PART.PLACE WAS CLEAN NO OIL MARKS IN BLDG EITHER!! THE BLADE WAS ONLY 18.00!! BRAND NEW.
Took in a small Honda rototiller last November. Never heard from them. Called back in January and they said it got shoved in a corner and overlooked. Never heard from them again. Picked it up, untouched, today. They offered no reason why they never fixed it, or any apology!!! We will never come here again.
I have purchased several tools from this business, and had a few small service items taken care of and have never had a problem. Surprised by several bad reviews.

Poor service experience here. I brought it in last October waited for call to see what it needed. No call, so I called in December, they were busy and said we will call back. No call so I called in January. They said it was put in corner in the shop and they forgot about it. Swore they would get right on it. No calls. Today I just went and picked it up. Somebody said they had been trying to call me. My service records all calls in and out. I also have voice mail. I can verify no one called me. Very disappointed this place didn’t work out.
They said they could fix our John Deer even though they dont normally sell them. Well, they kept it for 2 months, never called, seemed annoyed when we called to check, finally brought it back, and 2 weeks later it quit running again. We paid over $300 between the repair and the transport. Terrible experience.

This business must be under new management because I was truly startled by the professional service and genuine respect I was shown at my last visit. I had previously sworn that I would only do business with this place as a last resort (being tired of the condescending attitudes, patronizing assistance, and overt feeling that I was bothering them). They were previously so unbelievably rude (seriously) that they had actually become a joke among my friends - “that’s the place you go to get insulted!” But no more. I was immediately greeted with a “welcome,” good attitudes, professional and fast service, and I actually left the parking lot feeling good about my visit! I’m sorry for earlier conclusions - this company is definitely now legit with a giant facility, huge stock, easy access, and more importantly - great customer service. I’m writing this review because I thought people should know that this local company is worth the visit.
I will definitely use them and recommend if I ever have a lawn mower problem. Spoke with Ann and she advised me that my lawnmower was probably not fixable and told me I should not spend $50 on their service fee. So refreshing to hear that people build their business on honesty and integrity not taking advantage of people
Please dont ever cone here. My son put a brand new blade on my mower. They must have stolen it off. Because they claim it was never one on there. The lawn mower originally would not start. Theyve has it for 5 weeks and still havent fixed it. Going to pick it up tomorrow. What a waste of time.

If you take your serial number in there and your VIN number and model number excetera and you know what you want they usually hook you up if its in stock Maybe 2 times out of the last 10 times Ive been there they didnt have it but thats a cotton picking good ratio how do you do so good so good they work their tails off where do I go Fayette Mower Lv u cats.
I have purchased 3 blowers (br600s), one Honda mower, and one string trimmer in 2019 alone. Not to mention oil, blades, parts etc. So...today will be the last day I ever deal with this business! After 4 weeks of waiting for my blower to repaired...I was able to get 2 days use out of it before it failed to start again. I give up! I purchased a Honda mower from Them back in the spring. The bolt came out of the handle so I dropped it back off to them. Knowing I was going to be charged a little bit.of labor and a few bucks for parts... I still decided to drop it off due to circumstances. I go to pick back up and was hit with a $52 charge! The lady at the front desk said I will.make it an even $50 for you in a condescending tone. How canyou honestly treat a customer like knowingly I own a landscape biz and WOULD HAVEContinued to do business there. Never again!

As long as Brandon is working here, this is where Ill bring my mower. He is top notch. I took my mower to have the blades sharpened and I know when I pick it up. Those bad boys are sharp. There is another guy working down with Brandon and he is good too. Brandon wasnt there when I picked my mower up and this other guy did his very best to help me find my mower. Thank you.Now as for the upstairs part of the visit (where you pay). I would give them NEGATIVE 3 stars. They have no desire to show you that they appreciate your business. Just like today when I picked my mower up, the lady was talking to me and as soon as that card was swiped she didnt even act like I was in the store. Purchased a Stihl chainsaw. The salesperson answered all my questions, was patient, and even had helpful suggestions to save me money.
I went to pick up a present for my husband with my two year old in tow. There was a younger guy who when I asked for what I wanted tried to get me to buy the next size up. Not what I wanted nor what was needed. I get it, Im sure they get a lot of people that arent sure what they want, still slightly off putting. However, another guy came in who was AWESOME. He explained a couple of things that I needed to know (pausing with a laugh when I needed to wrangle my child), put the saw into the hard case I got, told me not to oil it until after it came out from under the tree ( in case it leaked at all, which would have been my luck), helped me carry everything out the door, and just made the shopping experience. I didnt catch a name, but I would definitely recommend going there. I will definitely continue to go back.

I should have read the reviews before taking my small engine there for repair. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get my unit repaired. After 6 weeks and not receiving a phone call, I went by there only to be given excuse after excuse. They convinced met to leave it and I did. 2 more weeks went by and no phone call. Picked the unit up only to have to pay $35 for nothing. These guys make their money on deposits and not repairing equipment. The good reviews that are listed here must be friends of the people who work there. Trust the true reviews. Take your equipment elsewhere and dont waste your time. PPM
I am a longtime local resident. Customer service has always been lacking at Fayette Mower. Their young female employee could barely restrain smart remarks to me yesterday over a small misunderstanding. (later discovered she sold me the wrong part) They know the proper words to say, but with most of them it seems like they wish you didnt come in. The older guy w the gray beard seems to get it when it comes to interacting with customers. The others.....not so much.
Avery did a great job and worked with me through a lot of details on my 24hp Honda until it was running again. Well done.
Ive been doing business here since I was a kid with a go kart. Now I have a small lawn care business. Ive learned my lesson buying junk. Stihl and Excel (Hustler and Big Dog) are the only way to go. Warranty and products are top notch. Anytime Ive ordered something its always come in on time and when promised. Thanks for doing a great job.

Ive had multiple bad experiences with their repair and sales people. Unfortunately, they are very close to my house and I wanted to be able to use them as my lawn equipment supplier and repair. I gave them several opportunities to redeem themselves and they only made things worse. Their employees have lied to me multiple times and provided poor service. I will not be returning there for anything.

Terrible place. Waited 9 weeks and no repair. Would not ever recommend or go back there. I gave an 80.00 deposit and only got half my money back. They did not even look at my machine. It had cob webs on it. Please dont waste your time.
DONT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE ... if you want it back within a reasonable time! Dropped off my mower in August for a pulley replacement (warranty work). Was told there was a 2-3 week turn around time. Just picked up my mower and its now November! Numerous phone calls and when i could get thru was given excuse after excuse. Had to file an escalated compliant with the manufacturer and get them involved. Save yourself the headache and dont go here for equipment service!

Im a 30 year customer. I tried all day to get an answer about parts. The closest I got was 3 customers ahead of me. The on line parts ordering has almost no prices except for some $2 washers. If they dont want to invest in enough customer service to at least place an order, they need to go out of business and let someone at least mediocre in.I am a local businessman and want to support local business. I even feel some obligation to support the state with sales tax. Fayette Mower drives everyone to the internet. Fayette Mower, bad for Fayetteville, bad for the Georgia.
10 weeks for a simple lawnmower repair. Origionally was 2-4 weeks then delyed. Did not offer a discount for the delay. Stored all items outside. Some surface rust is showing.
Solenoid too high for my riding mower wanted $40 for a $15 item.
Well they are good at what they do customer service could be a little better and they carry my brand products
