This company knows nothing about family and how important its employees are. My daughter was fired all because she had to take her son to the doctor but a manager who needed to to leave to get a haircut is much more important than a child. The owner of all these Parker Pawns needs to take a class on how to treat their employees especially those who have been there for over 5 years. You should be ashamed of yourself for what you did to Brittani but that requires you to have a heart and its clear that you dont. You lost a diamond and Im praying for your heart or that u get one.

So the day started off with me wanting to get rid of a laptop I recently bought and it turned into this amazing tour of wonderful items they had on sale😇. I walked in to the store on Yadkin Rd and a sales person asked me how I was doing and then proceed to tell me that I have to wear a mask, I told him that I was federally exempt do to health issues but instead of just walking away he proceeded to asked me for some paperwork stating that I was exempt from wearing a mask and why I was.The acting manager said that if another person comes in then I would have to leave. A true violation of the ADA Law.I just walked out without buying anything.

He took great care of me and my wife, & come to find out he is the assistant manager! Hes honestly the most professional person we have come across and knows everything he talks about, he made sure we got exactly what we needed and tested the products before he sold them to us to ensure they work. The parker pawn on owen dr is the best hands down. Gerald takes care of his customers and make sure they get what they need. I will always go to Gerald when I need to buy or pawn anything.

I spent over 100$ on a portable video cam and the battery wouldnt last for more then 5 mins the guy said he would contact me about a new battery never called back ... then on top of it him and the lady that helped me over the phone wanted to fight about who got the commission for the sale right in front of me ... then also my mother pawn a guitar there paid to keep it in for a few extra months come to find out they sold it and it was brought back luckily as it was a gift for a bday but lost the actual case it was in when it was dropped off... .. some of the people are great there but there are a few who dont want to fix what they screw up so they sweep it under the rug and you get stuck having to pay more money to fix what you got as I will have to spend another 25$ to get a new battery

I purchased a Lawnmower from them and not even 3 days Later components of the Machine is falling off or Wont stay attached...
