Dropped my laptop a month ago. It left a major crack on the top left corner of my laptop screen, and after reaching out to HP to see if my warranty covered anything, they told me that it would cost me $480 to replace my screen and for shipping expenses. Instead of paying that crazy amount, I thought I’d test my luck with Gadget Grave and am SOOO GLAD that I went to them. You will not be disappointed! Evan, Chase, and the guy who replaced my screen in Fort Smith (never got his name) took care of me and I had my laptop back in less than a week! Just in time for finals! 🙌🏼 It works like new too! I went to Gadget Grave on my lunch hour on Halloween. My phone battery had been dead & unchargeable for about a week! The man that helped me was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable & efficient. He explained everything to me in detail. He said since my phone is so old that he might not have a battery in stock and/or if a new battery didnt work it was probably something else that I wouldnt be able to get support for. He did have one battery & I left my phone there all afternoon for him to charge it & test my phone. When I went back after work, my phone was working great! I was so excited! The other man that was working there was also very friendly, patient, efficient & knowledgeable. He had a customer that was needing her computer fixed yesterday & he gave awesome service to her. Its so refreshing to get outstanding customer service from someone when you are on the receiving end. Ive been in customer service all my life & have had a lot of negative experiences. Brought in a laptop that had been giving me issues for the better part of 6 months. I explained the problem and my expectations, they diagnosed and fixed the issues and made suggestion for the upgrades I was looking for. The labor and parts were very reasonably priced, and the customer service was phenomenal. 10/10 would use their service again or recommend to friends.

Awesome place! Took my phone here today thinking I was going to pay $80 for a new charging port and wait for 2 hours, based off experience at other places. Instead, the workers took lint out in only a few minutes and returned my phone free of charge! Highly recommend

Incredible nice people. They had never worked on a phone like mine before but were still very helpful. I had to revisit due to minor issues after my phone got fixed but they were very understanding and had everything fixed within 30 minutes at no extra cost. They even called a week after I last saw them to make sure there were no remaining issues. Super nice and really know what they are doing.

My brother and I came to trade in a phone for a used one, we got in and out very quickly, it was a very enjoyable experience. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Alex, was very awesome, he did everything for us, all around really friendly. Alex installed a screen protector on the phone we bought, it only took him a minute, it looked very professional. You could definitely tell he had the expertise, not just someone there scamming you out of your money. I definitely would recommend everyone go check them out. I just wanted to thank Keith and the rest of the crew at Gadget Grave for a fantastic experience. I went in to have the charging port on a Note 4 replaced and was quoted a cost of $87. They were closing in an hour and a half but were confident they could get it fixed that day, so we left it with them and returned at 5:55pm. Keith said he had good news and better news. He explained that the phone was working perfectly and that it just needed a thorough cleaning not a replacement. They simply removed it, cleaned it completely and it charges perfectly. The best part is that it only cost $30 to fix. They saved me over $50, and they could have just as easily replaced it and charged me for all of it. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that wants to take care of customers first and make money second. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

They correctly diagnosed the problem with our iPhone 6S battery, and got it repaired before noon the next day. No problems. The only reason for a 1-star reduction is the wait. They are busy, and appeared to have no more than two customer reps. But when we got to the front of the line everything went swiftly.

Worked with Gunner at Fayetteville AR location and was very pleased. My iphone SE kept restarting and getting very overheated. I couldnt do anything and hadnt backed up in a while. They calmly explained to me what process would be and called me at each step to get permission to move to next diagnostic approach. They fixed it without having to hard reset and I kept all my data! They gave me $5 off the $30 fee to diagnose. And that $30 would have gone toward the cost of a new battery had one been needed. Was very pleased and would use again, recommend, and look at to buy a refurbished phone in future. They warranty all work for 180 days.

The people that work here have usually been very nice to me whenever I need help. Today, I came in for a quote to sell a phone, and Chase came to help me. I told him what I wanted and he immediately told me: Im just going to tell you right now, Im about to go on my lunch break right now. So I can get this done later and you can get it tomorrow. I asked him if there was anyone else that could help, and he hesitated and implied was going to ask around. I sat at the bar, and he came back out and just looked at me, paused, and said I need to help the people behind you, implying that I move to the side. I didnt mind that he was going to lunch, BUT i do find it very disrespectful to tell a customer after you ask them what they need. Gunner was very polite as always and super helpful.

An up and coming tech store. They seem to be staffed by millennials who grew up with and understand all of this high tech stuff, that this baby boomer struggles with from time to time. When another repair place botched the repair of my iPad and after 3 failed attempts to get it right, I took my iPad to these folks. They got it fixed RIGHT the very first time, and they even showed me how to better use the iPad. I have since returned to have my laptop memory upgraded. They looked at the laptop, and even brought it out to show me the memory chip. There was only one slot for memory, so I would need to go the more expensive route of ordering a larger chip. They explained that a lot of laptops have 2 slots for memory, and if that was the case with mine, we could have added the required memory for less. These folks take the time to educate and explain these technology things in simple easy to understand language, and are very patient with over the hill dinosaurs who did not grow up with this stuff. I highly recommend this place for all of your computer, smartphone or iPad repair needs.

I love the dependability and efficiency of Gadget Grave! Ive sold them some of my used equipment, and had several phone screens repaired here. They are professional and never make excuses or talk down to the non-techies of the world!

The first time I had my laptop repaired, everything went fine. I was in a desperate situation, about to sit for my first comprehensive exam, and I needed my laptop fast. They fixed it, and I passed my exam. Then right before my second exam it broke again, and was exactly what I had them repair the first time. To top it off, it was only a few weeks after the repair. I didnt have time to wait, so I bought another laptop to sit for my second exam. I should have taken the laptop back right away, but I ended up having a surgery and just let it slide. Thats all on me, the laptop is now out of the six month warranty...I get it.My problem is in the lack of communication. The guys at the Fayetteville store do not know how to make a phone call. When I brought the laptop in to see if they would by chance honor the warranty, or buy it to fix and resale, or fix it for a discount, or tell me none of those things would work, I didnt think it would be that big a deal. I was also fine with them telling me no to all of the above, I just thought Id ask. They had my computer for over a month and couldnt be bothered to ever call me on anything. I had to call them over and over, only to be told let me call the boss and ask and Ill call you back. I finally gave up after the last time a called. I let it go for two weeks after I called them last before just going in and getting my busted laptop. No to all of the above options would have been fine by me, I understand, but a total lack of communication sucks. I guess I have a fancy doorstop now.TL;DR One star rating for their ability to answer the phone. Negative four stars for not being able to make an outgoing call. Their ability to repair computers is okay, just dont expect any communication.

I have used Gadget Grave Fayetteville twice, both times for a broken screen. I am a repeat customer because of their customer-focused service, from thoroughly understanding the issue; being creative with options and making sure YOU understand the options; all the way through following up a week or so later to make sure you are satisfied with the repair. My screen died on my phone and no one could help me save my pics. I was extremely pleased with how quick, thorough, and professional the Gadjet Grave staff were in addressing my problem.I called them with a cracked screen issue. They said they could get to it right away and within a couple of hours I was good to go. Then when I got home I discovered that my replaced screen was flawed (green tinted screen) I called and was told no problem, bring it in at my convenience, the warranty was good for 180 days and warranty issues had priority.Each step of the way I was very impressed with this business. I have been very impressed with the quality of repairs and the thoroughness with which they handle the repairs. It is a very disconcerting thing to give up your phone for 24 hours but they make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Screen replacement on iphone 5. Good customer service. Biz name does make me feel like they may be unable to do repairs. I didnt realize that my daughters phone was an SE, which cost an additional $10. Though as a first time customer, we got a $10 discount. I have paid my son $20 to replace screens, but we had to have it fixed because she was leaving the country.

A friend at work who was happy with their service had me go here. These guys did a thorough job checking out my damaged cell phone, fixed it promptly, and recommended a tempered glass cover to prevent similar damage in the future. They did NOT make me feel tech un-savvy, and they did NOT try to sell me the most expensive option for a protector (In fact, it may have been the cheapest option). What they did do was repair the phone right away and be really nice and win a customer who has already recommended them to others.

Called around noon, diagnosed the problem by phone. Dropped it off by 2 and picked it up by 5:45 pm that evening. Excellent communication. Fair price for my urgent situation. Phone works and I appreciate the thoroughness they checked the phone first prior to starting to fix it.

Evan gets an A+ for service, product/tech knowledge and just for being super customer-centric. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. We are not happy for many reasons. Just the quality of the product, service I received, but you get what you pay for. Its definitely the dollar store of cellular repair. I got a crack screen fixed, was told it was warrantied. I called them bc when I got home it was not even on the phone squarely, the corner was lifted up.they say they will have to charge me to fix it. These guys dont have any communication, I am not going back . I decided to call and ask as tho I was checking on the price to fix another phone every price was different, I was even quoted a completely different price. Then 4 months later, my boss comes in to tell me he broke his screen and he took it to this place . I said oh no!! Well it was not fixed, he tried to use it the screen ended up with lines thru it he took it back it was missing screws, so they have him credit for another phone. JUST a RIP!

I went and got a quote from another business, and was quoted a 4 hour lead time. I then went to Gadget Grave, and I showed up 15 minutes early while they were cleaning the store to open it up. They unlocked the door and let me in early, and fixed my screen in an hour. I had a warranty with my screen, and dropped my phone on some rocks the next day. They fixed my phone free of charge. When they replaced the screen, they also did not like the way the first screen looked (It functioned just fine, and I thought it looked just fine), so they ripped it off and put a new one on, so it would look better.Every small business should have this customer-focused mentality.
