I came in a few days ago and found an awesome deal on a Bulova watch, one Ive been looking for for a long time now. I got some help from Jet and Oscar and I just have to say that they made me feel good about my purchase, and included a new battery, which to me is huge. I might be a little biased being I used to work here a little under a year ago. But I just wanted to say, as a person who saw what happened behind the scenes, the guys here seriously changed my perspective of what pawnshops are. Jett (the manager) truly loves what he does and is insanely knowledgeable about the business. From Gold to firearms to the latest and greatest in tech and tools, this guy has it all on lock. The exact same can be said for Sean, Oscar, and Wes. A great team of gentlemen that not only take great care of the shop and items in pawn, but also does their best to satisfy every customer that walks in the door. Great amount of study goes into offers made and checking around to see if a better offer can be made is always welcomed. Awesome shop, and awesome people. Had gotten a loan on a ring of mine. When I went in at the 3 month mark to make my payment everyone was wonderful and helpful. At the next 3 month mark I realized it was the day to pay and called up there to see what time they closed. I was told 5:30pm when everything including their sign says closing at 6pm. There was no way I could get there and was told my absolute last day to pay it was 6/13. I work and made sure to be off on 6/13 by 5 to get there in time. Walked up to the door at 5:10pm and doors were locked. So my payment couldn’t be made obviously. So what time is it that you actually close? Just whenever you feel like it I guess since you say one thing on your sign, one thing on the phone, and when you actually show up it’s something else.

Not your ordinary pawn shop. They always have nice quality merchandise. I have never pawned or sold anything. However, now when I need something I go there first and most times they have pre-owned items that they give me great deals on. They really appreciate the repeat business and show it in their customer service. I usually do all my transactions with Jerome. But took my computer in for a repair and James fixed it at a fraction of what a computer store would have.

He took his time examining and checking the quality. His price beat his competition by $200. His service was outstanding, kind, professional, and personable. When I returned to complete the transaction the other staff members were quick to be sure Id been helped (twice) and both made sure to let Jett know I was waiting. After completing the financial end the manager offered to walk me to my car for security purposes. Above all, I firmly believe this business holds integrity and honor high on their priorities. My mom and I went into cross creek pawn today to turn in some old jewelry. The store was extremely clean and the service was great. Sean is such a sweet individual. I lost the earrings that my grandmother had given me before she passed away, and I found some similar there. Sean not only gave me a great deal on them, he shined them up and made them look brand new. Not to mention that he gave my mother a really great deal on the gold that she sold.
