My Husband purchased a cell phone iPhone 6 on 4/13, on 4/16 the screen went blank and owner refused to look at it or replace or offer something. Basically out of $125, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I found Coys shop on Facebook Marketplace and decided to try his shop. I text the number he provided and he responded right away. Coy was very nice and sociable. He also took the time to inform me of the lifetime guarantee (w/receipt and provided it wasnt your own doing). He is very competent at his work and will have you in and out in no time! The next time I need phone help, I definitely will be going back to him!

Would NOT recommend! Purchased a phone that stopped working a month later. Dude at the counter tried to convince me I caused water damage but the piece of sh.. literally became unresponsive after a month. Dont waste your money with them.

Man at the counter is super knowledgeable. I preferred trying this place out after spending a month trying to get a phone from all the clowns on OfferUp/letgo in this area. Products are pre-owned, but hes not sketchy and tells you all the things you need to know up front. Would recommend.

It was just a tiny puppy when I last seen him.

Be careful if youre trying to sell something. Theyll try to tell you one thing on the phone then revise the offer when you come in. I was selling something on Craigslist and they wanted me to come to them and I shouldve known something was up when the address was a business. When I got there he changed his offer, saying he thought it had other things with it. Total BS. Im very precise in my ads and hes just trying to get people. No deal from me.

Visited here today. Had water damage to my screen and battery and he fixed me up. Went in prepared to buy a new/used phone but left with my phone fixed for a fraction of what it couldve been. Awesome customer service, prices, and super nice guy.

This was an overall terrible experience. The man who owns the store was unavailable for the first 30 minutes of my visit. It seems as if he does not thoroughly check the quality of the items he buys. I bought an iphone from this store a month ago and I have already experienced problems due to the lackluster screen replacement job (no adhesive put on the edge of the screen to prevent water damage.) He is very snappy and unpleasant at times. The older woman was very kind though with pleasant conversation and courteous tendencies.As far as the prices they are fairly cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. My suggestion is spend the extra money elsewhere to get quality items so you do not end up like me where your product stops working in a month and theres nothing you can do about it.

Weird weird and weirder! First off store is DIRTY, the dog looks like its not being fed. Wonder if COY is eating his food..? This guy is the most unprofessional I met, dont trust a grown man that plays video games all day, and trust me I wouldnt advise allowing your kids to visit this store unaccompanied. Guy says he came in with a phone he believes was stolen, lol . I posted a ad for a Samsung on Craigslist, he texted me and stated he would buy for 80 bucks, I brought the phone there in the exact description I posted LIKE NEW, when I get there there was a promotional text on phone, which happens when you reset phones, I told him I could contact at t and prove phone was mine, the FACTS are he didnt have the money, and soon as he shut off his game and realized I was a grown man his facial expression changed, he thought he was texting a kid. Common SENSE is when someone can prove phone is unlocked and like new and actually theres and then you dont want after texting me to bring it there for 80 makes him a BAD BUSINESS man. The STORE IS FILTHY, REEKS OF DOG, PICTURES ONLINE ARE NOTHING LIKE LOCATION. THIS GUY IS A CLOWN, WASTING PEOPLE TIME. HE IS A IMMATURE CHILD. ### I WOULDNT TRUST MY KIDS IN THERE UN ACCOMPANIED! If you NOTICE. I would not buy dog food from these people. Entitled? I am entitled to the cell phone case I bought from you back in September. You gave me a case that was the wrong size. I brought it back within 10 minutes. You said you didn’t have one for my daughters phone so you said you would order it. I’ve been waiting since September. So when I came by yesterday November 8 I asked for a refund and you lost your mind on me opening your drawer and slinging around a $1 bill saying you don’t have any money. I then asked what other cases you had and if you had a 12 available. You said no. I literally looked up and thought about what my other kids phones were to see if you had one of those and you yelled at me saying “DO NOT ROLL YOUR EYES IN MY STORE” I was completely taken off guard by that. I never rolled my eyes. Just simply came by to get my refund. Not entitled and definitely not rude. People need to know what they are waking into before coming into your store. Your the rude one taking advantage of paying customers!
