Looked into getting some shirts done. Got some general info from the owner and then decided to check google reviews. The reviews kind of spooked me a little so I went to the supposed place of business to speak in person. It turns out he doesnt even have a office there. Some ladies downstairs mentioned he meets people in the lobby to drop off completed orders whenever he finishes them. Needless to say, I walked... way too shady.

Ordered in January and were in May and nothing!!!! Absolutely nothing I cant with fake companies taking innocent peoples hard earned money!!!!!

3.5 months since order placed. No change from pending. No response to emails. No updates on order status. Do not use, you will waste your money.

No way to contact customer serviceI write here cause this is my last hope to contact customer service. The phone on the website is discontinued, ”the fast response by email” had not came back in 5 days. I have messaged on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - still no response. At this point I dont even care about my late order -- I just want my money for the rush printing back, or any response from customer service with an explanation

It baffles me how these people have above a 3 star rating. I ordered a shirt a month ago. I’ve called every day for the past two weeks 5 times a day. NO ANSWER. This isn’t business this is theft. I cannot comment on the quality of their products. I ordered a single shirt, simple one color text on the front and nothing else. They have had my order and money for a month. (Order placed and paid on 2/7/20, date of this review is 3/7/20) Order still shows as pending I emailed them 3 times asking if there was an issue with the order. The first 2 got no reply. The 3rd one I threatened to cancel the order the next morning if they didnt respond. This was on Monday 3/3. They finally answered with a simple Your order will be going out this week. Its now 3/7 and the order STILL shows as pending and they once again are not responding to emails on the status. If they choose to dispute ANY of what I included here, I will post the screenshots from my emails. They are flat out horrible to deal with and I would definitely look elsewhere. If it would have let me post with zero stars, I would have.UPDATE: 5/4/21. Still not a word from this company. Even filed a complaint with the BBB and they also got no response.

Decent user interface and options to buy on website. T-Shirt turned out well too. I didnt like that I didnt get an email receipt when I made the purchase, nor did they answer when I called their number a couple times asking about the order.

Placed an order and paid $72 for a shirt which never came. Not even a reply on my emails or phone calls. This company is a scam and its a miracle the owners havent been arrested for stealing customers money.

This was the only company I could find to create a custom tshirt and send to me overnight. I ordered on Friday and received it on Tuesday. AMAZING! I did call on Friday to confirm the proper way to order online and specifically request next day delivery. And then I called on Monday to confirm the shirt would be sent overnight. An actual person answered my call both times! I would definitely do business with this company again and highly recommend them.

I completely agree with Frank Diaz. I would give this company a minus rating. I had the same experience as Frank Diaz in 2018 and never heard a peep from them. My order was 2 months late and came after my event had finished. They wouldnt refund my money. Do not use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!We ordered 2 simple one words t-shirts. No special designs. Placed the order on Dec 3rd. IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS! Called several times and 5 WEEKS LATER, still NO SHIRTS! The customer service sucks!!! They asked if we put a rush on the order. Why should I rush an order for delivery 5 weeks lead time? THIS PLACE SUCKS! DO NOT USE THEM. T-Shirts Now? Ordered 6 shirts January 14th. It is now June 18th and I do not have the product but they have taken the funds out of my account. They do not answer calls or emails. Stay far away from them

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER products from this place. I ordered 6 shirts back at the end of January and still have not gotten them. My order still says it is pending. I have sent them multiple emails with no reply and they do not answer the phone. They supposedly have a 7 day turn around. I have reported them to my credit card company as fraud.

Beware! This has been a horrible experience! Its been 4 weeks and I still havent received the shirts I ordered. Paid extra for 2 day shipping, so expected to get my order fast. Especially when thats something they brag about on their website, but apparently it can take up to 3 weeks just for processing. Even with that, Im still past that mark. Ive been completely getting blown off by customer service. Im even wondering at this point, $50 later, if Im even going to get my shirts at all. DONT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS

I placed an order for a family reunion just within the 14 business day window. I emailed and asked that they please change my delivery address to the site of the reunion instead of my home address toinsure that they would arrive in time. Everyone was so impressed by the quality of the shirts, and the printing. Their prices are very reasonable and given the customer service, no doubt will get my business in the future! Can highly recommend!

I designed a really cute T-shirt online 2 1/2 months before I needed it for a performance onstage. The site said that it would ship in approximately 15 days and I paid an extra nine dollars for two day shipping, hoping to get it sooner than later. After six weeks I called and talked to a guy named Barry, who told me on 2 different occasions he would ship it out that day and follow up with an email. Nothing. I called three more times afterward and was told by an answering service, in the middle of the day, to email them. I did and again, no response. Even after issuing an ultimatum they still did not respond and I never received the T-shirt. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company and getting a refund. Too bad, I really loved the shirt. I’m not sure what their deal is over there but my guess is that they treat their high dollar customers with priority and their single shirt customers like they don’t exist.

Hi. This wil be my 3rd year using their services. I am very satisfied with my shirts. the ink quality is good for the price. my pics still look as good as the day i got my shirts.The price of the shirts are reasonable as well.

We ordered these shirts at the last-minute for a school group. The process of designing and ordering was exceptionally easy. Simply just uploaded our design, chose our sizes and colors and checked out. The kids were extremely excited to see their design when the shirts arrived. I highly recommend if your looking for a low cost t-shirt printer. The quality of the print job and shirts are outstanding. We will definitely use YDC again.

Received my shirts today and am EXTREMELY pleased! I was on a time crunch and needed the shirts quickly. I sent a message via Facebook and got a response almost instantly regarding the option of Rush Order. They could have easily told me that I needed to pay the extra money to ensure the correct delivery time, but instead assured me that they would have my order to me by the necessary date without the extra charge. The customer service was outstanding and I would not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future.

Great experience ordering T-shirts from this company. They were professional And Timely! I would recommend them for any t-shirt purchases. I also loved the flexibility of being able to order any style we wanted with our Custom Design.

So I ordered 2 shirts and paid $7.79 extra for a rush order. I live local and have no problem picking up the shirts. They were intended for a special occasion exactly seven days after the day I ordered them. With no word on my order 4 days in I emailed to see if they would be ready by Friday. I got a return email saying Yes you will receive an email when your order in complete and ready for pickup. Still no email Thursday afternoon, I called and after a busy signal a million times I finally got through. The owner was so rude and inconsiderate. It was important to us to have these shirts Friday morning and his attitude was careless. He said that he could have them ready Friday afternoon (after our event). I explained how disappointed I was that I paid for the rush order and still couldnt get them in time, especially being that I made contact midweek to emphasize that we needed them. Again he was rude and careless and said that instead of producing them at all he would rather just refund the money. Worst experience I have ever had with a business here in Fayetteville!!!!

Do not order from this company! I should have done my research more prior to ordering. I ordered 3 tshirts October 29 with the hopes that it would arrive prior to November 21 for an event. That gave enough time for their standard 15 business day printing time plus shipping. After about a week or so of not seeing any updates, I decided to try to get a hold of them to make sure that I would be receiving these in time for my event, because if I wasnt going to be receiving them, I wanted to cancel my order before they began printing so I could reorder elsewhere. No matter how I would contact them, I could not get in touch with anybody. I called them multiple times, emailed them and contacted via social media. It wasnt until today (November 26) that I heard from someone. I told them that my event has come and gone and that I have already ordered from somewhere else and would like to cancel my order THAT has not even been started. They claimed they cant cancel because it is a custom order. BUT THEY HAVENT EVEN PRINTED IT YET. The status is still pending. I have experience in using the same type of machines and it should not take this long to receive 3 tshirts. I disputed the charge on my card, so hopefully this is resolved because what business doesnt allow someone to cancel their order that hasnt even been started? I can even cancel my order on Etsy if they havent started it. They are also so difficult to get a hold of, it took me 3 weeks just to have someone answer me. They dont even answer their phone and their voicemail box is full. I will repeat, do not order from this company.

1 star would be a privilege just for their website set-up.WARNING: Ive been waiting over 10 weeks for one t-shirt. They debited my credit card in September 2018 had to get the fraudulent department and other authorities at my bank involved. The phone number sounds like a digital computer number so they dont often answer. My multiple voicemails and e-mails have gone unresponsive. The one male representative is the only one that always answers is extremely rude and has no time to be bothered by the sound of his voice. His reply is always send an e-mail He also seems to know just enough information about your order WITHOUT giving him your order number first..... I find that very interesting, especially since the number i call from is not the number on the invoice. I normally try not to give bad reviews, as I understand the damaging affects one negative review can have to a business but this one was extremely necessary. Im a business owner myself, I wouldnt even imagine treating my clients the same way Ive been treated. I really assume the business is fronted as a big retail shopping strip business but just a home based. They run under a Creator LLC name also. I read some very similar reviews prior to ordering myself. I figure give them a chance and not all reviews are accurate. Give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have used the review information of passed customers. THEY WERE ACCURATE REVIEWS i should have followed. Save time dont do it.... Unless you have months to wait and money to give away for nothing in return.

Ive emailed and called numerous times, even hit the DM on Instagram and have gotten no response. This place is booboo and they steal and are meanies and will ignore you when you just want your order :(

Placed order almost 5 months ago and have never saw anything. Have asked for my money back. Have been promised on three separate occasions that my order would be pushed to priority or next to press and “will throw a few extra shirts in” but never hear anything else until I can find a way to get back in contact with them. They don’t have true storefront so you can not go in...phone number will route to Call Center answering service but no matter what message you leave, they won’t call back. Have called everyday for past two weeks with no answer, during the hours of 11a-2p and get either call center or some other answering machine but all messages to reach out to me never happens. Do not get scammed!!!!

I have been using these guys for quite some time now. I am not that computer literate but their website makes it easy for me to upload our logo. Our shirts always turn out exactly as I want. The website allows me to create and visualize how the shirts would actually look. I enjoy that feature about this company very much. There is no guess work, I know exactly what I am getting. They always meet my deadline on time and (early) for delivery. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service and products that Ive been receiving. I absolutely love the prices and the quality of the t-shirts. The shirts we receive are always soft and comfy. The logo is also soft. Its feels like it is in the shirt and not a rubbery feel like t-shirts we have received from other companies. I am pretty sure they receive a lot of business from my referrals. I was very satisfied with the shirts ordered, and also received compliments on the shirts. The customer service received was excellent, as well as, the turn around time in receiving the order placed.

I placed an order on July 1, 2018 for an event on July 21, 2018. I called their listed phone number on July 6 and was responded to that I had to send an email for status of my order. I did. On July 18 I realized that I had not received a response from this email, and my order was still pending. I emailed again and stated that I needed a response to know that I would get my T-shirts on time for my July 21 event. Still no response. The event came and passed and still my order was pending, so I canceled it. After 4 days with no refund I opened a dispute claim with Paypal. Amazingly enough their response to Paypal was that the shirts had been sent with a tracking number. I received the three shirts today Aug 9, 2018. These 3 shirts were not $7.99 as they advertise, but almost $80 and not of the best quality. Needless to say that this is the only order that they will get from me and my company.

I paid close to $40 for 2 shirts literally 7 to 8 weeks ago! I have called a numerous amount of times..the only time I got an answer was about 3 weeks ago and i informed the man who answered that I have an event on oct 26th and really need the shirts by then..he said he was sending them out today..well he lied my ahirts are not here, my event is tomorrow and Im screwed..these people are thieves..they steal your money

I had a good experience with Need T-shirts Now in Fayetteville, NC and would recommend them to a friend. They printed my custom designed T-shirt in about a day, as promised, and it looks just like I imagined. For what it is worth, I designed it in PowerPoint, exported it as a jpeg, then uploaded it to their easy to use website. That was it. I selected 1-2 day printing (for a small premium), and premium printing, so I got my custom designed T-shirt in about 1 day, for about $20. The owner Terry seemed very nice. The only reason I am giving 4 starts instead of 5 is that we had to coordinate our meeting time for me to pick up the T-shirt in person, rather than coming in whenever I wanted. But again, Terry was there at the agreed upon time for me to pick it up. If I had the T-shirt mailed, I would have given Need T-shirts Now 5 stars. By the way, I really like their name. It says exactly what I needed. (I learned just the other day that a friend was becoming a US Citizen on Friday, so I made a custom celebratory T-shirt for him right away.)

FRAUD! We placed an order on August 10. I never received the shirts and the owner avoided all communication with me so I filed a complaint on PayPal. He still avoided me. Once I escalated the case to a claim and it was evident they were going to issue a refund, he mailed the shirts over night. I received them today, September 22...43 days after I purchased them! But, he held the heat press down and scorched both tee shirts making them absolutely unwearable. Because he technically sent them, Pay Pal dropped the claim. I dont get my money back and I dont have shirts i can actually wear. Avoid this business at all costs!

I placed an order on June 15th. After numerous attempts to check on the status and ETA of the order THROUGHOUT the summer, I requested a cancellation of the order, as I needed to find the shirts elsewhere due to a deadline. My messages were not responded to. My order was not cancelled. When I went to PayPal for a refund, somehow, the case was not decided in my favor. PayPal’s reasoning did not even seem to match my situation. I believe they had my case confused with some other but I was informed, as I objected to it, that their decision was final.Then, in late September, more than 3 months later, the shirts, no longer needed or wanted, arrived.I am totally out of my money after an utter waste of more time than I ever should have had to devote to this matter.

Not happy at all about my order, need t-shirts now is not what you will receive! I placed my order on Jan 24th and today is April 4th, still no shirts!!! Owner refuses to communicate with customers and is down right rude af when you do manage to accidentally catch him on the phone. His fake “answering service” never has the same rules. He only bothered to send my shirt when I elevated my claim with PayPal to be dealt with by them because he refused to respond to phone calls or emails. When the shirt did arrive, it is cheaply made. I ordered a very similar shirt through Piper Lou seven weeks after my original order from this company. Both shirts arrived the same day, the Piper Lou shirt cost $5 less, and is a better quality. Spare yourself the pain and find somewhere else to get your shirts. This guy is a scam.

Ordered hoodies on 3/25/18 and the website states about14 business days. 4/30/18 still no hoodies after I was told they would be shipped the week prior. If you don’t pay the rush fee be prepared to wait a month or more. Trying to cancel my order now. My phone calls have been answered with rudeness and excuses. Never an apology just exscuses and false promises. Go elsewhere! Hoodies arrived after pay pal got involved and they look horrible. Wrinkles in the print. Looks like they have been washed 50 times than put into a box. I’m sure Terry will blame the art work but never heard a word about the picture quality I submitted. Pay pal screwed me after they reassured me I wouldn’t get stuck with the garbage I knew was coming.Do not let pay pal mediate and get you’re hopes up, they allowed Terry to burn me. Hopefully someone reads this and it costs him more than it cost me. Beware and go elsewhere!

I was very disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a t-shirt for my sons 5th birthday on July 2nd. It is now July 20th. I didnt pay for rush shipping, but they said give it 15 days. It is now about the 14th business day and when I called in the Manager said they havent even started on my order. Why they needed all 15 days to even begin my t-shirt I dont know, but its bad business. I got NO tracking updates throughout the past weeks and my emails were not even replied to when I inquired as to the status of my order. Seems very disorganized and I am completely dissatisfied. My son will now NOT have a birthday shirt in time for his party and I only got a 70% refund. Choose another business to give your money to, please. And hopefully YOU can get your shirt sooner. I learned from my mistake and it wont happen again.

UPDATE 24 July: We received an email from Paypal saying shipping label was created after disputing the charge. Again, we stated in the order comments that we needed the product no later than 20 July. I tried calling and got ahold of a man. When I brought up the order he immediately mentioned the Paypal dispute and the below review. He stated that they didnt even see my order until they saw the Paypal dispute, which somehow forced them to create the shirt. I tried negotiating with him, I told him that I would pay for the shirt since they made it, but I wanted to get refunded for the rush order fee. I told him that if he did that, I would remove the review. He said I would have to also cancel the Paypal dispute prior. I asked for a product and a service. He says the product is made, but I have not received the service that I paid for (rush order and 1-day priority mail). We tried emailing and calling many times to confirm and check the status of the order, to no avail. The business did not once try to contact us, via phone, email, or even responding to my bad review. I am not yet sure of the quality of product they make, but I can wholeheartedly say that their customer service is well below a one-star review. If you do order from this company, I recommend (and it seems many other patrons agree), ordering at least 3 months in advance, maybe then they can handle it.We placed an order and paid extra for 3 day rush service and extra for 1 day priority mail, after 4 business days, theres still no status update or shirt. The phone number is just an answering service that they pay for so they dont have to deal with customers. We are horribly dissatisfied and wish we hadnt wasted our money. Hopefully we can get it back through PayPal. I advise everyone to find a real and reputable business for their needs.

I drove by the location address Bc I have no issue picking them up but theres no business by that name in the area I was told by a neighboring vender. I sent an email, no response. So I order a shirt, 1 shirt for my sons birthday on August 7th, 2017. And still on today no t-shirt. I called the phone number provided at least 10 times before someone actually picked up the phone and when someone did I explained this situation and was told the shirt would be here by the 16th. His exact words were, well get that right out to you, it will be there by the 16th. The party is over and still no shirt and it is now 09/21/2017. So I requested a refund through paypal for another order I placed because at the time I was giving the the benefit of the doubt seeing that it was not yet quite 30 days (even though it should not take 1 shirt that long to even process) but no response through paypal yet. So then I called the number 5 more times and no response. So then I texted the number to requests refunds for both my orders and still no response. This company may be legit or not. I honestly do not know. But for me I will not be ordering online nor anywhere from them ever again. The companys website states it is located in Fayetteville, NC, maybe it is better if you live locally and able to pick up your product. But my advice is if you are looking to order online do not trust these people with a penny. I reorder my sons shirt from Uber Prints on the 12th just in case this company failed on their delivery (which they did), told Uber Prints what happened and they threw in next day shipping for free and my shirt from Uber Prints was here on the 15th.DONT EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THESE GUYS. I CANNOT SPEAK ON THE ORDER PROCESS IF YOU LIVE LOCALLY IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC WHERE THESE GUYS ARE LOCATED.

Do not pay for the RUSH ORDER FEE $7.99Terrible customer service by email and even worst by phone. I ordered t-shirts for a special occasion for my coworker and myself on Friday October 9th and expected them to be ready before the next Friday October 16th. I emailed YDC on Wednesday October 14th and asked if the shirts would be ready before Friday, they replied Yes you will receive a email when your order is complete and ready for pickup We then called the following day only to speak to a rude individual who claimed to be the manager and took no accountability for the issue at hand. We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service. We will pick up the t-shirts tomorrow, AFTER, our special occasion and I will be happy to write a new review based on that experience.

Placed a rush order of only 4 shirts and I got them on time for my event. Shirts are very good quality and affordable price.

RESPONSE TO TERRYS RESPONSE“The t shirts we printed for her came out great !!”Although Terry from Need T-shirts Now refuses to believe this, the quality of the t-shirts I received from him was sub-par especially compared to the other t-shirts I received from other direct to garment printers. One can read my review on the T-shirt forum....we were pleased that she mentioned us on her review of our services even though it seem as a advertisement for one of our competitors.I reviewed 4 DTG printers and gave two high marks and two low marks based solely on the products I received. I was not advertising for anyone, but judging from Need T-shirts Nows accusations on the T-shirt forum, they were NOT pleased I reviewed their print job.“She is correct about us not being impressed with the photos that she used for a representation of our services.”Need T-shirts Now wrote about my pictures, ...upload images to represent my company that looked like they were taken with a potato. It was never my intention to misrepresent any of the t-shirts I reviewed from the DTG printers.The images on the white shirts printed by Need T-shirts Now were faded looking, and the same images on the color shirts were a different color. One could also see the white under base on the color t-shirts and the t-shirts had a heavy chemical smell...because her photos absolutely did make the t shirts look faded as she suggested.I specifically described how all the t-shirts looked and felt. My review was NOT based on the photos I took of them.“She is correct that as a common practice we posted a photo of a couple of the t shirts that we printed for her on our Facebook page.”Its unprofessional to post anything to social media without the customers knowledge or consent. Need T-shirts Now, I hope you learn how to accept honest criticism about your work without accusing an unhappy customer of writing untruthful reviews.Original ReviewI had t-shirts printed by Your Digital creator (YDC), and I reviewed them along with t-shirts from three other Direct to Garment printers on the t-shirtforum. I posted pics of all the t-shirts and described how they looked and felt. The printing by Yourdigitalcreator was not retail quality.The owner of YDC didnt like the pictures I posted of the shirts he printed. So without my consent, he posted high resolution pictures of the white shirts on YDCs Facebook page. I asked the owner to remove the pics, but he refused.I had to ask Facebook to intervene and they removed YDC’s copyright infringement. I was shocked by the owners unprofessional, mean-spirited and childish behavior. Caveat emptor if you have a problem with YDCs work or value your IP rights.

This is a fraudulent operation! This guy will steal your money. It’s been over 3 months since I placed my order. I’ve sent at least 6 emails over the last 2 months and no one responds. I’m out 100s of dollars because of this - this guy should be arrested (not sure if NC police care about small-scale fraud, but there needs to be a policing agency to stop this!)Their customer service line sends to a call service that knows nothing about the company. They are there to tell people to send an email instead. You can ask to rush order and then they’ll take that request and pass it on (but don’t count on receiving your items).
