I really needed the shirt by today’s date and can’t believe you guys conduct business in this manner. I took in 3 shirts of my own, on 2 different occasions and both jobs were outstanding!They can print any design you want or bring in, or help you come up with something. Saturday I went to the location in Cross Creek mall. There was two young ladies and gentlemen. The ladies were busy with other customers and the gentleman was on the computer. The gentleman looked up seeing me standing there stop what he was doing and assisted me. He was very respectful and great customer service. I have been to these little shops in the middle of the mall and most of them have terrible customer service and seem to not really pay attention to their customers. Wow, im glad i went here to get my shirts made. i wanted a bright, customized shirt for the athletic races that i do. They worked with me on the design and were able to put what i wanted on the shirt. Also, i waited late to get the shirts, but they got the shirts made for me when they said and before the race. i got these shirts about a year ago and the shirts have held up during training and a few tough races. I cant speak on their product but I am not a fan of customer service. Was told yesterday that I could get 2 shirts made by Friday with a 5 dollar rush job fee added and now they are saying they arent able to do it. What changed between yesterday and today?The entire story is I called on Tuesday about 11:00 am, and was told it could be done BY FRIDAY with a 5 dollar rush fee added. Whoever I spoke with I told that I lived over an hour away. I told them that I would send an email showing what I wanted. Immediately after the call I sent the email.Wednesday is when I got a response by email saying that the logo needed to be larger and not against a shirt. I called again and asked if I made the trip up there could I get the shirt in the same day? Evidently it was you who said no, understandable. So then I asked if you guys had internet because you could just google the logo. You told me you didnt understand what I was talking about. (Did you even try) then asked how many shirts did I need? Only 2 was my response then you asked when did I need them by. I said Friday. You then said No were not going to be able to do that. Was it too much work to look for the logo on google? It seems like when I asked about the internet the conversation was over.
