Store manager seen us standing in the line, went to another register and checked out a guy then acted like he was on the phone with a customer when we got in line after the guy left and held his associate needing him and the three customers waiting to be checked out up. We walked out!
Diane, diane, diane!!! We went to the competitor across the way and were there forever and could not get our order right. We finally went to Staples and Diane rocked it and put the cities and had her order to us within the hour!

They provided great technical info and went the extra mile to resolve my specific challenges. All very patient and helpful. Plus kudos to the staffer who made it easier for me to navigate around with my crutches. btw: Roxanne has a great sense of humor. :-)

The customer service in the Copy Center can be improved. I stood at the checkout for approximately 10 minutes while staff passed by several times without acknowledging my presence, did not ask if I needed help or even say I will be with you shortly. I think it is very rude to act as if customers dont exist. Yes, it was busy; however, it is a good practice to at least acknowledge a customers presence.
I stopped going here because the manager never followed through on her promises but I was having trouble finding the ink cartridge I needed. I walked in on Friday, 07/24/2020 around 7 PM, & there was only one other customer in the store. I went up & down the ink cartridge wall a couple of times. Meanwhile, the same manager I had issues with awhile back is standing in front of the stockroom door with the entire staff telling a personal story. Nobody had greeted me walking in & when I walked past them, even acknowledge me. After scanning the wall a few times, walked over to where they were talking. I said excuse me but had to wait for manager to finish her talk before she asked if I needed anything. Showed her the used cartridge & she said “nope, I don’t carry it.” Left store, found it on their website but decided to order it from a competitor of theirs just due to their bad service.
I would like to say the customer service I received at Staples from Beverly was amazing. She was thoughtful and helped me with the printing of my daughters invitations for her 13th birthday. Any mom knows how stressful it is to make your babys dream come true. Beverly made my job a lot easier. Best customer service from anywhere in a long time. Thank you Beverly!
I don’t have to come here often but when we do it’s horrible. My husband went to get a label maker. I checked online to make sure the one I wanted was in stock and it was. He walked in and no “hi how are you?” Or even a “welcome”. So he found the label maker area and it wasn’t there. So he went to find an employee. When he finally found one they said it was out of stock. I was confused cause based off this stores location on the website it was it was in stock. So whatever I picked a different one. It was $24.99 online without any sales or discounts. The store has it marked as $34.99! Now the price it’s doesn’t bother me but that fact that the same product is two different prices. I’m assuming very poor communication between company and store. Either way Office Depot here we come!

I have been a loyal customer of Staples for many years for business and personal use. I recently moved here from TX & today I received the worst service I have ever experienced. I wasnt greeted upon walking in like I heard everyone after me was. Nobody was easily accessible for help. When I finally did see someone wandering the floor they were in their own world. I was waiting so long for help that I just put the products in question back. I was tempted to go to copy & print services until I saw the one poor employee doing all the work looking as if she was distressed with an area full of people waiting before me but she was doing well despite the lack of help from her employees. I did however get 2 other items. When I got to the long checkout line, the cashier had to page twice for available cashiers. One cashier arrived and half the line randomly went to her but it was still long in both. Another cashier arrived and as I began to approach his line, he said to me No Im going to take them in a very rude tone even though they did not move originally to go to any of the 2 lines that opened. I used Staples exclusively but since this is the only store in the city, I will be taking my business elsewhere to a different company and invest my money where I can be respected as well as informing people I network with.
Awesome service. Went this morning for several copies and although first batch didnt come out correctly, representative copied everything in a few moments and I was on my way. Great service, definitely will recommend to others!
Office furniture white male clerk was not helpful at all. He was very apathetic and unwilling to sell the returned office chairs on display or help with requested items.

Horrible customer service. Spent about 15 mins in store looking for certain items and had the same lady pass me about 4 times, probably to ensure that I was not stealing but did not bother to ask me if I needed help finding what I was looking for. Finally, I became frustrated and left. Cashier asked me had I found what I was looking for. Informed her that nobody on the sales floor had helped me and that I would just make my purchases via Amazon. If brick and mortar stores cannot even ensure good customer service, I will gladly take my business to Amazon.
10/10 customer service in the copy shop! Used to go to the fedex express where they practically throw stuff at you and it was nice to go to staples and get help and respect

Came in to print a couple documents in a very nice paper. I arrived with the expectations that I would be able to get my documents printed within the hour. Two things happen. First the paper I had ordered was not the same as the one I was given, then they attempted to tell me that after printing he paper thins out. Then it took well over two hours when I paid a rush fee to get it done in an hour. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because they were friendly and corrected their mistake.
Layout and staff were great. However when I priced calendars, the prices were outrageous. A standard wall was around $15 as compared to $5 at the WM store.
The staff is generally pretty friendly and helpful, but customer service just seems to be a formality, rather than something they want to do. I will say that every time when I run into the management on the floor, they are always very helpful.
This store has been remodeled several times. It is on par with the current interior design I guess. There are people that will try and help you - just ask. They have a full service printing area that is always busy. You can email your files in, but go their in person first and learn the system. This store is located in a very central shopping area and is easy to find.
Excellent! I bought some binders this morning, the were damaged. I came in to exchange them and they were very cordial. I even bought a three hole puncher that they price matched with Amazon.

If I could give their copy and print desk zero stars, I would. Either they need to repair their equipment or train their staff. I needed some prints cut and they turned me away. The customer in front of me was not having much luck either. Their competitor was able to help me.

The employees, including the manager, just dont care and dont make you feel welcomed at all. Copy & print act like they didnt want to come into work and if youre asking for too much they will get annoyed. We were cordial with them and they barely gave any customer service. The store was close to empty at 4 PM, there is no reason you should get frustrated with customers.

I wish I would have read reviews before going in. Parking lot not packed Im thinking Ill be in and out. Not even close. Place not busy but customer service representative suck. Im 64 275lbs and I dont think anyone seen me. No asked me if I needed help. I walked around then walked out. Notice a sign about cell phone repair. I got back in to stand in a line by myself, it was 10 minutes before the assistant acknowledged me. I said I was inquiring about cell phone repair. He mumbled something tech and pointed. I found what he was pointing and stood in another line by myself until I just gave up on Staples. Very sad to think with all the competition, you would think your customer service would separate your business from others. I guess someone doesnt care. Visit date 3/2/18 around 3:00pm

I came in to replace a broken iPhone screen. My screen worked fine, but had cracks in it. I had the screen replaced, but they replaced it with the wrong color screen the first time. They offered to fix it for free, which I was glad to do because the replacement did not work correctly. I returned a week later and had it replaced again, but the replacement screen also had discolored spots, had trouble recognizing touches, and did not have a working top speaker. I got a refund and will be taking my phone to Apple.
Looking for some file cabinets, found on sale, in stock got them and working fine.
Came in to get about 2000 pages printed and hole punched for work. Tried to talk me out of getting them hole punched cause they would have to do it by hand and it costs money to do. But I told them I needed it done. After that I had to get a few things and needed help finding more items and I walked around the store twice till I found someone. There wasnt even someone at the check out counter the first time I came by. But there was one employee who took his time and went in the back to check if they had more items.
Everything was layed out very well. The customer service was excellent and there was no line at the check out... I went at 730pm btw.
Worse service I’ve had a Staples (Print and Copy Department) in a long time. Employees not willing to offer assistance I customers only takes away from what from what the company stands for. My guess is they’re not trained.

I have never experienced the rudeness that I experienced today. Trying to make copies for my job, the printer jammed twice, took forever to get help. Then they acted like they could not print the stuff out for us. Then we dont know how much our copies are going to cost till the end. Just the worst experience.

I am not sure if this store is practicing race discrimination or income discrimination, either way the customer relations of the printing department, needs training, and the management obviously plays a large role in the presumptions that the employees use. I did forward a complaint to corporate office because I feel it is a management problem. They pick and chose who they wait on and have no hesitations about showing it. As well, I had 3 faxes sent there that I never received. It seems if you are not making a large printing job, they could care less what business you may be trying to handle. My advice find another locations to do business with.

Store is a wee bit more pricey then ordering online and only has typical office supplies.You wont be able to find certain things specific computer cables. However, for office supplies you should be good.
I went to Staples for school supplies because in comparison to other local places it was basically empty. In retrospect I understand why.I went in and there was 0 help on the floor and everything was extremely unorganized and I had to track back several times to find things. I finally get to check out and there is decent lengthy line, however there is a cashier and a manager at one register chit chatting, one guy is standing on a wall running his hands through his hair and talking to his friends.I finally get to the front of the line and the casher starts ringing me up and walks off..Now I know why they were empty. I ended up at walmart.
