Their knowledge of the products on their shelves is truly that of passion and they treat every system as if it is their own, going above and beyond to make it right. They also sell a variety of computer hardware, including the elusive nvidia Geforce RTX 3000 series GPUs, of which (at time of review) are extremely difficult to get at a decent price. They can also custom build a computer for you and laser-engrave a case side panel with high precision!

Over the last month Silver Knight PCs has helped me complete upgrade every component of my gaming PC. They were extremely helpful when helping pick out a new MOBO, GPU, CPU, cooler, and PSU. They walked me through every step of the process for my first build and I would highly recommend them to anyone for all computer needs.

This is the initiated gaming PC I ordered & after 2 weeks of using it for tasks such as 3-D animation, gaming & streaming, Ive been absolutely loving it so far. For the price I paid for this build, it packs a pretty huge punch & is very well build to boot.The only thing I wish this build had a little more of is storage space, but since that can easily be upgraded its really not an issue.Overall a great investment, customer service was awesome as well!

Everyone here is pretty great. I bought my own parts in and they built it for me. Even when I had a few last minute changes, they accommodated me and now I got this awesome rig. The prices are reasonable as well.

Honestly the guys were amazing. Owner was super nice, set me up with a sick build. Everything works great, and if it didnt I have an amazing 3 year warranty with the shop and wont even have to deal with the annoying corps. Super pleased so far, had my pc a week + so far. Terrible service I took my pc half complete to this place and the only reason I took my pc here was for them to put the cooling and organized the cables of the fans, they literally took 5 days for them to do that work, funny part is that when I came in the first day they were all playing cards. I brought in my Laptop for water damage and these guys were quick in telling me the damage and repairs it would take to fix it.I also Built my replacement PC since I totally fried my laptop with them and these guys were very helpful and communicative through the process. Bought a gtx 1660 super for my brothers pc build about a month ago and was worth it. I decided to trade in my old gtx 1050ti to upgrade to a newer graphics card but after I received the in-store credit and tried calling two days later( and several days in a row) and they keep saying we are not accepting pre-orders or do not have any instock except for their customers pc builds. They also said to check their twitter and Facebook page for pre-order drops but the last pre-order drop was the 24th of March and its May now. Currently cant use my pc right now cause of no graphics card due to the situation and dont feel like spending over 1.2k for a RTX 3070 online(scalpers).Update: They contacted me and had one available rtx 3060 graphics card in the back of their warehouse and were very helpful. I now have a pc to use and game on.

This place claims shipping but does not actually do shipping. The owner or mod for the store should take shipping of parts off as an option. During covid restrictions some people will not be able to come into the store. This is very misleading and wasted my time even calling. They claim they do shipping....I tried to pay for a part and have it shipped to me. The sales rep told me they do not do that and he is unable to help me with the parts I am looking for, even though they had them in stock.

Traded in a combo of cpu, motherboard, and ram for a pretty good discount on a upgrade. Only thing cooler than my new CPU cooler was Teds glasses. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.

With GPU prices being so high right now, it was impossible to buy individual parts for a custom build. You don’t have to worry about that with this place. I was able to get a TufGaming GeForce RTX 3060 thrown into my build for an amazing price. Their website is easy to navigate, and allows you to select your budget and they’ll email you with all the specs. They are very open to changes and their customer service is overall top-notch, they know what they’re talking about. Their turnaround time for a custom build right now is 2-3 weeks, and they got it done right on time! The best part.. all the parts come with a 3 year warranty! Overall, there is nothing bad I could say about this store. If you’re in the area and looking for a custom build, pc parts, or computer repairs... this place has your back. U want the true experience go inside, they have rtx 30 series only local place I know that carries a 30 series gpu. The dudes know what they are doing and they are super cool and post hella cool videos and pictures of their work. They built my streaming pc and yea we had some issues but top notch customer support that pc was fixed and I’m back streaming. I also purchased a 3070ftw3 here for a buddy and wasnt scalped to bad. I think they made $100 profit which is awesome. Better then paying $1600 for a 3070ftw3 on ebay.

I found out about Silver Knight PCs while looking to get the gorilla glass replaced on my wifes HP Envy laptop. Everyone else around town were charging rates that almost equaled the price of new laptop itself. After reading some google reviews, I figured Id give Silver Knight PCs a shot. Thank God I did. Ted is VERY knowledgeable about all things computer. He explains everything clearly, is thorough in diagnosis, and makes appropriate suggestions in order to give the best possible options. He saved me roughly $150 on my wifes computer fix.He has since resurrected my slow Mac Mini, correctly diagnosed a glitch in my old TurboGrafx-16 multi-tap, and served as a place to pick up computer accessories when I need them. I dont write google reviews, but Silver Knight PCs deserves this one. Keep up the good work!

I must be the crazy one- with all of these other positive reviews, the problem has to be with me right? Ordered Kryonaut thermal paste on December 19, and received an order confirmation the same day. Was a little worried about ordering from some random online business I never heard of, but they were one of the few authorized resellers of Kryonaut the manufacturer lists, so I figured I would take the risk.A week went by with no update at all. I tried contacting them about it, but their online contact form banned me from actually sending a message. Apparently “I was wondering about the status of order number XXXX” is spam that they would prefer not to receive. Ok fine. I responded back to the email I got the order confirmation from. No response. Days later I searched for another email contact and asked there about an order status. No response. I called the business. After going through their weird google voice thing, there was no answer. Tried calling another time or two with no success. Called Monday January 4th. Someone actually picked up, but they said they had a customer in front of them and put me on hold. I waited for a few minutes and was HUNG UP on. I called back about 10 minutes later but they did not pick up. Called back again yesterday, 1/8 and finally got someone and they said there are sometimes back orders, but it was unusual that there would be absolutely no information on an order for three weeks.He said the owner would call me back and I made a note that there was a PayPal complaint I had lodged against this order, and that he really would need to get back to me that day or else I would have to escalate this as a matter of fraud since the period to do so will be expiring soon since it has been so ridiculously long since the order was placed. Do you think the owner actually did call me back that day?Before you claim you never had a customer of this name, the order number is (removed), and the PayPal complaint is (removed). I thought they might have been closed over the holiday or that could have been why my shipment was slow, but nope, they were posting all through the holidays about the great shipments of graphics cards they got so business was moving right along. They may be great guys and you might have an awesome experience if you buy your parts from them in person, but for the love of god do not expect any kind of service if you order online from them. If there’s a backlog- tell me about it. But there has been absolutely no communication.I’ll make this easy- ***Ship me my Kryonaut on Monday, or refund my money.*** PayPal will make you refund my money one way or the other. Perhaps this review will shame the owner to take some kind of action, or maybe the complete lack of communication will continue. Who knows. All I know I’m over it at this point and just want my damn thermal paste, wherever it comes from.Update: Owner FINALLY contacted me yesterday, after 3 weeks of me trying to get information about my order. I love this place. Staff is really knowledgeable, very friendly, and super easy to talk to. I was buying a used video card for my sons gaming PC, and what I ended up choosing had some strange thermal workload issues. I took it back and they tested it and had some trouble duplicating the problem, but they took it in good faith since ALL of their used graphics cards are under warranty. I left there with a different graphics card that has since then given me and my son TONS of enjoyment! Plus they have a MILITARY DISCOUNT! First let me state that Fayettenam has a VERY limited selection of PC-oriented places. With that being said Silver Knights is definitely a godsend to this sorry town. Ted the owner and that other guy who had longer hair (and I feel bad for forgetting his name, I think it is Austin?) were very helpful and courteous. They dont try to upsell and overcharge. They sell the customer WHAT THEY ACTUALLY NEED. Great price points overall. They even let me trade in my ancient GTX 670 for a good price. The veteran discount is great as well. I will definitely come back to do more upgrades on my PC in the next few months and get my child a brand new upgrade through them in 2 years when he starts streaming. I wish Ted more success with his PC business and for his vision of having a VR demo room and a PC nostalgia area to come true soon.
