Mr Webb has had my tower going in 2 months now. Last time I talked to him was about 3 weeks or so again. Have tried calling business an cell phones but no answer, left messages every time, but no call backs, He as done work for me in passed an was pleased with it an always kept me informed. Today went to the address given for their business. Even though on internet said it was open was not an for sale sign post, 1020c.Plus he owes me 30 dollars for a part that never came in for last repair an was to be used on this tower.Very disappointed, thought he was a good businessman???

This was a money pit where all that was offered were promises, and only garbage product was delivered. Do not take a laptop to these people to repair in any way. A handful of years ago I spent hundreds of dollars on a motherboard replacement for a laptop and four months later and 8 separate trips into the store to check on the status of my repair, all they could produce was a shorted motherboard, and an apology accompanied by a replacement laptop that was pure garbage, and they ruined that one too because they screwed one of the frame screws through a ribbon cable and caused that other laptop to also short itself and fry!! They are doom to a laptop, do your own work on it before ever taking it there. And they will always talk themselves up like they are doing so much work on your behalf, but it is just to keep you off their backs. Go elsewhere! Never again, Franco!(Edit in response to their unprofessional reply 21November2018). My complaint is in regards to when Google reviews did not exist yet. Karma is not kind to people like yourselves. You earned this review, beautifully and perfectly. Thank you for your reply, painting yourselves as the professional people I know you to be, you couldnt have done a better job.

The owner of the building was a badass. He was totally awesome and very helpful. We came in looking for a hard to find fan part and he had it. We asked him how much? He said it was on the house. It is a very clean environment and he was such a cool guy. I will always come back for more services from Core Computer Technologies. If you are reading this. Thanks for all the help!

Franco actually repaired my computer several months ago, but I am only just now getting around to posting a review! Franco (and his staff) ran numerous scans and performed numerous tests on my computer to determine the problem, and when the computer was returned to me it was like brand new with an added virus protection/scanner! The price was fair, and Franco has been and is always extremely helpful in providing friendly and reliable computer service. He is extremely knowledgable about computers. I will NOT go to Best Buy geek squad for anything in the future, as I have used them before and was dissatisfied. Franco is and will be my computer go to guy in the future should I need any more assistance with my computer.

Actually, one star is giving Franco too much credit. Been trying to get my laptop back for over a year. Had to pay $150 to leave it. Just needed a new port/part to plug in electric cord. Never there, said hed meet me, part hadnt come in, out of town, on and on...I have a notepad full of email and text messages.Also, left a hard drive about 5-years ago for him to recover content s. Cant get it back either!

Everything was great! Definitely recommended to anyone seeking good, reliable tech services. Funny and nice, too (always a plus).

They have done excellent work on the office computers. They are on time, professional, and get the job done. I have had very little down time when the computers have had problems as they are quick to respond to fix the issue. I recommend them for all computer issues, forsenics and such dealing with computers.

Awesome work, great people 5 Stars is not enough for Franco and his crew!
