I have been going to Ace Computer Services for all my computer related business for some time now and wont use anyone else. I love knowing they will tell me honestly if something is worth fixing or upgrading, even recommending against an upgrade they can charge me for if it isnt a good value for the money spent. Their service is stellar and their honesty made me a customer for life.

Ace Computer Service was friendly, I felt they were honest and efficient. They found nothing wrong with my PC and made suggestions of what could be wrong. Its fixed. They also make house calls. The price was very fair and reasonable. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

No complaints at all, took my laptop in for service and Nicole answered my questions and gave me a run down on options that itncould be and when she would be able to look at it. She contacted me once issue(s) were found and gave accurate suggestions to repair. Laptop is been working fine since repairs were made.

Very positive experience! Great service, very fast too. They didnt try to get me to buy bogus non-essentials like other stores too, and just fixed the problem I asked. They even went the extra mile and cleared out the dust in my system, re-did the wiring for better cooling, and replaced some screws and support brackets, all for no extra charge. They most definitely earned my business.

I highly recommend Ace to anyone who needs their computer serviced. I brought my dust filled laptop to Andrew at the last minute before going out of town, and he not only got me my computer back earlier than promised, it was also at the lowest price point from the possible range that he had quoted me. He did not try to up-sell me on any extra services, no pressure... completely pleasant and professional. Not only are Andrew and his wife great people, they are excellent at what they do, and I will not bring my computers anywhere but straight to them.

Very helpful! Prices were pretty reasonable and the guy working (owner?) at the counter was friendly and wasnt pushy about trying to sell unneeded services like best buy. Also they were pretty quick on my repair and were able to diagnose it and get me back on my feet!edit: My computer was a windows computer but I saw them fixing iphones also.

Fantastic staff. I had bought a battery for my macbook online and had trouble removing some stripped screws from the back. I wasted a lot of time at the Apple Store for them to not help me at all. Ace replaced the battery for me and it was all done in under five minutes. The employee went above and beyond and I am so thankful that this frustrating issue is finally resolved!

Ace Computers in Fayetteville fixed my laptop for me. My battery was not taking a charge. it was totally dead. I bought two different batteries. the laptop would not function with either one. I have a 5 yr old laptop. They fixed more problems I had with it being slow. They fixed it all up .Very nice friendly staff. called me to let me know the cost before doing anything which was very inexpensive. Im so pleased with it now.

Extremely courteous guy working behind counter when I went. Laptop wouldnt start up, repairer fixed it right up (due to dust in computer) cleaned it up and now it runs fine. Didnt try to sell me unnecessary parts to pad his bottom line. Would definitely recommend ace computers to anyone on the southside!

I built a computer myself, but couldn’t figure out why it wasent turning on so I brought it here for them to troubleshoot the issue. They charged me $40 to tell me they had no idea what was wrong with the computer.

Had a catastrophic Windows 10 failure that required a clean re-install of the OS. They turned it around in 2 days and pretty much salvaged everything. All emails, favorites, documents, etc. All I had to do was re-acquaint the computer with my homegroup, and reload MS Office and a couple other things, and its like it never happened. Thanks a lot!

Dont waste your time shopping around for IT service, this is should be your first and last stop! You will be hard-pressed to find another IT shop which so wonderfully combines value and service. Prices are fair and Andrew, the owner of the shop, you wont meet a nicer guy. He is quick, kind and always willing and able to explain in simplified terms what the issue is and what he will do or attempt to do in order to fix your problem. He is always transparent and never attempts to obfuscate the process or the potential cost.Ive had Andrew install new parts in my pc and most recently had him replace a SSD which experienced and unexpected and catastrophic failure. Andrew diagnosed my issue, delivered the unfortunate news and provided me with the quickest, cheapest options for fixing my situation. He had me back in working order the same day and I couldnt be happier with the end results.
