Good coffee and awesome customer service. Meghan (employee) is super nice and helpful. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star, is because of their music choice.Wish they would play relaxing cafe music, instead of what they are currently playing (loud and distracting 90s pop, I believe.But overall, I had a positive experience.

Great coffee and cool atmosphere. The staff are friendly as well. Prices are fairly high so dont visit if youre on a tight budget. Ive only had one food item and it was simply average, but I wont knock a star since I havent tried anything else.

This was my first visit to this coffee house. When you first step inside, super clean and warm & inviting decor. You’re greater by a friendly staff and delicious gelato selections. I got the chicken salad on croissant and lime gelato. They have indoor and outdoor. Plenty of parking and free WiFi.

The service is always friendly. The drinks are well made. The food is top notch. My personal favorite is Java Expressions that happen every Monday starting at 7pm. I get to enjoy an open mic in a family friendly setting. I go every week.

This is quite the comforting and friendly experience. The staff is polite and the menu is simple and delicious. I’m been coming here since I was a young private since 2013. I left for Italy 🇮🇹in 2015 and now I’ve been coming here since I’d PCS back to Bragg in 2018. 🗣I LOVE THIS PLACE🥰 the music is nice too let your hair down meet new friends and enjoy!!!

This nice little coffee shop, with its balcony & overstuffed couches, has become my go to spot while visiting the Fayetteville area. Good coffee, diverse clientele, and a good selection of sandwiches & pastries. I highly recommend this spot.

I want to love this place, and while the drinks and pastries are good, the service is…not. I’ve come in multiple times and the service has never been good. Today, there was a male, larger-set, who was busy working on other drinks. No problem - totally understandable. However, he saw me standing at the register ready to order, and neglected to say anything along the lines of “I’ll be right with you” or anything to acknowledge my presence. Bluntly put, it was awkward and uncomfortable.When he finished with what he was doing (about 3-4 minutes later), he came to the register and took my order without any acknowledgement like “sorry about your wait” etc.I’m honestly not a stickler about most things, but when a customer is waiting, the least an employee can do is acknowledge them and let them know they’d be right there to help when they are finished. It’s basic customer service skills.A quick training on customer service skills and courtesy could do a whole lot of good for the employees. And once that’s taken care of, no harm no foul, I’d be happy to come back!

The service does take a while, but coffee is decent. Would not recommend the lattes unless you like picking your own flavors.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I have only been twice. The first time the barista was rude af and they took forever to make orders. The second time I went through the drive thru and while it still took forever to get an affogato, the barista I got the second time was far nicer. I would say that the customer service is lacking and indicative of them not wanting return business. But since I dont care for Starbucks and look for local coffee shops when traveling; that warranted the second trip.

Great java milkshake! I get a mocha Carmel java shake and it’s amazing! Just found out they have gelato and lots of delicious looking flavors and will definitely try this soon!

Come here often and the staff is usually really nice! Gelato is a must try! Its a great place to study and hang out. Bring a coat if you tend to be cold because its normally chilly upstairs.I am really excited about the second location opening downtown Fayetteville by the baseball field.

I was pretty excited to go here. Dessert and coffee are two of my favorite things. While Ill agree with most the food and drinks are deserving of four stars the service of one individual was definitely a two. The Gelato definitely was not as good as Ive had elsewhere. I went above and beyond to try and be friendly and she wasnt having any part of it. To the point where she handed me the reciept and didnt mention to sign it so I walked away with it. She shouted you need to sign it shaking her head and covering her face with disapproval. Im not sure if it was 2020 or just social norms but customer service is wrecking what could be amazing experiences for people.

We are new to area and visited the shop today. We went around lunch time. I got the chai milkshake and my daughter got a butterscotch latte. We had a veggie quiche and a sausage quiche. Everything was delicious. Lots of nice seating areas. Friendly and helpful staff. We were too full to try their Gelato today but we will be back.

I always enjoy my time at the coffee scene. Today I had a mocha Java milkshake, which I would recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth, and spent a couple hours with my realtor in a very relaxed and pleasant environment.

Cool venue. Lots of cozy places to sit as well as plenty of tables to get work done on. Love the upstairs area. Outdoor seating too. Ordering process took a little bit, but it was busy and there was only 2 visible employees, one was running drive-thru.

Nice place to have some caffeine in a cup and work on your laptop. Good place to meet others to collaborate or whatnot. Plenty of seating upstairs.

This is a great hideaway for working without disruption. The staff are friendly, competent, and have never gotten my order wrong. This place has a great vibe and serves fantastic goodies. Try the Feta & Spinach quiche. Good Lord, it’s delicious.

Great laid-back place to get coffee. When I used to be in the area they had open mic on Sundays and Mondays....or it was Mondays and Tuesdays. Over all its just a great place to relax, work on a sketch or school work.

Seriously and for real, this place has the best coffee and chai tea drinks! I had my first chai shake and it was totally the bomb! Their Gelato is also AMAZING!

I went to coffee scene and got a coffee and a skinny smoothie and when I was about to drive off I tried it for the first time and it was horrible when I backed to the window again and honked my horn multiple times she did not come to the window to let me change it or switch it out for something else or give me my money back I am extremely disappointed in this behavior of coffee scene

First of all the place has terrible hours I was there at 6:30am the lights were on the menu board was on, nobody answered so I pulled up to the window and looked at the lady had coffee for herself but just wanted to completely ignore me and walk to the back. Rather than kindly coming to the window and saying that they dont theyre not open yet. Like its unheard of to be open at 6:00 in the morning for coffee.

Friendly staff and a nice iced mocha. Tasty baked goods and gelato too! We like to go for homework and just to chill too, but when its crowded, seating is limited.

One of the best shops for coffee you can go to. The girls working the front are amazing, sweet, and very kind. Ive never had an issue and any disgruntled customer has been handled very well here.Lots of military folk come through here and stay to study. Ive been here probably a dozen times if not more in the past 6 months.The seasonal drinks are amazing, and I know thats owed to the baristas working the stand. Theyre fast, knowledgable, and consistent no matter if the lobby and drive thru are packed or vacant.Have NOT had the gelato, but theres no way gelato that looks the way it does here could be bad. Im dying to try once the heat comes back.

Nice layout. Not like a Starbucks. There is upstairs and down and plenty of comfortable seating. Good food and dessert selection to go along with coffee. Wifi speed was good.

They never disappoint. The coffee is great and theyre all smiles when they serve you. Its always an inviting place to go back to, even if youre just going through the drive through.

Sadly this place has gone down hill quickly. Rude staff depending on the night. I am done with this place…Edit to owners: talk to your staff they already know my complaints. I have been forced to bring my own coffee because after 8:00 pm they refuse to make a fresh pot of house coffee, I don’t like dark roast and refuse to drink it. We still come in and buy the gelato and baked goods but when your manager has the audacity to yell at me in front of my wife and friends instead of pulling me aside to talk like a normal person, at that point I am done!

Ive always enjoyed coming to work here. As a great environment they have nice events and the baristas are always on task! No matter where you sit the environment has always been very conducive to my work and productivity.

We just went to the Coffee Scene to order through the drive-thru and the lady taking our order was VERY rude. Because we didn’t immediately tell her the size. We wanted to visit because a friend told us how good it was. Unfortunately we will not be visiting any more!

I love this find. The gelato with espresso poured over is everything. The baklava is delicious. Ive tried a couple of their beans and they were good also. I was very pleased.

Here you can find lovely coffees of every variety. Hot, iced, frozen. They’re all delicious and made with love. One of the nicest things though, is the upstairs area. There’s free Wi-Fi, many tables with an overlook, a lovely place to do business on the road.

I love this place! They have indoor (2 floors) and outdoor seating. Their coffee is a bit more than average but I dont mind paying it cause its delicious! One of the best places to chill and do work with some friends.

The staff is really nice and knowledgeable about what they serve.I had the medium roast coffee and a bacon quiche. The quiche was a tad greasy but it’s to be expected with a cheese and bacon quiche.Along with serving pastries both sweet and savory, they also serve soft-served ice cream!
