I traveled all the way from Tampa to check this place out because I love this coffee so much (and I had a wedding to go to) and was so happy with the staff, merch, and of course the coffee!

One of the cool coffee joints I have ever been to. The place looks so hip. The covid protection is very good at this place, with all masks on and social distancing etc. I stopped by for a cup of mocha and a chocolate croissant. I took them out as a togo order today. However, I’m a big fan of sitting inside a cafe with a cup of coffee and work in a laid back environment. I’m definitely going back soon.

Great drinks and courteous staff. Hate the Fayetteville parking lot. No wheelchair accessibility. Awful to try to get into if you have someone using a wheelchair.

Amazing coffee place. It’s my first time there. I loved it and visited again the next day. Both day and night is beautiful with day light and night light. The coffee here is the best i ever had. The customer service is 10/10.

Coffee is simply amazing in every way, BUT why am i paying almost 7 dollars for a cup that looks like is what you would get out of a kids meal... Great coffee, but other places give you so much more for your money.

What a great experience here! The line was long but they got people in and out really efficiently! The service was fantastic. The nice gentleman who took my order(I should have asked for his name) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He suggested a fantastic drink to me when I asked what he would recommend. The coffee itself here was phenomenal. I got the salted mocha and it was awesome! Not overly sweet and not bitter! The inside of the shop was super cute and their music choice was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Been a hot minute since Ive visited this location & Im so thankful I stopped by on my way through! The staff was kind, friendly and helpful... Seems like other than some new display cases and an expanded/incredible selection of beans, not too much has changed (thank goodness)!

Tried the natural Costa Rican espresso on the recommendation of the barista. It was a great shot and I really appreciated the staff taking the time to talk me through their different espresso options and processes. Wonderful experience!

This is a very nice and casual establishment! All of the staff was very sweet and they have numerous options! You can buy the ground coffee they use along with some snacks and merchandise. They also had a few unique coffee items such as coffee bloom honey and special coffee chocolate. I definitely recommend stopping by if youre in the area!

I loved the coffee here. My husband not as much...so four stars instead of 5. SUPER nice staff. Seemed to know regulars and made visitors feel welcome too. Small. Not many seats, but great interior atmosphere.

Their coffee is amazing. This is one of my top 5 roasters. I love it so much that we drove out of the way as we were heading back home to have a cafe mocha and they did not disappoint. We also left with several boxes of their wonderful coffee beans.

I would consider myself a coffee enthusiast as I roast my own beans and spend too much money on my hobby. I heard about Onyx from a friend who went to Arkansas and had a trip through Fayetteville so I had to stop. I can easily say that the coffee I tried is the best coffee I have had. I was sad that it was during the season of a pandemic so I couldnt go inside. Highly recommend the Ethiopian Beriti pour over.

Amazing choices and staff is awesome! I feel like if I cant make up my mind on a choice, the staff is super helpful and really cares about offering me a drink or snack that will be new and interesting and always quality. Onyx is kind of a staple in any Northwest Arkansas native who considers themselves a coffee lover. Dont be discouraged if you get here and there is a line out the door, it just means their menu is THAT GOOD and well worth the wait. Ive also taken home a pound of their cold brew roasts and brewed it overnight and it was the smoothest roast Ive cold brewed yet. Thank god you can take these awesome roasts home with you.

You Arkansawyans have no idea how good you have it with this place! As a visiting out of towner for the 4th, this place reminded me of truly great 3rd wave spro similar to where I come from. This is real coffee making expertise on display here! I tried a few other places in town and they couldn’t hold a candle to this place, not even close! Give them the respect for their craft and science and they will give you a great bean juice beverage!

Onyx coffee is the most tasty! The AFAB barista working the closing shift on 7/7/21 was super sweet and informative. They steamed my latte to perfection. The space was really beautiful. The Mod bar was really cool. We got a ton of merch and coffee. My one complaint is the lack of pricing for most of the merchandise, but that definitely isnt any Baristas fault. Seriously, great experience. Check them out if you are in the area.

I love Onyx. Lot of different single origin and blends that give great variety to my coffee taste buds. Extensive transparency in origins and pricing. Just joined the subscription service. Expensive but worth it.Would be 5 stars but they put their coffee in new (expensive looking) packaging, and apparently paid for it by reducing coffee from 12 oz to 10, kept price same.

I alway get the specialty coffee from new coffee shops! The Onyx delight is not very sweet so if you’re expecting that you’ll be disappointed. It’s unique compared to others who’s specialty coffee is usually something with mocha, sugar, and caramel! The hot chocolate was incredible!

Had a nice iced decaf mocha. It wasnt bitter, so that made my day.

Coffee is good. However they are very rude about masks. They got on to us for taking a drink of our coffee with no one else inside. Won’t go back.

Very nice, theyre following covid restrictions really well which made me feel safe. Its nice to know when people actually care about their customers wellbeing. The coffee was super good. I also got the cutest possible little birthday cake macaron. I highly suggest dropping by now that theyre open inside. They are busy and you may have to wait outside, but its worth it. ♡

New at making cold brew at home. Bought onyx coffee online not realizing the beans were whole and not ground. Called them and they were more than happy to grind for me. While waiting I ordered an iced latte with the Geometry blend, oat milk and lavender. Drive back home was HEAVENLY with the smell of fresh ground coffee in the car and that exquisite drink ❤️The home cold brew turned out fantastic too! The beans and the grind make all the difference! Bonus... Awesome people and customer service 💯👍

This is my favorite coffee shop. I come weekly to get some coffee ground up so I can use it to serve to others. Its so good, Ill easily put down at least 4 cups in a night. Being an award winning coffee that is nationally recognized, I find no need to try other Coffees from other roasters. Ive tried many, but Onyx comes on top. Ill definitely be buying a few bulk bags when I move away from the area, but I also hear a coffee shop in Denver has Onyx on rotation.

One of my favorite places to get coffee. They have some basic options like mocha, cappuccino, vanilla latte and they also have some delicious oddball kind of drinks like the coffee phosphate and the onyx shake. If youve never been to an onyx, it is a must try in NWA.

Onyx roasts their own beans, which translates to excellent espresso and brewed coffee.I had the Geometry (Ethiopian and Columbia) blend espresso.My wife had a Cortado.Both were excellent, with great presentation.We were served fast. I will be back.

Neat little place. Can be loud and crowded, but a good and easy-to-find location to meet up with someone for the first time. Onyx coffee is good, and the owners are doing their best to be good people as well.

I absolutely adore Onyx Coffee Lab. Not only do they have tasty fresh brews that you can customize to your hearts desire, but they also have delicious breakfast sandwiches. I just ate the most perfect ham and cheese croissant from there and let me tell you....The croissant was so flaky and airy and crispy (just the way I like it).Ive been here a few times and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Be warned there are ALWAYS a ton of people at this place! But they staff are so efficient, it feels like no time at all once you get your delicious treat.

I buy their beans online, and they are delicious. I recently bought some cheaper beans at the grocery, and wow, what a difference. It tasted like ashes compared to Onyxs flavorful beans.

Awesome coffee and staff. Sooo freaking cool! They have won so many awards, I have found their beans all around the country. Their roaster has won national competitions several times as have their baristas. Their garb is always on point too. I love their xmas sweaters and their sugar skull gear. The staff is super sweet and they will remember your name. I like their approaching during covid too. Made me really feel good.

Onyx is top notch - you just dont get any better than this. Roasted coffee is world-renowned, staff is great and friendly, hand pours are really delicious and bring out the best in coffee. When I travel I try to find the best coffee and it never can beat what we have at Onyx. Try a pour over of barista-suggested beans from their current offering if youve never had good coffee and youll be amazed at what youre missing out on.

I had the Fall Oat Latte, and it was sublime. The staff is so nice, and the drinks are amazing, no matter what you get! The staff is cheerful and they provide excellent service as well. (Especially being cheaper/as much as starbucks)

Were regulars at Onyx Bentonville and onyx delight is our absolute favourite. However our experience of it at the Fayetteville store was wayy short of expectation. Somehow the taste just dint match up.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in the area. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is incredible. Great atmosphere for privately working or a small gathering of friends. The wait can be long during peak hours, but they always try to move quickly and its worth it.

Great coffee shop. The location is really convenient and the atmosphere is great. Its usually got a decent amount of college students there because its a great place to do school work. The out door seating is great in spring and summer. I highly recommend this coffee shop because they have many different drink options and are reasonably priced. The service is fast as well if youre on the go. The staff is nice as well
