Very helpful staff. With all the different designs they have the ladies are still able to tell you where anything your looking for is located. They always have such a great selection to choose from with new stuff and an awesome CLEARANCE Section. Cant beat it. $6 for a shirt at the mall thats unheard of. Love buying the women in my life gifts from Dazzle Up.

Would rate zero if I could. Great products. Absolutely horrible customer service and return policy. If you have your receipt and you would like to exchange or return a product, don’t even bother with your time because they will not let you under any circumstances. You have just lost a valuable customer who loves your shirts but will unfortunately not buy from you unless you enforce new policies.

I Love this store! I bought 3 really high quality Hoodies, 3 long sleeve shirts, and 1 short sleeve shirt, and my total came to $24!!! All of the items I purchased were on clearance, and I also got a free Bangle bracelet with my purchase!

I personally love Simply Southern T-shirt’s but I will never buy one from this store. The customer service was horrible on an entirely different level! I was standing at the register for a good 5 minutes, meanwhile the manager and the associate talked on about their personal life. And before hand I had asked for a size and the associate looked at me as though I couldn’t afford their clothing.

This was the best place ever!!! When My whole family plus some friends went to the beach, we stop by the outlets and decide to go in. It was the best discoid ever. We got simply southern shirts for 5 dollars!!!!!! Yes, 5 dollars.

I live in TX and visited NC. I knew better than to walk in this store. But I couldnt help it. Comfy shirts and good prices.

Buyer beware! Read exchange policies carefully. We will not purchase anything from this merchant again. My daughter is also telling her friends to stay away. Manager is obnoxiously rude. My wife purchased a shirt for my daughter as a surprise. My daughter tried it on at home and discovered a hole in the shirt. My wife attempted to exchange the shirt for a new one - with tag still on shirt. The manager accused my wife of putting the hole and there was nothing she could do. The manager tried to keep the shirt we paid for (my wife had a receipt). Bottom line - I encourage the owner to reach out to me to rectify this problem. Until then, NO more shopping at Dazzle Up and encourage others to do the same. Making false accusations and allegations are costly.

If you catch them just right you can get a good sale. Other than that its a typical store with your typical simply southern stuff overpriced of course.

Went to the store last Sunday night to get a Simply Southern Shirt for my daughter but was told they couldnt ring me up using a card because their systems were down. I didnt have enough cash to pay so I had to leave without getting the shirt. I asked for a manager but she wasnt there and the two young girls that were there had no clue what to do. They blamed it on the malls wifi. Spoke to the office at the mall who stated their wifi had not been down and stores are to have their own wifi network anyway and she would have the Dazzle up manager call me. No call from the manager for two days so I called her (Stephanie) who said it was the Dazzle up system that froze up but their was nothing that she was gonna do as it was not her fault this happened (with an attitude in her tone) I called corporate who advised it was a store system failure and the two girls were inexperienced(wonder why they were left alone if not trained) and didnt know how to reboot the system. Corporate reluctantly offered me 10% off but after reading the awful reviews of customer service and experiencing an issue myself I opted not to take their overly generous offer of a $1.59 off (Id asked that they let me pay online and ship me the shirt with free shipping so I didnt have to drive back up to the mall) and I purchased elsewhere. I dont want to give my money to a store that doesnt train their employees well and doesnt offer excellent customer service at all times and definitely a company that doesnt really care to make something right that was not a customers fault at all. My $15.99 purchase wont close them down and they may delete the message that I posted on their Facebook page but at least my situation was made known on Google and will possibly save someone else from their bad customer service. Read their other reviews!
