One of the last view cinemas that has not lost it‘s magic. Quiet small but super cozy, with a great selection of movies that are displayed. A very nice bar that you can order from and you can bring your beverages to the movie. The atmosphere is extremly calming and ‚cinematic‘ if that makes any sense. To sum it up, a really really nice place to spend your time. 10/10 definetly visiting again. Merci RiffRaff!

Riffraff maintains a steady supply of movies from mainstream to eccentric. The program list might hold one or the other title you wont easily find at other places. Screenings in the original language and no break.

Riff Raff is made up of several small movie theaters, a bar and a bistro. Riff Raff 2 is quite small (6 rows only) but very cozy. The drinks/cocktails prices are average for Zurich (the most expensive I saw on the menu costed CHF 14.50 or so). You can walk from the train station and it will take about 10-15 minutes by foot. It is located in area full of restaurants, cafés and bars.

Ive just been to the movie theater once, so I dont know about the bar.I could enjoy the movie a lot. The cinema is not bad at all, with good sound system and quite comfortable seats. Its not big, but that its not a bad thing at all for me.

Nice cinema showing original language movies and a good bar attached, split between two adjacent buildings. Lost my phone in there and they retrieved it for me so extra points for that.

Location of the theater is good and also its a busy shopping place and many eaterys. But theater screens are small many of them only one screen is bigger one. So better to go when the show is on bigger screen

Cool, casual and super popular bar in Kreis 4. Great to meet friends and make a night of it but also good for a quick drink and a snack before the movies. I like the the slightly alternative vibe.

The best movies in original language without intermission. 4 movie theaters and 2 bars, all you need for a relaxing afternoon or evening.

The only place in Zurich which i know of which shows bollywood movies. Unfortunately they are usually really late or sundays really early, which is weird.

Hard to find the entrance. The table was placed near the coat rack so everyone wanted to hang up or get their coat (plus finding a stool was difficult...)

Good cinema with a very chilled out atmosphere.

The only drawback at this venue is that theres no pop corn. A cinema without pop corn is just kind of... not cinema-y. That aside, Riffraff is a fantastic cinema that shows movies you wont find anywhere else. They show Bollywood films and unsubtitled foreign films and documentaries. So when you want to go to the cinemas, make sure to check out Riffraffs programme.
