Shirts run a bit large so keep that in mind. Shirts are awesome designs and colors and the shirts they print on are a good heavy-ish material. The best part is honestly the brand, they have great branding, great content creation. good community of followers.

I was a rep but my code and login kept failing at random. They wouldnt respond through any of their emails or social medias and kept pointing fingers for where to contact. I kept diligently trying my best but halfway through Monday on west coast time, I lost hope. Especially since I was trying since 7am. These are their work hours. They would respond to keep trying in another way but after trying so many different ways, I still couldnt get them to actually fix the problem. To top it off, they wouldnt apologize but rather kept explaining they are busy and have very little staff and think highly of themselves so they shouldn’t apologize for the technical errors or lack of organized communication. This was the 2nd time this technical error happened where I suddenly couldnt login and my rep code didnt work but I promoted them anyway. Its exhausting to keep trying with them so I quit. Still upon telling them that, no sorry, no fixed problem, just an invite to join reps again. Yeah, no, its a mess. I dont promote companies like this because I wouldnt want people to go through the same problem. At least own up to your numerous failures and try to actively fix them.** My response to their response below: The code and login failed both times I reached out. It wasn’t failing for bundles, it was failing entirely. I was very kind until halfway through Monday’s work day after trying since 7am that day. That is when I asked for an apology which I don’t consider unkind. I think it’s basic customer service to respond with an apology the first time, not much later when it has gone public. There was no solution/fix provided through the reps Instagram I was referred to. I felt like they didn’t know what was going on with the code/login so stalled using colorful phrases of adventure and emojis.

My teenage daughter placed an order for some Nature Backs shirts and stickers. She already had a couple shirts and love the way they feel and fit. The order came quickly and my daughter loved everything she received, but my daughter did not tell me until a couple weeks later that a couple shirts were missing from the order. I was concerned because some time had passed. However, I emailed NB and explained the situation and that I no longer had the box or packing slips. They said, no problem, and asked that I email them just a picture of what I received.I did that but received no response for a week. I was upset while writing my follow up email when I realized that my original email was sent to my daughter, only, and never to NB. When I realized the error of my ways, I finished an email to them (in which I sent them the requested picture and explained my delay). It was about midnight on a Sunday night. Literally, less than 2 minutes after I sent them my email, I received an email back from NB saying thanks, no problem, the missing shirts would be sent out immediately. This kind of customer service stands in stark contrast with other companies where you are forced to wait on virtual lines for eons just to chat with someone.From my daughter, I knew the quality of NBs clothing was outstanding. Now, from my own experience, I have learned its customer service is also.Thanks.

Found Nature Backs through an ad on Facebook, and SO glad I did. I ordered the Sahara shirt a few days ago, and absolutely love it! My shirt arrived quickly, and securely packaged.Its a bit long, but itll tuck in jeans or will be fine left long with leggings. Washed like a dream, soft material, just the right amount of looseness since I dont like a snug fit, and the colors/graphics are absolutely beautiful. Ill be back for more!

I’m waiting to receive my first order, but wanted to report on customer service. I mistakenly entered an old address when I ordered my first shirt and it ended up getting sent back to them. I contacted them and they immediately responded and offered to ship it again at no charge to me, even though it was my mistake. I really appreciate retailers going that extra mile and wanted to share!

Called once and got a answer but, anytime after that they wouldn’t pick up. Finally went into the store/office and they helped me out and were great. Great service and friendly workers in person. Great prices compared to other local similar shops. Excited to go on a adventure with the flip bracelets. :)

I love Nature Backs products! I had made an order as a gift, but I had to make an exchange due to a sizing error. Nature Backs was amazing with their communication and very quick and efficient with their exchange process!

The shirts are amazing and a good quality!!! HOWEVER, I ordered 4 shirts and only received 3 shirts one of which was a shirt I didn’t order. They don’t ever answer their phone and they only respond to my email if I text the phone number. There response to the situation was they will send the missing shirt and the shirt that was wrong once I exchange the incorrect shirt. This was their mistake and I’m happy to return the incorrect shirt, but they need to send what I have paid for ASAP. 😡

After seeing a post on Instagram, I checked out their website and found some really cool designs I liked. It only took 3 days and when I felt how soft they were (especially my Giza crewneck!!) I had to go back online and order more. I got this bracelet called a flip trip with each purchase which is actually really neat because they all correspond to a different national park. I want to go to Yellowstone and Glacier Park now!

Ordered a t-shirt on a whim after seeing an ad on instagram. On the confirmation email, I saw that I accidentally ended up ordering the wrong size. I contacted the company to ask if they could switch it out for me, and to my surprise, they did! The customer service rep was very kind and helpful, and I am super satisfied with my purchase. So far terrible. Placed order, was told it shipped USPS first class. Still dont have. Tried chatting online, always says they will get back to during normal business hours at all hours of the day. Tried chatting on facebook, same thing. Tried calling, either mailbox is full or you get a recording saying they are busy with other customers, even if you try calling for 20 min back to back to back. Cant get a response from these guys for nothing. Sent email as well, still nothing.

I ordered $100 worth of shirts from Nature Backs. When they arrived, I washed them all (something I always do for safety reasons). The first time I wore one of the shirts (just days after receiving it) I realized It had a hole in the sleeve where the seam was coming apart. I sent an email to customer service and they declined to send a replacement shirt because I had washed the shirt. Just know that this company does not stand behind its product.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a return label just to EXCHANGE 3 items for different sizes and have still not heard back. I have left messages and now their voicemail is full. I have emailed numerous times, with no response. They sent me one label, but it was for the wrong order. Very frustrating...would NOT recommend.
