A mistake was made yesterday when ringing up my purchases. I called today and they were more than happy to correct the mistake. Super nice and helpful. Great staff clean store. Definitely will go back.

Be willing to accept nearly singular dollars for high priced new items if you are trying to trade or sell lightly worn clothes to them.

This place is great! Everytime I go in, I find something unique and awesome. They sell clothes, hats, swimsuits, shoes, belts, and backpacks for men and women. Its clean and well organized. The only problem is there is only 3 changing rooms, so there is usually a wait.The price is alright too. Shirts are anywhere from $4.50-$12.99, exercise pants $6-$10.

What a joke this place is.. I brought in 4 pairs of Lucky jeans (Like new) purchased less than a year ago from the buckle.. A pair of Tinseltown jeans (Brand new), a pair of Royalty jeans (like new) and a authentic Gucci purse that a local Jewelry store has already made me a offer on and when I called yesterday to Dailey exchange and spoke to the owner explained what I had and she said bring them in.. The local jewelry store had my purse authenticated and I brought the jewelry stores card with me. Needless to say that’s where I’m headed. Anyways for all my items Dailey Exchange of Fayetteville offered me 20something cash and 30 store credit. What a joke… I will never go in that store again. I would sell online or donate. Have a blessed day and I hope this saves someone time.

Go to Plato’s closet. They don’t make you wait in the store for over an hour and then offer you nothing. They take my phone number but can’t seem to use a texting system to tell customers when their clothes are ready. We were planing on purchasing items as well but decided not to after our awful experience. Y’all are a joke.

Came here with a friend for the first time and found that they have mens clothing also. Was surprised at the selection they had. Some clothes look brand new and the prices were amazing. Its definitely worth checking out.

This place is a joke when it comes to selling your items. I brought in a boutique Sherpa jacket and they only gave me $10 for it. I would’ve tried market place before them had I know how cheap they are.

Dirty clothes, old fashioned, not a nice “customer friendly” dog, feels like 100 DEGREES INSIDE. Cannot imagine how awful the employees + dog there must feel all day.

Brought in some like new American Eagle jeans and tops and dresses and the lady looking at them was rude about it, only “could take” 4 items, and then threw the rest in the floor by the door.

I love this place. They have gently used name brand clothes [True Religion, Sevens, Victorias Secret, Uggs and many more] for very reasonable prices. I cant go in this store without spending at least $250 because I find soooo many great deals. Highly recommended.

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry or have other places to be. You have to wait in store for them to look through your items which took about 45 minutes. Lots of their jeans and shoes were $40. Customer service is trash. Including management. Very rude for no reason at all. Definitely not somewhere I want to spend my money. I’d much rather buy from and sell to Plato’s Closet!

Absolutely criminal. I waited for 45 minutes to get $16 for 8 items that have never been worn before. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Prices are slightly cheaper than Platos Closet in Fayetteville but the store is not nearly as well organized which makes finding anything specific a bit of a task. They do have a wider selection of brands and sizes than other gently-used stores. When I have brought clothes in to sell I was told I would have to stay in-store and wait on a buyer which could take 45+ min. It often seems like there arent enough staff members, which I totally understand and am sympathetic to. I usually need to drop off and go, so unfortunately I rarely sell here because I dont have the time to spend waiting around.

I usually love this place for good unique finds for great prices, but this visit was subpar. There seem to be a lot of Cheaper bulk items for sale and lots of cheaper quality items. Im a bargain shopper and I love to find a good deal but I dont like buying items that are mass-produced. Also the air conditioning or something was not on and it was very hot in the building which made it made for an uncomfortable shopping environment

I like their clothes, however their customer service is garbage. I was there to buy three teenage girls all of their summer clothes but they wouldn’t let my daughter use the restroom. They were also rude about us trying on clothes. So we left and went to Plato’s Closet and they happily let us use their private restroom and we spent $200 there instead.

I really like the selection of clothes here (but be warned, it is definitely geared towards junior sizes, and there are often fake designer goods sold). The amount you will make/ or clothes they will buy from you really depends on the person who is going through the goods. At this point, I will not sell to them unless a certain person is the buyer. Payout isnt great from selling, but I have found some goodies while shopping here! Parking is not great.

Don’t waste your time if you’re trying to sell!! Plato’s Closet will take way more things and they won’t make you wait on them while they look through your things.

Awesome place, great way to find current fashion at affordable prices. Also, their dog Bear is the cutest.

Low quality bulk clothing.I bought some shorts from them, they were really cute and lose. Well they ripped after a hour of wearing. Just stick with the mall, they have similar prices but better quality items.

I decided to give Daisy’s Exchange in Fayetteville AR a try since I always go to Plato’s Closet off college, I figured it’d be kind of the same concept. The employees here seemed to be in a bad mood or just having an off day because as soon as I walked in, I wasn’t greeted properly, I was just told to set my clothes on the carpet. I expected to be able to leave the store meanwhile they look through my items, but I was told I needed to stay in the store unless I wanted my items donated. That was an inconvenience for me. I suggest Daisy’s allows customers to leave the store and get a text message when their clothes are done being sorted through, like Plato’s Closet does. Over all, I feel like I got back more $$ than Plato’s gives. But I prefer Plato’s customer service.

Manager very rude. Can tell she chooses favorites of her workers. You either get very lucky with the staff or very unlucky, some of the girls are very polite and others are downright grossly rude.

Staff was super helpful and friendly, plus I found some great finds for spring.

Not the best deal for selling your clothes in Northwest Arkansas, There Are Places who will give you more money. Good selection although I would say some of the items are overpriced. It is a clean well-maintained store.

This is my go-to place to shop in Fayetteville. I love the thrift store prices and neat finds. If I receive a compliment on something Im wearing, 99% of the time I purchased it at Daisy Exchange.

Daisy Exchange gives the best return on resale that Ive seen in comparison to other resale stores. They also take more items and therefore have a great selection.

Sooo super picky, and definitely never going here again to give clothing. Out of THREE bags (very LARGE bags, at that) of clothes and shoes, they only wanted 5 items. Most of the clothes I had brought in were high dollar, as well as in fashion. Totally a waste of my time.

I dont typically write reviews but this was a total was of 50 minutes. First off, employees are very rude. Second, I brought in 2 large bags of name brand clothes and shoes. They offered me $15 store credit or $11 cash for 8 items. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never sell my clothes there again.

Don’t bother taking your clothes here to sell them unless you want to get ripped off !! I bring name brand clothes here like rock revivals miss me jeans ect and they offer $5 for them freaking joke

They moved to a location where the parking is impossible, tight and you will always end up with dings on your car because of this. Horrible parking situation.Selling clothes here isnt great either. Platos Closet down the road is so much better! Go there instead! :)

An awful place to sell secondhand clothes. They have a strict array of styles which theyll take and theyll underpay you for your goods only to turn around and sell it for five times what you got for it.Also, be careful to watch what items youre bringing to them and what they end up taking. I made the mistake of not paying enough attention and they ended up snatching a brand new $60 pair of Converse from me without paying for them.

Worst experience ever. I won’t be back. Horrible employees. Complete waste of my morning. I went there to sell clothes not shop. I only had three pairs of shorts and it took them almost a full hour to look at them.

Fun place by and large, however, the volume of goods is just bursting in the shopping space provided and sometimes it seems a bit unkept.

The merchandise is very modern....very pricey for resale....but some pieces are worth it. I have visited twice in the last two months and felt very unwelcomed. The employees are very young girls that have not been taught the value of customer service. They are very unfriendly and dont even speak when you enter the establishment. The owner(s) would see an increase in revenue if they initiated some type of customer service training.

The service was nice, and the clothing (though unorganized) was in good condition. Unfortunately, the dressing rooms were cramped and a bit unclean.

I have actually had two terrible experiences at this store. When my friend and I were searching for prom dresses we found one here that we loved but decided to keep looking. We found the exact same dress at JC Pennys in the mall that was $100 cheaper than Dasiy Exchange. Another time when we went in we found a pair shorts that had a broken zipper. Ive worked in retail and when I asked about the zipper and about the cost it would be because of the broken zipper they told me that they had already reduced the price for the zipper! The reduced price was $5 less than the original and I dont think the worker nor manager knew that would barely cover the price to buy a new zipper let alone replace it. I believe they are selling us cheap clothes extremely overpriced and I am not likely to go back again.

It has more of a selection of clothing if you are a womans extra small to large. Not so much on sizes XL and up.

Shows that the hours on saturday are 10 till 8 its 10:30 and doors are still locked multiple customers have come and gone .
