Great selection of cute and affordable items. We came earlier today and the line was wrapped around the impulse buys TWICE. left and came back tonight for a line half the size, but still a 40 minute wait in line with three registers open. One employee spoke to a customer/friend for over 15mins while the other two were going as fast as they could. If we didn’t need jackets so bad we would’ve left and not come back.

50/50 experience either you find amazing things in your size or nothing. Right now they only have a few cashiers and the wait if the line is all the way down is about an hour. The cashier I went to said they cant get the younger employees to come to work so if ya need a job and can get to work reliably hey go apply lol

If you don’t mind waiting in line 30 min, sure go ahead. 2 cashiers out of 10 lanes open.35 min in line today. Horrible. Only 4-5 ppl ahead of my family. Never again . First and last time

Staff was freaking awesome and attentive.. worked hard to make sure everyone was satisfied with their products before checking out.

Alot of clothes but u really have to dig. Although it seemed very understaffed last time I went, what place isnt?? Despite that I still have to grade it so I would say. Very unorganized

You can find some pretty good deals here unexpectedly. For the most part, IMO, theres very little selection in style for mens clothing. Lines at the registers can be a long wait at times, regardless how busy the store may be.

Large store with good selection. We just happened to go when racks are cleared a lot, probably from back to school shopping. Still got some great deals on shoes.

Every time I go to this Burlington, I’m satisfied. This is easily the most well stocked and organized Burlington I’ve gone to. I love hitting the makeup and self car aisles. Never disappointed.As a shopaholic, I like to believe I’m good at recognizing a good store. Customer service is good too. Not over the top but not rude either. It does get busy though so be warned.

Great prices but check out is very slow. Im in the store right now. The line wraps around the front and half way down the side aisle yet there are only 2 cashiers on duty. I kid you not, theres at least 50-75 people in line. Its ridiculous!

Store very disorganized and messy. When I got to register lines were long but no problem I understand until available cashiers start gathering clothes hangers and removing size tags like no one is standing in line.Need training in customer service.

I shop here all the time. The deals on name brand clothes, shoes, and specialty items are some of the best. Im from Arizona and theres a larger variety there but its still one of the best places to shop budget but look like you shop Macys.

Needed baby shower gifts. Found good selection at great prices.

Lots of items to choose from. One can get everything from household items to clothing, shoes, decor, and snacks. All at good prices.

I was able to get my niece some things that she needed for school at a reasonable price.

Ive loved Burlington since I lived at home in New York and it hasnt changed since Im in Fayetteville NC

Limited clothing in sizes, lots of empty shelves.Its either going out of business or pandemic is the reason 🤔.Its always well stocked in the past years.

I was there for about an hour to pay for one itemI’ve waited about 30 mins in line because they never open more than 2 registers.And 30 mins to use a store credit that nobody knows how to do it.An older lady came to help didn’t know how either but has an attitude.They even call the manager 25mins later I’ve been waiting but the manager won’t even come and told them to give me a number to call some dept to figure out.They asked to one of the cashier how and she ran it in 20sec.The manager wanted me to call to find out that even the manager needs a training?Shake my head.There couple of other stores and I’m done coming to here for good.And They don’t have even decent items and price compare to the others.

It wasnt bad for a bed bath and tv...the furniture could be better...but the over all stay was good...

The only great thing about this store is that the greeter at the door is very nice and welcoming. Today we waited in line for 30 mins. Two cashiers when I think they have about 6 registers. I still don’t understand why they don’t have Apple Pay! The cashier act as if she was upset because I asked her if they accept Apple Pay.

Great place to always get things that are great in quality for less.There’s so much here,you can find almost everything for your household needs except food.You can also put what ever you need on layaway if needed to be.Just really a great place to shop.lots of great items....

Had a great selection of coats for every age in the center of the store. On the walls, there are plenty of accessories like socks and other clothing items. Up front right is purses and jewelry. Front left is household items like throw pillows. Fragrances are up front. Plenty of shopping carts. Easy check out.

I was disappointed because I was returning merchandise that Ive been holding on to for a while because when I go in the store the lines are like 30 minutes long so I went in today and the receiptexpired on the 4th and they will not give me my money back they gave me a gift card I normally dont shop in Burlington but I went there with a friend because she loved Burlington Im just disappointed because, I held on to that receipt to get my money back but I dont have all day standing in line for 30 minutes to get my money back but today I did and I didnt get my money back

I really do love this store. I always find something good, they usually have a good selection of designer brands for clothing.

Probably the worst Burlington I’ve ever been to, I’d rather drive an 45 min to get to another location than go here ever again. Selection at the baby depot area is so small, don’t go here! Store is bare as can be and employees move at a slow pace with no sense of initiative. There’s no reason to wait in line 25 plus minutes when there’s only 6 in front of me. A giant line formed in the time we got here because there’s only two registers open and cashiers on are going to so slowly ringing up. If you’re lazy, don’t work in retail. Sorry I know it’s harsh but I’ve always had great experiences at Burlington in other locations, so I am thoroughly disappointed.

Great place to work! Have been here since before we opened in Fayetteville, NC. Im a part-timer. Its just like any other job, they arent perfect. BUT why would I say they are a great place to work? 2 reasons: 1) The managers dont ask us to do something they arent willing to do or havent done; and, 2) The managers work harder than we do! Amazing work ethic. Thanks Burlington!

There was am ample supply of merchandise to my surprise because during my previous visits, the store was bare. I did not see the associate sanitize the area between each customer. The employees were wearing mask. Just make sure you wear your gloves!

Great store. Alot of variety for low prices.

The place was very messy. Shelves were not stocked at all and merchandise was all over the place. They didnt sanitize between any customers like other retailers do.The customers in line didnt seem to care about being socially distanced. The shoes I bought had the insoles taken out of them already....

Today! The store was torn apart from all the back to school shopping. Lines were very long and staff was short but they stood strong to get the customers out. Ill be back next month.

I was visiting relatives out of town and found some very nice things at Burlington in North Carolina.How ever the sales associates could have been a little bit more friendly.

This place is terrible. Just an overpriced Marshalls with a Ross type feel. Nothing special. The employees are unattentive unless they beleive your stealing, then they follow you around like creeps. Music so loud, i couldnt hear my own thoughts. The checkout took forever and you cant take the shopping carts outside. Locked in place once their on the carpet, leaving you stranded with bags of merchandise in middle of floor. Sad. Elderly people are not welcome.

Burlington itself is pretty much okay. But the cashier that I had today was the worst experience Ive ever had shopping before in my whole life and Im 59 years of age. That young lady had to do my order about 7 to 10 times. It was an return and then I bought a few items. Also when was done she owed me $6.45, she didnt have $6.45 so she asked me if I had the $0.45 that I could help her out with. Then she told me well if I dont have the $0.45 then she cant give it to me. Then she to me.. all I have is $6.35.....is that ok? I told her no way.... I said can you ask the other cashier to change a dollar for you or can you call a manager. She huffed and puffed didnt like it rolled your eyes and off she went to get a walkie-talkie to call them. When the manager came she said just round it up and give her a dollar, but then they noticed it was only $0.45 so they said just give her $0.50. Worst freaking time Ive ever had.

Took us 20 minutes to shop and 45 minutes in line. Completely ridiculous and one of the cashiers was talking on the phone not even paying attention to what she was doing my 1st and my last time there!

I had to buy my children clothes since they out grew them. I spent around $350 for enough outfits with belts to last a year or two

Love this place. So much to browse and they even have maternity clothes. I was able to find so much without breaking the bank. Earring selection is great and affordable! Same for pet stuff, linens and so much more!

Winter section was PACKED! Limited shoes, though, but I wasnt looking hard there. Not many customers when I went, and the store smelled very clean.
