Hours wrong

I entered the shop the man behind the counter was on his cell arguing with someone, he never addressed me so I interrupted him asking for his help. He was rude and dismissive as if I was an annoyance, gesturing toward the door for me to go away. I left the shop went to the shop next door and ask what their experience was at the tobacco shop. Three of them answered they avoid going in there his is very rude.
