I bought a phone from Facebook marketplace, and it was advertised unlocked, i spend $225 dollars on it just to find out it was locked. After being on the phone with sprint for an hour and being given the runaround, i came to this place and Max unlocked my phone within 30 minutes, for a very fair price. Needless to say, after the stressful day i had trying get my phone up and working, Max was a breath of fresh air. He was super kind, super helpful, answered all of my questions in a very professional manner, and had great conversation while we waited. 10/10 experience, Iβll be recommending it to my friends! Im trying to get my items from Wish, but they wont answer the phone so I can make an appointment.Calling again. Yesterday, I stayed on the line waiting for over an hour... Im still waiting listening to a recording for 45mins now. How do you in contact with these people?
The second time this establishment has canceled on me the same day, there has to be another location that is more prompt.
Max was amazing. He has the nicest personality I have come in contact with in retail in a long time. He quoted me over the phone to unlock my phone $50 cheaper than the other places I called before I came. He was fast and had me up and running in less than an hour. I would recommend Xpress Wireless and definitely recommend you ask for Max. Super smart and fast!

Twice I come to this business to find it closed(unexpectedly). I spoke to someone using the number on the door who told me to go Facebook scan in my barcode for my wish items and that will stop it from automatically being returned. Not so returned anyway, yes it was the last day, but their the ones that was closed...Once i receive all my items from wish Ill never use this establishment again!!! Wish i could give them a negative 0 instead of a 1.
I got there a little after time for them to be open and waited for half an hour. No one showed up to open the door. Plus they have some sort of court order on the door.
Max was amazing at helping me get a new phone and port my number over from cricket. I now have truly unlimited data and love it. He was very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me get the best bang for my buck. I would recommend going to see him at xpress and let them square you away on all of your wireless needs.
Should be taken off the wish app as a pick up site. Iβve been trying to pick my items up for almost a month now theyβre talking about restocking my items because no one is ever at this store point blank period
Dudes ar wizards in there. Saved me god knows how much from not having to get a new phone. Only took him 30 min to unlock my phone for cheap and plus fixed my girlfriends iphone too. Nothing they cant do yalls services are priceless. And they are super friendly in there as well
Hey, to anyone reading this I would not use this company for anything at all!! The employee didnt show up and the support tech Alex in Raleigh hung up on me and said he would not be helping me. I drove to the fayetteville location driving almost 30 mins each time and none was there. It wasnt lunch time and I was told someone would be there.I did let the f bomb slip referring to the time I spent going back and forth and the gas money I spent. I did not cuss at the rep but as I was apologizing for the language, once again not directed to said employee I was told I wasnt receiving the items I ordered and then hung up on. Not sure how that would warrant his response to his customer. If you listen to the recording I was nice the whole time to the rep. Even after being hung up on. Also, I drove last week and this week as I told the employee. So Im not lying as I was called a liar . I had a friend in the car 2 of those times. Today being my 3rd time. I was told someone would be there at 3 after I drove . Thinking most businesses wont put on their signs when they are available if they arent. According to these reviews its quite obvious Im not the only one having an issue with employees being available at the times being told. This has never happened to me as far as this kind of customer service. An owner calling me a liar and defending an employee whom I was nice to until he hung up on me. Im in total shock.
Man these people are here life savers. I lost my boost phone. I came here and they financed me a iPhone 7+ with boost mobile and I only put down $125 and took the phone home the same day. Max helped me move over all of my contacts and pictures to my new phone. These people have the best customer service and are very fast. I have to give max props. He can multitask like no other and get stuff done fast. I appreciate you guys for helping me out and will make sure I tell everyone I can.
Waited 30 minutes after 11 when they said they opened and still would not answer the door.... This was NOT on Veterans Day, this was Tuesday, 3 other ppl knocked on door as well...
Everything that is done for me THERE is wonderful always polite and courteous Max is wonderful he always goes above and beyond of what needs to be done and does it very professionally and very helpful for all of my phone needs from buying a phone to repair to buy minutes for my phones our plan I go to Max for all of it he is really one super person
Max hooked me up today. I cracked my phone at work and could not access the screen for anything. Dropped the phone off, came back in an hour and it was ready to go. Quick and professional.
I had the worst customer experience at this place. They sold me a phone that was still active under someone elses account. The so called supervisor named Hollywood was very unprofessional she was rude yelling over the phone cutting me off and was referring my name to sweetie and sugar and I told her I dont get down like that i like men, and there is no reason for her to be referring my name as candy or some kind of sweets, so may think it is funny but this place is 100% phony, she did not have a professional attitude she sounded like she belonged in the projects selling stolen goods for a quick dollar. I will never spend a penny in this place and on top of that they have this women in charge of all the store locations. PLEASE BE AWARE THEY DO NOT GIVE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASES EVEN IF THEY ARE WRONG....
Max was friendly and quickly unlocked my iPhone XR from sprint so I could use it. He explained everything to me and also helped me get my service switched over with a better plan. Xperiaβs Wireless was the only company in town that I called that said they could unlock my iPhone XR the same day without any issues. Thanks!
I asked about flashing and jailbreaking as it is listed on the site and sign outside the business and I was told to try Best Buy for that.
Mannnn these guys are the plug!!!! T-Mobile had blocked my phone because I was on a family plan and the people I was with didnt pay their bill. I went to the store and talked to Max and he unlocked my phone and switched it to their prepaid AT&T service and got my phone back up and running with no issues and now Im on my own plan. If you are looking for a place to get your phone up and running without any hassle go see Max.

I came in to get my phone flashed from sprint to verizon. It was done within an hour. Five stars to the guy there named Max. He was doing the thang! Handled 3 customers all at once and made sure everyone was taken care of. Hopefully he is there everytime I come back.

This place needs to close down they dont care about consumers rights they have rude agressive sales rep the owner is impossible to reach. I paid for a service and it was never done will be taking them small claims court.
I took my LgV10 there in October. Here ot OS Dec 3rd and mu phone isnt fixed. Im extremely pissed. It does not take this long to repair a phone. I kept calling and got excuses. They didnt even call or attempt to call me AMD let me know anything. Ill NEVET recommend anyone go here.
Worse customer service for repair service ever!!! My wife and I took my phone in for repair for a charging port, loss of device buttons and blue tooth function the last week of September. I was told it would take 1 to 3 days for repair. I even provided the new charging port part. Since Hurricane Matthew made its appearance I even took the delay of the storm into consideration. However, all I received were excuses and delays. The person at the Fayetteville store was very nice and polite doing his best to help me and gave me the name of the repairman in Raleigh and I could call the store to get the status. Ive called several times to get status and told it would be done and sent to the Fayetteville store. To this day, 4 November, I have not received my phone, any call backs to the status of the phone or when it will be completed. As you can see this is definitely more than 1-3 days and very frustrating. I believe in patience, but this has gone beyond the call....Im now at the point of assuming the phone has been lost or only God knows what has happen to the phone. I would not recommend anyone try to get your phone repaired by Xpress Wireless of Fayetteville/Raleigh. But Im still waiting.....In response to the owners remarks: (1) I made several stops while waiting for my phone during the five week period and at no time did the manager verify my phone number or state that you had contacted me by phone or left a message. Did you contact the manager in Fayetteville to have him call me and verify my phone #? (2) I also called your shop in Raleigh and left my correct phone number twice, once with a female employee and another time with a male employee, and each time I asked them if they had my correct phone number, they responded they did.(3) When I picked up the phone I looked at and have a copy of the work order and the phone number is correctly written on the work order. (4) When I talked to you on the phone I stated the work order should have included the device button and blue tooth. I will give you credit for fixing the device buttons, however, the blue tooth is still not functional. (5) I paid the full price for your services but will not increase a satisfaction rating when the phone is not completely repaired and you try to blame me for the delay by stating you left me a phone message with an incorrect phone number, when in actuality you had the correct phone number on a form and phone messages. If you believe you had the wrong number you should have taken action to get the correct phone number.
