This place is a scam i use almost all my money and i get no good things and all togeth i bouht 13 pack and i got nothing recemand dont go here and you want to know something they mack there pokemon cards daly. And the cards are more exspesef than the walmarts.

Double the MSRP on an expansion pack. I was gifted Catan. I called to verify they had a basic expansion so we all could play together. Im in treatment for cancer so I sent my (adult) kids to pick it up. I thought wed have to pay full price because its not a big box discount store but I didnt expect the price to be double! I thought there must have been an error. I called and was told no, thats their price. I cant imagine Ill shop there again.

I had no luck at Aarons retrieving the PS4 I had previously made payments on due to them selling it prior to me being financially stable to restart payments. So I took a chance here on a possible purchase or general information regarding a similar version of said PS4. Luckily this location had one in stock that was out of my price range, but it was still going to be cheaper than an Aarons rental agreement. Thank you for the guys working here to have 1 on the shelf that makes it possible to game with my sons which live in another state. Not only will I be recommending this location, but I may purchase games from here instead of Amazon or eBay or Walmart (depending on pricing). I was reluctant to go in, but Im glad I found what I wanted along with some possible future purchases.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything is easy to find and the selection is amazing. They actually listened to a request I made about a certain Gundam model kit, and to my surprise the exact product was on the shelf when I went back a couple of weeks ago!!! Attention to individual customer questions and them actually following through in accommodating it made all the difference in the world to me!!!!Keep supporting them!!

Not somewhere I would recommend. Management is rude and talks down to customers who dont share their views. As corporation, I would say they need some serious work if they want to keep customers. More than likely wont be back to this location.

These employees are just amazing!! I dont know whats the customers problem from the last review, but if she Actually stepped in to this store, she would be humbled by these employees attention to her needs, just as I was. I brought my DVD collection into sell on Sunday, and Both employees were courteous, kind, and respectful. Even though it was busy, the employees were professional and just amazing!!

Bought lots of games, a tablet, controllers, and they all were in wonderful condition. The price isnt bad and you can sell your stuff fast. You can get in store credit (more value) or cash (less value) and its a wonderful set up. The employees are nice and always go above and beyond. Deffinetly give them a try.

These guys were so nice. I bought a used Gamecube controller from them (which are very hard to find) and it ended up not working the best. I took it back the same day and they were very understanding. They didnt have any more in stock, but they called all three other stores in the area to check for me. Everywhere was out of stock, and I was a little disappointed especially since the only other alternative was in store credit. One of the guys ended up giving me another controller from one of the gamecube bundles they had in store. Im very happy with they service!

Had to write a review because after reading some of the negative reviews I have to tell you those are some of the dumbest people. People dont understand that a business needs to make a profit so those used games you trade in will be below market value... I went in this store for the first time last weekend and the manager and other worker were extremely friendly. They didnt hound me like other retailers while I looked around, and I appreciate that they clean the game discs when you buy them. The store had an above average selection of used games, especially for older consoles, and Ill be back.

They never had anything i needed, like ever, they kept syaing come back the next day and they will, but they never did, so i went and bought my product somewere else but still needed a controller, went back and they didnt have those either

Its a good place for mainstream videos and games. Not so much if youre looking for that movie you saw back in the eighties. The manager doesnt take stress well, but his knowledge and throughness is hard to beat.

Guys are pretty awsome. We were having all kinds of issues with our game system and ended up making a couple trips up there. They were awsome and helped us with out any problems, and tried their best to save us money. Definitely recommend and will most definitely stay with this store.

This store is usually a great store me and my husband go in quite frequently. But every time we go in the girl (kinda chubby, mousy brown hair, glasses) is always sort of rude and snobbish in an I know more than you demeanor. She truly needs to keep her Social Justice Warrior behavior at HOME. Everyone else is always so polite and helpful!

So many amazing games and movies you cant find anywhere else. All the game exchanges will communicate to make sure they find what you are looking for.

I went in looking to see if the 3 games I wanted were available. Spiderman, God of war, and infamous second son werent available...not much options for PS4 or Xbox one. But if youre looking for ps3, PS2, Xbox 360 or older system games this is a good bet

This Game Xchange is on the small side, but very nice location. Very clean and good looking store. As always, great selection of movies and video games like other stores. Located in a strip mall by a bunch of businesses. Between a Walmart and Lowe’s. Employees have always been super nice and had great customer service at this location. Even though it’s smaller than others, this is probably my favorite location in NWA.

They dont give you much back for trading in games but they still sell games and accessories from almost every previous console generation and they have a pretty good selection of movies and TV shows on top of the games. I come here a lot because its one of the only places you can still buy the old Guitar Hero accessories and games that came out before the Ps3/Xbox 360 generation.

When you call for a game they will hold it for you. Nice staff helpful

My boyfriend went in and bought a galaxy note 4 phone. The guy who sold it to him said they call and make sure the person selling it has paid it off and they do an extensive search to make sure the phones are not stolen. My boyfriend buys the phone and went to Verizon to get time and a new number for it and is told that the phone is locked, because the previous owner still owed money on it. Game exchange doesnt have any phones like it and only offered store credit! He paid cash for a phone that is not usable. We would not recommend game exchange to anyone, ever! Take care of your mistakes or you will lose customers and eventually go out of business!

Have bought many games and movies here untill I purchased a game that they didnt put in the case. I left store called a couple of days later when I opened box and game was not there. They said they were sry and they had the game and would write my name on it and give it to me when i came back. So I came by with the empty box and the manager Tyler checked could not find the game then told me that there was nothing he could do they sold the game. So I got mad told him that it was a load of bull. He then took my empty box off the counter and would not give it back to me. then threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave.

Its great to have a well-stocked alternative to some place like GameStop. I always love going here and checking out their new stock and vintage games. Great people, great music playing, great prices.

Bought a game, was told the was a 24 hour warranty I didnt realize that the warranty only comes with store credit. No way to ever get a cash refund when they sell a defective product. And judging by the appearance of the stock, that probably happens a fair amount. As a collector, Im bummed to loose an outlet for vintage games, but I will never come back to a place that sells defective products and then makes no effort whatsoever to please their customers.

Take my son there often and they are always very helpful and never have to wait around to be helped. If a game, dvd, etc doesnt work they will exchange or refund within a certain amount of time. Nice customer service.

Bought a new offbrand Nintendo Switch controller for 30 dollars from the place, on the box said explicitly for the Switch and didnt work. They had no other new controllers for the switch and only two sticky used ones that I had tested before I settled for the offbrand. Would only give store credit which is beyond useless when they have no decent options for controllers. The manager seemed nice enough, but that policy is toxic and virtual theft, especially when purchasing a supposedly new controller. Plus, I doubt I was the first person to buy one of those controllers from the store and have a problem leading me to believe that at best they are negligent in informing customers of the products quality or at worst they stock them to trap you into spending at least 30 dollars on something else.

The employees here are rude and lie. I took my phone in to sell it, the guy claimed to have called the carrier and that the carrier told him something. I called the carrier and they told me they didnt get a phone call. The representative says that even if they had called, they couldnt give any information other than if the phone is lost/stolen which was not the case. Go to Gamestop to sell your electronics. The only thing I would go to Game X Change for is to sell movies/games. Check GameStop for game prices first though, a lot of times Game X Change will low ball you.

I can only complain about the trade-in/exchange policy. They give you $10 cash or $15 store credit, but than sell the same game or movie for $30 or $40. I understand the profit thing but still. The store is for us people who cant afford to go buy new games that cost $30 to $60.

Game x change obviously if you try to sell your stuff you will be low balled. But that is the cost of them holding that item and you are not. It is usually clean, pick and choose on what you buy because not all is a good deal. I will say they looked out for me and allowed me to market my system and everything included, by coming in and using there tv to show my stuff worked. No middle man fee. Thanks game x change for that one.

Tried selling my game console here once and they really dont pay much for it but will turn around and sell it as if it were new. Go figure, they will buy your games fir a few dollars and sell them for 10x as much. But if your looking for something differentgive them a visit yiu might just find it there. This store just sucks. The employees there act like they dont care about their customers. Ive bought mortal combat Armageddon and it had many scratches when I opened it, so its obvious that they dont refurbish their discs. Another thing, I just bought a ps3 controller which had a bad battery, meaning it had to stay plugged into the ps3 in order to work. And then when I returned it today the guy tried to argue with me over the battery of the controller, and the other guy told him to give me store credit because it wasnt worth the argument. Then as Im shopping to redeem my store credit, I hear the guy tell the other guy to put the controller back on display because there was nothing wrong with it. I spent $37 on that controller, when I couldve ordered a new one that works perfectly from ebay for $25. And they have a poor selection of games, its mainly multiple copies of sport games. I will not be coming back to this location, I will now on take my money to the springdale location.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for many years (weve been married for 15 years). Game X Change has gone down hill over the past year. The employees have become rude, telling people to go to GameStop if they can get a better deal instead of honoring their policy of offering more than GameStop. Tonight my husband went in to sell some movies and a game. The employees were new and didnt want to honor the amount listed on their website. Im very disappointed in Game X Change and more than willing to switch my business to Vintage Stock and GameStop if things dont change.

Of your looking for a local seller of vintage games And gaming systems they have just about any system and a small selection. They also have new games and tons of DVDs and Blu Ray.

The customer service was great! The guys were chill, helpful, and polite. However, my friend and I came in to buy a new PS3 on-brand controller. It was $40. I also bought a DS game for $30.I am vehemently disappointed.The controller had sticky buttons- so bad that the square button wouldnt even lift up half the time! I did not think to check because I trusted that they would hand me sound equipment. I didnt mind this so much but when I went to fix it for my friend the top three screws were stripped so there was no way I could get into the interior to fix the issue (the surface was sticky-free). If that wasnt bad enough the right analogue stick was crushed on the inside. It would get stuck in such a way it wouldnt be able to turn a full half arch- something was broken loose inside it. Any game in first-person perspective would be next to impossible to play.On TOP OF THAT, Zelda Phantom Hourglass, the DS game, which I was super excited about (and had looked for ages for!), didnt even show up on my 3DSs menu. I looked it up to make sure it was playable on 3DS (even though every DS game I own plays fine on the 3DS). I pulled it out, cleaned it, put it back in. Nothing. Then I took it out and heard a sound... I shook it again and it sounded like the entire interior of the cartridge was disconnected or something. I checked my other DS games- no similarities.I know they have the 24-hour warranty, etc, but selling broken merchandise not only wasted my time but it was also downright deceitful! Im not spending my money here again at this Game X Change. Its too risky. If you do spend money here make sure you have plenty of time to thoroughly check out the merchandise.
