It was my first visit there & I was impressed. Amy helped me & made Carpet 101 quite interesting & easy. I told her upfront that I had done some carpet research online; she was great at filling in the gaps. She was all about educating me, as a consumer, & she was not trying to sell me anything - no high pressure salesmanship. Thank you, Amy. She gave me some things to think about & look at. Ill probably be back to buy, though.Its been almost 2 months since my first review of ER Walker Flooring. I did go back for further information & samples. I also got two other estimates from carpet companies in the area. I decided on ER Walker because of their customer service. They were timely with their appointments in measuring my rooms & installing the carpet. It showed that they were respectful of my time. The installers, Blaine & David, were great! They were professional, efficient, neat. careful with our furniture, quiet, and personable,Frankly, this is one of those chores I dreaded because of the myriad choices/decisions & having to move things around. However, from gathering info & estimates to installation, I couldnt have asked for a simpler process for carpeting our home! I am happy to say we are enjoying our new carpet! Thanks to Amy for helping me choose the carpet & color. I am extremely happy with my choice! I was also very happy with the installation!

My husband and I used Walker Flooring /Walker Cabinets to remodel and update our mid 80s house which was in bad need of repair. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend this company for all your various remodeling needs. We started out with choosing Wellbourne cabinets and then hardwood floors and finally finished out with tile backsplash. The selection/choices of styles, colors, add-ons available are awesome in the Wellbourne line of cabinetry. Top of the line choices in cabinets and flooring! Eric was very helpful, patient, and accommodating with every aspect of this process! Excellent quality of products and Walker Flooring /Walker Cabinets use excellent people to install the products! Very happy and absolutely satisfied with the choices made and end result!!!

Overpriced. Purchased a box of wood flooring and could’ve gotten 3 times what I got there with an additional $40 at USA flooring & discount flooring liquidators smh
